I am actually a frequent traveler here in ACL Suites even before the pandemic started (I think they were closed during the peak of pandemic). But when I came back, it was different. The customer service has improved way better. Before, pahirapan mag request ng mga bathroom essentials. But now, parang within 5 minutes or less, nakuha ko agad. Also, the rooms are much cleaner compare before. (Thanks to Kuya Housekeeping pala for attending my requests and for cleaning my room well). I hope that this will be maintained na and for sure, I will be excited coming back here since malapit sya sa mga kailangan kong puntahan. I hope lang that when I come back, may bidet na since it is essential already. I will surely recommend this hotel already unlike before.

Stayed for 3 nights and staffs are very accommodating. Food is okay and would much be appreciated if breakfast is buffet. Room is also okay and would be nice if there is a bidet. So-so for the internet connection

ACL Suites was one of the few hotels I wanted to stay from time to time even though it is old and outdated. But nowadays, I really don't care too much about what to expect inside the hotel (as long as I can comfortably rest and sleep well. lol). What really amazes me when I go back here is the Customer Service I am experiencing when I visit here since it is a plus factor for me when choosing a hotel. Actually before, (before the pandemic) I am staying already here but their staff was very unprofessional and got a feeling that they are lazy doing things. But now, everything is different. From the greetings I received upon arrival, down to my stay, and until I check out, (even though they are all in their mask) I saw the smile within their eyes and the sincerity of their service. I will surely be coming back more often here in ACL Suites. PS: By the way, Thanks for the free Wi-Fi Access you are offering now. Unlike before, it is only at the lobby and in rooms were an add-on. Hoping for a faster and more reliable free Wi-Fi in the future. :) and bidet also - they promise this to me actually. hahaha

got a family suite for a 12hours stay which cost me Php.2800. it was the ugliest place we've been. the room has 2 double bed,no slippers, no cable, no wifi access in the room except in the lobby only lol. shower is...i can't even describe. when you open it, it will stop totally when you use the faucet for brushing teeth. no bidet for toilet use. not even a exhaust fan but instead, a small dilapidated old window that you cannot even move to close and open it because of the rust that accumulates on the sides. curtains are so dusty. lighting is dull. no hair dryer lol. i can enumerate all the things that are lacking on this family suite room as the hotel is claiming. really disappointing and not worth the price i paid to stay. the only thing good is the receptionist. a respectful young lady behind the counter. this review is based on our personal experience. need proof? i took pictures of every angle of the so-called "family suite" lol. i can share it upon request :D

Parking is very important to me and most budget hotel will just give you rooms with no parking. If you could lower down your half day rates, your hotel will be unbeatable. By the way, Thanks Mr. Oliver. Thanks for making my stay a good one. Hope to see you again on my next visit.

Booked 2 Deluxe Double Junior Rooms for an overnight stay after attending a late night party, and to watch a show the next day at the Araneta Center which is very close by. The hotel offers free secured basement parking. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were given rooms on the 5th floor which was fine since there is an elevator. The rooms however were quite small and the windows opened to another building (no view). It has 1 double bed, a 19-inch analog TV with cable channels, an aircon which cooled the room adequately, and a table and 2 chairs. It has a small cabinet and an attached dresser, a small private bathroom with hot and cold shower and some free basic toiletries. For a budget hotel, it is OK and will definitely recommend to friends looking for a short (budget) stay.

The staff provided excellent service. Whenever we needed something, they delivered it right away. The food at their cafe (urban cafe) was great! The rooms were very clean and it is within walking distance to shopping and malls. We arrived early and they were very flexible with check-in. We highly recommend staying here.

I was looking for a place where my relatives from the province could stay, I wanted a place that was budget friendly but at the same time ensure their comfort I drove past this place so I checked it out, it wasn't a luxury hotel but it was affordable and looked decent so I booked them. They said they had a good stay, it was clean, service was okay, staff was friendly, the only bad side was it was hard to park the car in their basement parking haha. Will recommend this place to anyone who can find it lol

ACL Suites is a budget hotel with clean rooms and friendly service but you do get what you pay for. The room I stayed in had noisy A/C which didn't work most of the time, slow wifi costing 100 peso for 12 hours, a tiny window with no view and the usual rock hard mattress. The private bathroom was adequate and with clean sheets and towels and free breakfast, the suite was value for money. Location is not great if you want to be near shopping malls or tourist attractions, however it was easy to find and is close to main traffic and transport routes. The surrounding area is fairly poor with lots of small shops and businesses. Plenty of jeepneys and tricycles but few taxis. I used Uber a few times and didn't have any problems but it always pays to know where you are going in Manila as the drivers often rely too heavily on Google Maps and Wayz.
