The deluxe room is quite small and the bathroom sewer smells a little bit, but if you're mostly going to be out all day and just need a place to crash, it will do just fine. The staff (front desk, housekeepers and guards) were wonderful!; they're definitely why guests have been giving this hotel high reviews. Complimentary breakfast at Figaro is awesome - such a great value and well worth the extra fee. The only negative I can write about is the shirt that we lost when we asked for a laundry service. Luckily we only lost one - who knows where it went, hotel staff said they can't locate it which is fine but I hope this can be helpful to future guests so they are aware.Thank you Lemon Tree Inn staff - it's because of you that this hotel is ranked high. We had a great stay!

I've been staying in this hotel every once a month for 3years now.. and LISA, PAOLO, ANGELO, CHRISTIAN does a GREAT job of taking care of their guests. Lots of hotel nearby but only LEMON TREE INN would spoil you and make sure every peso is worthy.. KUDOS to the staff.. and this hotel.. !!!.

Had a comfortable stay. The place is clean and the room is regularly made up. Staff is very accommodating. There is a complimentary breakfast at Figaro just beside the inn. Just a walking distance to some fast-food outlets; kfc, jollibee, chowking. Definitely coming back 👍🏼👍🏼

The place is as cozy as it can be! It's a real value for money, very minimalist but so practical. The staff are so ever helpful, sweet and above all, service with a smile, always! First stay at Lemon Tree was amazing that I recommended it to colleagues. I liked the compact room but with most of the things you need for your business travel. Front office staff and the sales staff are helpful. I will definitely stay there again if there's a chance!

This tiny place is my home away from home. Since March 2015, I stay here almost every week. The staff are accommodating. The rooms are small but well designed to include a mini kitchen. Figaro is conveniently right beside the inn, and they serve sumptuous breakfast. You can opt for room service. On the other side is 7-11 and right across is the Capitol Medical Center. I'm very thankful there's a cozy place like this in the middle of a bustling city

Lemon Tree Inn is easy to find place as it is locatied next to a landmark building in Quezon City, the Captiol Medical Center. It is also along Quezon Ave, where there are many pubs, KTVs and massages up and down. There is a mall nearby, Fisher Mall with many restaurants ranging local fare to Japanese ramen and western steak. There are economics food court too. The room is clean and with small kitchen, mircowave oven, sink and fridge. Very friendly staffs and free wireless internet access.

We booked here as our accommodation for me and my girlfriend's QC trip. :) Requested the management to prepare a surprise for my girlfriend and they never hesitated. :) Pros: - Room is very clean and smelled great. - Room has a kitchen and cabinetry with cutlery, refrigerator, and microwave oven. Everything you need to prepare your packed foods are there. :) - Toilet is clean. - Space is ample. - Service is GREAT! - Hotel is very accessible to public transport. Cons: - None I could think of. RECOMMENDED PLACE TO STAY IN QUEZON CITY. :)

1. The place is located just less than 20 steps to Capitol Medical Center. 2. There is 7-11, Figaro shop and Shopping Mall 5-7minutes by foot. 3. MRT tran is 10 mins. 1 ride away 4. Respectful and friendly staff, always greeted me with a smile. 5. Room is acceptable but no view. They have poor signal on Telecom but good signal on Wifi. 6. comfortable pillows and bed. 7. mini Kitchenette available. Glod ambiance. Over all was great :) will surely go back and stay here.
