Hotel is located at the 3rd floor of a commercial building right at the corner of Congressional and EDSA. Being a bustling part of Quezon City it's really noisy at night but in the room you don't get bothered that much. The room is a typical low-cost accommodation. Not so premium looking. The bed was okay. But the sheets weren't as clean as they claim it to be. The bed sheet and pillow cases had stains all over. I didn't notice them when I checked in because I was too tired to do so. Toiletries were provided. Except that the body wash was placed in a used Nature's Spring water bottle. They could have used a pump bottle instead, so I went down to 7-11 and bought a small bar of soap. Wifi was a bit too slow for me. TV has no cable but they did install an ABSCBN TV Plus box. For Php150 more I could have stayed in a better "Red" hotel. Oh and no, they don't have food services.

as others pointed, the place is extremely noisy. it is an audio panorama of all the extreme noise you can experience in the country, although there are no windows in the rooms. the hotel is right next to a highway with insane traffic, lrt, non-stop loud crowd from everywhere, non stop karaoke bar a floor below, and a construction on the lower floor, plus noisy window aircons on most wings. the karaoke is to max volume, plus added echo from the building, you have to experience it to imagine it. you can enjoy it 24h. if you think that staying by lrt station is a plus, think twice. the good thing is that there is everything you need in close walking distance. the hotel itself is new, and for the price offers a great value lodging for the Philippines. for the same price elsewhere you get the typical depressing dim light, no water heater, etc. while this hotel has a proper room lighting and good working water heater in a decent bathroom. no fridge and safe in room, but all clean and new.

Had to opt for this as an emergency option.Centrally located but there are real tradeoffs.Parking is limited and you get a sensurround experience (buses honking, trains running past and a rockband playing all night.Am not actually a light sleeper and there was no window in the room so you'd think that would have helped but no.

Room Tip: Given the location I don't think there are quiet options at all.

Its nice that international chain of hotel is in Manila already and great that i got the chanve to stay in their two branches one in vito cruz and the other one in Edsa Congressional. EDSA Congressional branch is a great place. Its in an old building but once you already in the 3rd floor where it is located everything becomes great. Location is just about 10 mins walk from lrt roosevelt station. Banks, malls, convenience stores and 24 hours famous fast food chains are located in less than 5 minutes walk. Room is excellent... its clean and basic necessities are provided. The room has cable tv with simple and clean t &b. Although some ktv bars are located near the place it didnt bother me to get a nice sleep. Overall, this is excellent. An affordable and good quality accommodation. I just hope they can maintain this level of service. This is highly recommendable.
