Our stay was good but there needs a lot of improvements: 1.) All of the hotel rooms’ airconditioners needs to be centralized. 2.) The balcony needs to be cleaned and free of aircon inverter equipment outside. 3.) The pool needs to be covered to prevent pools from rainshower. 4.) The building needs to be equipped with rainwater collection and solar panels 5.) The gym’s airconditioner needs to be fixed and make it cool 6.) The hotel needs additional bridgeway to the grocery to bypass the mall for early goers. 7.) Only one passenger elevator reaches to the rooftop, Needs two more elevator shafts for the other two elevators to reach to the top. 8.) One elevator panel has a “9” button when the floor is actually 39. Please replace 9 with 39.

Upon check out, i was asked by the Front Desk if I had taken all my things from the Safety Deposit Box. I informed them that my room has no Safety Deposit Box. I demanded that my room be checked for the safety deposit box.
I was later informed that safety deposit boxes of some of the rooms were taken out for repair.
House Keeping should inform their Front Desk of what is lacking from their rooms so that they can make a note.

Located right next to a mall, so there are plenty of dining/shopping options. The staff are courteous and efficient. The buffet breakfast offers a nice variety of Filipino (e.g. garlic rice, dilis, adobo) and “continental” fare. Beds are comfy. Room lighting could be better. Very few outlets available (we had to unplug the bedside lamps to recharge our devices). It is convenient to have a laundromat close by (in the mall basement).
Our main disappointment was the gym which was poorly ventilated. There are no towels or sanitizing wipes (we were informed only pool users could get towels). Otherwise the gym is well-equipped.
Only one (out of 3) elevators was functioning during most of our 5 day stay . Thankfully we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes at a time.

Upon check out, we ask for a cart but the FO asked "Marami po ba kayo dadalhin?" Of course we would ask for it since we need it, their reasoning is not appropriate and said it won't fit the elevator since madami gumagamit. Check out time syempre dapat expected may gagamit ng cart at madaming tao sa elevator. My mother whose a senior citizen carried a heavy bag since hindi na grant ang cart request namin at madami talagang dadalhin since may bata din kaming kasama.
Upon check in naman past 2pm na wala pa rin kaming designated rooms, what's the point of reservation kung pagdating palang saka ichecheck rooms na available for same floors since 3 ang room namin. Pumayag na ako na iba floor ng isang room kasi past 2:30pm na. We arrived 15mins before 2pm thinking that it was already settled since I booked days before and fully paid it. I think yun katabing Front Desk staff nakapag accomodate na ng 3people to check in habang ako na nauna wala paring room.
Lastly, my sister from room 3612 ordered room service from the Bar cafe and the people who took and delivered the order did not mention about the 20% discount, nabasa nalang kinabukasan sa welcome letter. We did raise it sa restaurant nung nag buffet breakfast kami and sabi ng server alam daw yun ng lahat ng staff which is odd kasi hindi talaga na discount yun pinaroom service at nung pina check namin sa supervisor that time yun transaction confirmed na hindi discounted. Pwede naman daw nya gawan ng paraan ibalik yun amount na should be discounted pero kesyo ihahabol pa daw sa finance, gagawan nalang daw ng paraan. Syempre kami naman naguilty pa kasi baka managot pa yun staff na nag deliver diba. Ang sabi nalang namin FYI at tip na nila yun at sana sa susunod ay tama na ang gawin ng staff nila. It's not about the money, it's about the integrity of their staff on that particular transaction.

While we had pre-blocked your rooms on the same floor, one room was still being cleaned due to high occupancy from the previous night. We offered you the option to wait or take available rooms on different floors, which you accepted, and then we ensured your check-in was completed within a reasonable time. Richmonde hotel will always be my 2nd home it’s been years since my last stay here. What I can say is that the newly renovated room was so nice. I do like removing the bath tub in the bathroom and change it in shower door glass the bed still the best I’ve ever experienced my room attendant Rene is very attentive to details to all of my request.. In the galley department there is a big difference regarding the taste of the food job well done for all the Chef keep it up. I hope they will maintain like this and I will definitely come back again

First time to check in at Richmonde Hotel Eastwood. Just some comments
Pros 1. The room was ok with high floor 2. Hotel has access to the mall and other restaurants
Cons 1. No bell boy on duty only the guard was assisting us 2. Hotel wants you to pay upfront to everything upon checking in and your order. Seems they have trust issues and I noticed guest can just go down to the second floor and basement to avoid paying the bill. 3. Bfast was ok although takes time to refill specially the main dishes 4. Pool is located at the roof deck. Suggest they move the reception near the pool so they are visible to the swimmers and to those people who wants to order food. 5. No guards assigned on the second floor, mall entrance. Anybody can just go in and straight to the rooms. 6. The key card provided by the hotel is useless since anybody can just press the floor and it will be opened.

It was an awful stay for me and my family. A lot of mishaps happened the moment we entered your building and it was extremely disappointing, I’m not even exaggerating! Gives me ick every time it crosses my mind.
(1) We arrived at around 1:50 PM and we were given 1 out of 2 rooms past 3 PM, considering the check-in time is at 2 PM. I only agreed because we were so tired of waiting and my parents are senior citizens already, they needed a place to rest in more than I do.
(2) Second room was finally given at almost 5 PM after 4 follow-ups with the rep promising to give me an update after each call, but I didn’t receive any. Imagine, we had to wait for almost 3 hours just to get our second room when we’re promised to get it 15 minutes after 3 PM. We all can’t rest because we can’t fit in one bed. Our plans that day got delayed, urgh!
(3) I specifically requested the rooms to be next to each other because again, my parents are already old. Guess what? They gave us rooms that are north-south of the floor. 3201 and 3217. They had to walk from one end to another just to get to us.
(4) The personal fridge has a spoiled pineapple and it stinks so bad when you open. Unbelievable.
(5) It was our second day in the hotel and my dad got a call from the reception saying we need to checkout even though I booked 2 nights. They were arguing a little, but eventually found out it was an error on their end. It was past 12 PM which is the checkout time that they’re asking us to move out when they gave us a room at almost 5 PM. They gotta be kidding.
(6) Had to call again multiple times for ice request and I went down to the reception from the 32nd floor because no one answers the phone. IDK what they’re up to.
It was a circus staying here. Gosh, I can’t even comprehend how they got a high-rating in Google. I know it wasn’t just us who had this experience because I saw an old lady dragging her luggage out of the cart while swearing because she has been waiting for a bellboy in the lobby to help her with her stuff to the room for so long and no one attended to her. I can’t fathom. AHHHH

Stayed woth a co-worker due to a client visit in rhe office (Tera Tower). Place was accesible even off hours. I work in the bpo industry and have to return to the hotel during wee hours of the morning wherein a friendly staff greeted us, then followed by an early breakfast buffet which helps before we go to sleep. Our room was quiet during the day and no loud noises can be heard hence we got to maximize our rest prior to reporting for work the night after. Overall, place was well kept and we were comfortable.

First hotel stay with my wife and daughter. The room's interior is calming accompanied with a good view from the 31st floor. The bed, pillows, and sheets made my daughter sleep on her own four times (she usually can't sleep on her own). Shower room is relaxing but the tub couldn't fit two adults though. Staff was super friendly. Definitely going back to this hotel.
