Friendly staff and clean rooms. Mainly for couples. They do allow families. That's no problem. There's a private garage and a mall opposite. Fast food chains and a seven eleven not far. It's more of a stop over hotel

Same as all the other Hotel Sogo's. Great service at affordable prices. I prefer to take own good and drink in to the rooms instead of room service as its slightly cheaper. Really nice rooms, with nice facilities and lighting. Rooms good for 2, which is a bonus. Friendly and helpful staff, with a good atmosphere.

The Sogo hotel chain are known as 'short term' hotels, where rooms are let for periods of two hours upwards. In some areas (Ermita?) this might be for rather seedy purposes, but in general is used by Filipino coupes to get away from their families for a brief period of privacy. As such, there are times when the lobby area is full of couples waiting for rooms. At this branch, there are waiting cubicles in the lobby, which I mistakenly thought was the cafe when I arrived! If you're happy to overlook this, the hotel rooms are extremely good value for money and very comfortable! The groups' motto is 'So clean, So good' and they live up to this! The 'executive' room I stayed in was equipped with a safe, wifi, large bed, desk and small table. There's no restaurant, but room service is available to obtain drinks and a selection of Filipino meals at very reasonable prices. If you're staying for several nights, try asking for a discount. I got 10% for three nights at a different branch! Given the usage of the hotel, the rooms are generally quiet, though there was some noise from staff's radios as they were instructed to clean rooms etc. If you're prepared to overlook the usage, but want a consistently comfortable room, at a good price, and generally a central location, try it, you'll be surprised!
