Decent room, airconed, it could've been better if there's a window for air exchange. Food is decent and varied, you will see that there's an effort to cook it nicely, tastes nice as well. The toilet flush had a problem but staff were responsive to my needs, can't complain. Friendly staff!

Been to Philippine and want to see the city of Manila over night. Went to Front desk to ask the room and kept me waiting for an hour. After that for check in I do understand it's hourly base hotel and I believe not a good specially for family because I never seen things which I saw over there so if you traveling with family don't ever try to book Sogo Hotels at all as it does have something in the room specially written on TV which family people can't afford to see their children. keep calling for AC as it was not working and in the end after 2 hours gentleman came and fixed the temperature. Asked for pillow or blanket which mention have to pay extra. And I paid around 1500 pso only for 12hrs. Which means if I am looking for some good hotel it will be more or less 3000 to 4000 thousand with in room facilities. Adults can stay if they want but again not recommend for Families.

I was scheduled for a meeting in Cubao, so this was the nearest hotel. Despite the branding that other people try to insinuate with Sogo hotels, of it being a cheap hotel, it was surprisingly clean. The staff was accommodating, and the pinakbet for the room food service was delicious. Sogo hotels have fast wifi and you can directly report to the manager if something is wrong, my food got delayed more than 20minutes once, and they refunded it no question, because of their policy that food should arrive within 10 minutes and staff was really apologetic. On top of that room is clean, smelled nice, bathroom as well and was the perfect hotel for sudden client meetings. I was about to try Eurotel in Cubao, but because of past experiences with Eurotel in makati i decided to try this one and hotel and manager Gus went far and beyond expectations, my idea of Sogo has changed and would recommend them for people who are looking for an affordable and clean hotel - i noticed a lot of families who are already checking in because of its improved service and reputation.

We had a really nice stay because the room was wide enough, beautiful and clean. We got the room at a very affordable rate. We've also tried their food and it was delicious and we didn't wait that long for food to be served.

This hotel is not just for short time stay to do "something fishy" their room rate is affordable especially when you have a family member from the province visiting and you won't be able to accommodate then in you own house. They have nice painted wall and the bed is comfy. Their room is also good for travelers who just need a place to stay for the night.

It's definitely so so clean and so good it's my 2nd time to check in sogo . The check in is so fast but how I wish they also allowed. booking reservation specially for ofw . That time sogo is not my 1st chose but it's the only hotel who have a class wish is very nearest to terminal 1 and to victory liner and northern luzon buss terminal. I have nothing to complain in the cleanliness of our rooms and to there service even our food is just delayed for 5 min. But it is fine I understand that sometimes it really happen specially it's a very bz hotel .

The Sogo Hotel in EDSA Cubao is in one of the busiest places in Metro Manila and despite this I was able to enter the premises without any hassle. Security guards were alert and led me to the entrance and parking bay on the second floor. Staff courteous and friendly. Surroundings clean.

Same as all the other Hotel Sogo's. Great service at affordable prices. I prefer to take own good and drink in to the rooms instead of room service as its slightly cheaper. Really nice rooms, with nice facilities and lighting. Rooms good for 2, which is a bonus. Friendly and helpful staff, with a good atmosphere.

LOCATION: the best. Very close to the MRT, so you have a public transportation outside. And it is close to provincial bus terminal. SERVICE/STAFF: First, staff would recommend their priciest rooms, so always ask for the cheaper ones. Anyway you don't come here for luxury but to rest and others. Ordered Palabok and was shocked that it is the worst palabok I ever had. Looking back, I wonder why it even passed as a palabok. Don't order anything here, there are many choices outside. PRICE: at a price of PHP710 for a premium room, 12hours, nothing beats it in Quezon city. You are there for a short stay, and probably to rest after a long journey. CLEANLINESS: it is ok. I mean, nothing to complain about.
