The team was very accommodating (special mention to Pauline and Luisa (Frontdesks) Andre and TJ (Room attendant), Santos (helped with luggage) and fast response from Maintenance Team (Jason(?)). There’s only 2 things that needs to address during our stay in Richmonde Hotel Eastwood City.. First, The internet connection is so slow & it took you awhile to connect to Netflix & Second, The water drainage at shower area on Room 3401 were blocked & I opened it to give flow of water. Otherwise such a beautiful hotel, very quiet & comfortable plus very handy to the mall, shops & restaurants. Also give credit to all receptionists , porters & guards.. they were all nice people & approachable. Last thing , the hotel ares so cleaned. Thank you

One of our top Romantic Getaways in the North of Manila! So happy that we have finally stayed in the vibrant Eastwood City through Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The staffs that we met from our check in up to check out are so nice and understanding. The amenities are also great! Happy to announce that most of the rooms and facilities are newly renovated. The food is a Must try too! We tried their breakfast buffet and a 3 course lunch from The Eastwood Cafe + Bar ❤️

clean towels, clean sheets, smell is good. newly renovated rooms. i just hoped that they considered our request to book twin beds instead of queen bed. and they charged 15 pesos for an attempt to call outside (shakeys delivery) , calls outside could have been for free considering its a hotel :)

Richmonde will always be my family's go-to hotel. We recently stayed at Richmonde for my father's bday and it was an excellent stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional at all times. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel was also conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. It was a great value for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Richmonde hotel will always be my 2nd home it’s been years since my last stay here. What I can say is that the newly renovated room was so nice. I do like removing the bath tub in the bathroom and change it in shower door glass the bed still the best I’ve ever experienced my room attendant Rene is very attentive to details to all of my request.. In the galley department there is a big difference regarding the taste of the food job well done for all the Chef keep it up. I hope they will maintain like this and I will definitely come back again

i'm making this review on the second day that I'm staying here. I have nothing bad to say about the rooms, they are spacious, comfortable, and have nice views. maybe the only thing that they can improve on is that the key cards keep on getting demagnetized (my key card kept getting demagnetized for both days) and the elevators aren't exactly fast since we only have one available. All in all I still had a very good stay.
