I’ve been at this hotel since 2/1/20 and was intending to stay till 3/12/19.
I love the hospitality and friendliness of the staff as well as its overall cleanliness, security policies, room size and amenities (daily water bottles), free WiFi, separate toilet and shower areas.
However, as much as I intended to stay throughout the duration of my booking, I have to ask the management to check out sooner because of EXCESSIVE NOISE related to thin walls and good(?) acoustics ofbthe hallway. You can basically hear everything as people pass by your door, closes their doors, talk in the next room and or the housekeepers cleaning the floors or vacant room, all these issues worse in the wee hours of the morning (12:30 am till 6:00 am).
As such, if you’re here to have a good and restful sleep, prepare to be awakened a lot throughout the night.

Staff are friendly and professional. Banks are nearby. Lights are all yellow. Wall-mounted aircon has remote control and softly hums. Complimentary shampoo/body wash and hand wash are wall-dispensed. Room facilities are excellent except that guests must bring own water bottle or else make do with a hotel paper cup; and telephone connects to outside landlines only upon request. Sheets are oldish but clean. Queen bed and pillows are excellent. A Thai Mango branch nearby delivers delectable Thai food at affordable prices. Overall, I had a pruductive week-long working stay. I will definitely return here for weekend leisure stays

Location is great as it is accessible to restaurants, convenience store, coffee shop, bars, ATMs, etc.
They have paid parking and free parking for senior/PWDs. The staffs are accommodating and easy to talk to. Toiletries such as toothbrush are available for a price which includes slippers. They have dispensable hand soap and body wash/shampoo.
They have towels which you can request to change. They have free drinking water in every floor so you can bring your tumbler. AC is working properly and very cold.

They have common area where you can eat, re-heat your food. They also have a meeting room at the lobby.

The housekeeping is not cleaning your room much. They are changing the sheets and they will sweep the floor. They will empty the trash bins. But they will not clean the room much.

When I booked via booking.com, the hotel immediately accommodated us when we arrived. The room has a pleasant smell, clean toilets, hot shower and when we requested for dental kit, they handed a pouch with slippers. I appreciate the friendly staff whenever we call the front desk, they deliver our request right away. I will definitely stay here again. Kudos to all staff. 😊

Always loved staying at Go Hotels because they’re economical yet offers a spacious and comfortable beddings, plus their staff are always accommodating and friendly.
This was my first time in Timog branch (apparently they’re a franchise). Compared to other branches, this is the first that I cannot use their bath towel (see for yourself). Also, I hope they do something about the stinky smell of sewer.

Everything has extra charge, I was advised that each room can accommodate up to 3 pax but wasn't inform that the 3rd person will be charged. We don't have towels on the first room, no toiletries and free bottled water on both room. No slippers to use. We asked for a spoon and fork (even just plastic) but they said they don't have. I requested a hair dryer and it has a charge PER HOUR of use. Their lobby felt like there's no AC and both hallway and room smells foul. The sink on the second room is clogged. Their bidet has too much pressure that you won't be able to use it.

staff was lazy and talked noisily along the corridors. toilets in the room smelled like public toilet. when i was registering a complaint to the duty manager on the cellphone he cut off the line.

Hotel staff were noisy and inconsiderate of the guests early in the morning, 6 AM. i have met more sensitive and caring staff in restaurants.

i will go out of my way to recommend to others and friends that they look for another hotel of similar price.

Fairly new hotel so rooms are still in good condition. The room size is just right and not too cramped like how I imagined it would be.

Had few issues with the ac at beginning but their housekeeping was quick enough to resolve it. We also had a good rest as the bed was super comfy. Curtains are sorta blackout too.

Upon check out, the ever clumsy and forgetful me left a pair of pearl earrings and it was returned to me by the personnel who made up the room. He was even running to catch up on me. Thumbs up for honesty!

Overall a cheap and pleasant stay. Will I return? Yes!

I booked a flexi room and confirmed our arrival time via email which they acknowledged. When we get there, I asked my husband to show the email to the front desk while I stay with the car with our sleeping daughter. He came back telling me that there is no available room yet. I have no choice but to go down and talk to them myself which means I have to wake up my daughter. They told me same that there's no available room yet. I got upset and reiterate that I booked a flexi room which costs a little more than ordinary rooms. That's when he told me that they have allotted rooms for flexi and start checking us in. We were in a hurry because we have a Wedding to attend to at 2pm and they used chunk of our time.

When we get to the room, the smell isn't so nice. Seems that the bedsheets and pillow cases are not washed properly but we didn't complain anymore because we don't have enough time. We left the hotel before 2pm and got back almost 11pm. Only to find out that the sink easily clogs but we shook it of since we were already exhausted from the days events. The following morning, we prepped early for checkout. I took a bath first and found out that the drain in the bathroom is also clogged to when I stepped out, the water flows out so I had to use the towel that they hang at the door.

Such a terrible experience!

The room offers privacy, also clean. The hotel employees were very approachable, especially the front office and security. They were also very attentive and accommodating to guest requests. 10/10 would recommend. Best budget hotel in Manila.
