Stayed here after arriving in QC very early in the morning. The hotel extended my booking for a reasonable minimal cost, and even supplied a huge promo helping of crispy pasta and rice, at 5am in the morning. The rooms are very basic and in the process of very noisy renovations. Unfortunately my room 320 had a bad water leak in the ceiling, necessitating a move across the corridor to 319. Here, the shower unit was in a state of disrepair, a complete wreck! Really awful and cascading water all over the place, like a home-made shower. The hotel provides basic breakfast, and the staff are very friendly and polite, lovely. There seems to be a management issue of not knowing about the extreme disrepair of some of the facilities. Renovations are ongoing and evidently about time, as the place has a bit of a worn-out look about it. To be fair, manager offered free 12-hour stay in the future to compensate for crap shower and unpleasant experience with leaking ceiling. Also, it is very reasonably priced, and with a great location within walking distance of North EDSA station and the massive SM North mall opposite. Because it’s getting better, and the staff are nice, would stay there again. Recommended for budget traveller.

The hotel is very well located for using public transportation, as it is very close to the “North Avenue” stop of MRT3 (which is currently the final stop on the MRT3 line, leading from there southwards along the EDSA highway). Another public transport line, LRT1, can also be reached on foot, only that the nearest station “Roosevelt” was closed in late November / early December 2021, so it will take a while to walk further to the now final stop on that line, “Balintawak”.

There is currently construction ongoing for a new line close to the hotel, which I believe will be named MRT7, giving even more connections with public transport (east-wards, out of Quezon City / Metro Manila). Due to the construction, I heard sometimes noise during the night coming from the outside.

In about 30 minutes walking distance is the Ninoy Aquino Park, a peaceful place with animals and places for picknick, or simply to rest from the city noise. Also, the Quezon Memorial Circle, another park, can be visited for recreational purposes and is very close to the before-mentioned Ninoy Aquino Park.

Due to Covid-19 measurements, breakfast – which was included in the price – was brought to the room. Hotel staff was friendly to me, and I want to thank everyone of the hotel team as well as the security personnel. At the reception desk I was treated well by Jonna, and by the other front desk staff, for which I am thankful.

This was the hotel where a lot of amenities are offered and toiletries were even complete. It is also very convenient since there is a grocery store near the hotel and just a few minute walk towards SM North. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Extremely disappointing. Our room stunk so badly, from the moment you walk in it his you in the nose and eyes. We believe the smell comes from the drain in the sink. It sounded like AC was on, but the room was hot - turns out it wasn’t on, but was still making a noise. Once we found the switch to turn on, the sound amplified and was like a motorbike engine. Since we were in a soulless room with no window or fan, we needed it on. Ordered food service, waited more than an hour then called down and asked where it was - was told it’s coming. I gave up after waiting for more than 2 hours. On a more positive tone: breakfast was edible, and wifi worked despite being very weak.

I'm a walk-in customer from a business trip, the room is clean the only problem was the staff. They are so noisy, laughing and saw staffs from my peephole they are facing their cheek on door of each room and after that they also checked mine, maybe they are listening what's happening in every room. So terrible experience and your privacy is not guaranteed in Eurotel North Edsa.

The minute I entered the hotel, it was already a mess. I was supposed to check in and my colleague had checked in ahead. To my surprise, they called the room and told my colleague that I am leaving. I have to correct them. The next four days were dismay and frustrations:
first day: no shampoo with one small soap for a booking of two. The bathroom floor got wet all over during shower. We requested for a floor rag as the floor is too slippery. For four hours, no floor rug.
second day: with shampoo but no soap and towels. We need to locate the housekeeping boy roaming around to request for our towel and soap. This is so because if you call the front desk or housekeeping, it will take hours and several times of follow ups.
3rd day: some of our training mates decided to transfer to be nearer SM NORTH EDSA. They were surprised early morning for the notice to checked out. Never did they expect that they were booked for only 12 hours. Imagine the trouble? Embarassing.
We requested for coffee to be charged to our room. Later when coffee was delivered we were forced to pay cash.
4th day. During check out, we requested for assistance but no bellboy arrived so we pull all our luggages down to the lobby by ourselves. Worst is, they will not provide me a receipt because I booked thru aGODA. WOW. This is after a clear confirmation from the hotel before booking thru agoda that it is the hotel that will provide me the receipt.
As a whole, it was a stay not worth recommending: slippery bathroom floor; unattentive staff; no coordination among staff; does not provide enough information and very slow to requests. The hotel supervisor was very apolegetic but for business like hotels, customer service is everything. you cannot have excuses for not providing an excellent service.

Out of desperation, we ended up styaing here for a night. I was so disappointed and grossed out with my entire experience. These highlighted my stay:

1. They don't have service elevators. We had to share the elevator with their food cart with messy plates and smelly leftovers.

2.
The room was dirty.
The floor was carpeted, grimy and stained.
The sheets were cheap and ITCHY.
The pillows were of no quality.
The bed had a hole underneath the foam.
The TV wasnt working so they had to transfer us to a different room.
The AC was so loud and barely enough to cool the room down; its front grill was dismantled with half of it dangling down.
The power died on us for three times.
The bathroom floors were grimy.

3. The crew seemed to have just been thrown there to do work without any training. No customer service whatsoever

4. Definitely left my charger and no one reported of retrieving it from my room- they deserve this review for honesty.

I checked out feeling tired as I barely slept at all. I will never go back here again, and its such a shame to see foreigners staying in the same sorry "hotel". Do not even consider booking this. Let reviews like this serve as a stern warning!

Booked on agoda, I checked in and booked a studio Premium room. First room the air con was really noisy, so i looked at 3 other rooms and picked the best.

Unfortunatly the aircon is a window style which lets in the noise of the busses and traffic, the matteress was cheap and foam and very uncomfortable, linen was even cheaper, thin and comes off as you sleep.

So bad i checked out next day have paid for 2 nights staying only one.

Not cheap, not value for money!!!
