Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA is acclaimed for its strategic location, offering direct access to SM North EDSA and other shopping centers, which guests appreciate for the convenience it provides. The rooms are generally celebrated for their cleanliness and comfort, though some guests have encountered maintenance issues and service delays. Detailed Reviews
This was a bday and pre mother's day celebration staycation with the family. Weve booked 3 rooms and stayed from May3-8.
Overall experience was good. Kudos to the lobby guards. Theyre all very friendly, accomodating, courteous and very helpful and very visible everywhere that we feel safe and comfy.
.
The rooms are nice, clean and cozy, i just cant see much difference in the rooms from the regular to the superior room that theyve upgraded me into, except for the view i guess. But thats fine.
Some rooms for improvement though on the housekeeping part, as we had some days that we had to follow up on them even if weve already saw them, told them since theyre just within the nxt door or nearby room but we had to wait and call, follow up until late afternoon/early evening because when we returned in our room, it was still not cleaned.
We also suggest if you could have a hot/cold water dispenser maybe at the lobby or pool area that would be great so the guest can take a sip perhaps for example before they check in or about to check out or maybe before/after swimming.
Another note regarding the ice request. I understand that its free and we appreciate that but it took us more than 30mins or maybe an hour to have a couple of ice request when we had our mini bday celeb in the room. Weve requested it when we're just decorating the room, but the time had past until we're done eating, we followed up more than 4 times for the ice and it arrived late when its no longer needed, becoz we had to take the mineral waters intead of the soda coz the ice havent arrived yet. It happened twice in our stay, we even had our nephew go downstairs to get it himself coz it took a while again for them to have it delivered. We're willing to pay if that would take the service/delivery to be faster, but never mind, just thought of letting you know so it can be improved to avoid bad customer experience in the future.
We're always swimming daily bcoz of my son, but there are days that the pool seems to be not cleaned or maybe am wrong but we hope for health and safety purposes that it is being cleaned on a daily basis.
Thats all i have to say, but overall am still satisfied with the staycation experience and would definitely recommend your hotel to friends and relatives. Will also visit other radisson/park inn locations to see the comparison/differenece and for sure youll here from to always to give feedback. Thank you!

The room is nice, and the bed is comfortable enough. When i arrived the room smelled fresh and i didn't notice something dirty or unpleasant. However the first thing i've noticed is that the room is not equipped with a refrigerator, but what i appreciate the most is that the staff provided four gallons of drinking water. Bathroom is clean, and its my second day today but I'm liking the experience so far.

The hotel has a very good location being attached to SM North EDSA mall with lots of choices for shopping and restaurant. Staff are very accommodating and it has a very good price for a hotel in the area. They have new rooms and would have been nice to have extra pillows in the room.

Breakfast buffet should offer more variety of food, soups and drinks. Manage the drinks in dispensing machine to avoid spillage. The swimming pool is not as big as I expected as seen in the pictures and website. Keycards should be given to the guest upon checkout as I experienced in all the hotels that I checked in...

I stayed at this place for 3 weeks on a business trip. The hotel is at an excellent location, close to a lot of shopping and dining options. The room facilities were pretty good, with decent decor and good quality appliances and furnishings. The room has good lighting and was very spacious. The breakfast has good spread, but very little options for vegetarians. I wish they could label their dishes to separate veg and non-veg dishes.
Their biggest drawback, is their awful housekeeping. It is extremely easy to keep a checklist of room housekeeping, yet they forget either to clean the room, or if they do, they forget to keep one item or the other. Despite of several complaints, they did not pick up slack till the end. I wish I could give them a handwritten checklist by the end of my stay.
The people at the front desk need to improve their attitude, I don't want to name the person, but having given them a huge business the checkout was very unpleasant and rude.
The staff at the restaurant deserve kudos for their hospitality

A better front desk staff would be appreciated for one. I feel that my family and I were not accommodated the way a good hotel front desk staff should have. They were missing the smiles and kind and sincere hospitality that we experience at other hotels. The food was below average - we ordered for pizza and it tasted like those frozen doughs at the grocery, and several safety hazards were observed. My fingers got caught in a poorly thought of door handle where the handles are too near the edge, causing my skin to be peeled of. Proactive measures were not in place as well. They still asked me if i wanted a first aid person, instead they should have provided one immediately. So bottomline, no one arrived to check on me. I also asked that a PULL sign be put up so no further incidents happen as i was informed by the restaurant staff that many people have already been injured by that door, but no one did that.
Some measures can be suggested:
1. Ensure that doors have proper handles. The doors at the Terraza at 7 had handles that were too close to the door opening, causing my finger to get scraped. The waiters are all aware of this, disclosing that other guests have had injuries prior to me. The servers push the doors at the glass and no longer use the handles but no one does anything about it.
2. The pizza at the Terraza at 7 was not freshly cooked. The crust tasted like those frozen pizza doughs from the grocery and the pepperoni slices were mushy. Definitely far from how a hotel pizza should take like.
3. Pool temperature is not consistent. First time we checked in, it was comfortable warm. On our second stay, it was not warm anymore, causing the children to get cold - which was disappointing because the heated pool was our primary reason for checking in again.
4. Safety doesn't seem to be priority in this hotel. After the incident with the door, no one provided first aid. And no one did anything to prevent further injuries. I find that lack of proactiveness as a measure of how poorly the hotel finds safety and comfort of the guests as of any importance.
5. The floor under the beds are dusty. It is a pet peeve of mine to find out that only visible areas are cleaned, especially when we travel with little children.

For a new hotel, finding roaches is certainly not acceptable. Though I was transferred to another room, it took 4 hours. There should be a quicker transfer if there’s a sanitized room available for emergency. Food choices are so limited as well as the servings. Consistent disregard for dietary requests and limited choices made this quarantine hotel not a great option for people with special needs. The hotel staff tried to amend the issues but this guest had to call the front desk almost every meal to make necessary changes. For almost 10 days, calling incessantly for food changes was tedious and unnecessary if they allowed food delivery from outside sources where all the dietary considerations would have been met. Since the cleaning crew have limited activities due to quarantine, I expected the trash to be at least sanitized everytime it is emptied. However, this has not happened, food juices were left and totally disregarded. After a few days, this guest addressed it with front desk and was resolved. Replenishments of toiletries were great but I think with staff shortage, it would take a long time. Front desk staff are mostly courteous and try to help as much.If food delivery for special diets was allowed, the quarantine stay would have been better. Since the stay has been lengthened, it would have been nice to have magazines, newspapers or books available to read. If you have mobility issues, the phone is not accessible, not close to your bed and with frequent callers, not for your room, it made it difficult for this guest to answer all calls.

Our stay was good here at the hotel. The room has a nice view of the city, the room amenities are great. We love the showers! We have kids with us and since the room is spacious and having windows with a view, their stay was somewhat less boring. The 2 large TVs were also sort of good entertainment.
We had a rough start with the hotel because of a minor misunderstanding but the hotel staff were patient and accommodating. I suggest that even if guests are in mandatory quarantine, treat them with warm welcome as your loyal patrons . Prepare a nice place to welcome them, consider that these guests came from a long tiring trip and had undergone health protocols and some are even vaccinated already, so they also deserved a special welcome rather than virus carriers. Good thing that this issue was sorted out by very patient personnel but I hope that the management should also consider my suggestion because they are also paying clients.

It was December 2019,
Due to an expected Typhoon that hit Manila, Our flight had been cancelled then moved for hours. Prior to our departure, I contacted the hotel thru e-mail, and i am very pleased with their quick response during that time. I commend every staff, for their friendliness not just to me, but also towards my guest during our period of stay.
The Hotel’s location, is exactly what i was looking for, because it’s easily accessible for my family to come visit, and to my business clients.
The breakfast buffet for me did not disappoint, it was a spread of filipino/american breakfast dishes (more likely early Lunch for Filipino’s)
Our room is great, but the TV is not working. Which was not a problem for us, i also didn’t bother complaining since i don’t watch Tv anyway. I declined every opportunity to have my room cleaned (changed sheets etc.) every day, its more environmentally friendly that way. (like what other hotels from other countries do nowadays) , i only ask what i needed to be replaced.
Although there is still an going construction within the hotel premises, its hardly noticeable at all.
But I do hope, that the management will do something about the pool entrance/exit area, it’s kinda awkward walking thru the lobby after a swim, other than that everything turned out great.

I stayed here for almost two weeks. I utilized the restaurant for various meals and snacks. The breakfast buffet is very nice with coffee, tea, local cuisine, fruit, meat and eggs. Lunch/dinner food is very tasty, albeit a little on the smaller side of portions. They were always ready to open a beer for me.
The patio on the 7th floor is fantastic, although there sometimes is a bit of a methane smell when the wind blew in a certain direction. You could solve that issue by sitting near the pool. Great view of the city around you.
The rooms are very spacious and fitted well. The lounge chair is soft and comfortable and the work chair is adjustable The work desk is perfectly sized with various plugs. The bathroom is sized well and well appointed. The bed is a bit firm, but clean and comfortable. The staff is AMAZING. Kind, courteous, helpful. Cleaning crew was always engaging and if I was in my room they were ready to provide me with additional water and coffee as needed.
