Service at the front desk and especially the dm ( male ) needs to be more friendlier or accommodating when checking in guests. The male staff who opened our connecting door sure needs some extra effort to be more helpful. He knew i needed help with the AC but left without assisting. Called the front because there was a fight in the 4th floor hallway but security had a very very slow response. so had a hard time sleeping. Coming from the hotel industry, we are trained to treat guests like we would want them to come back and give have to always give your best effort.

It was an average experience Inhave during my stay. There some opportunities I noticed. Number 1 is there is no towels provided, I don't know if I have to being my own. Maybe I haven't red my booking confirmation clearly. 2. There is no rug in front of the toilet and bath and I am almost slipped which is why I need to use my used clothes as a rug. 3. Shower is to cold and I thought it would be a hot or cold shower. 4. I requested if I could stay with a city view, I know its not too much but I wanted to relax at the same time. For the staffs, they are doing their job perfectly and so far that is my experience. Probably I will comeback on this hotel if they take actions on the opportunities I mentioned.

I stayed here for 16 weeks, the receptionist, guards and all hotel staff are very accimmodating especially KEVIN, his service and dedication to his work is top-notch! He is the one in-charge on the floor where I am staying. He always clean my room very well and with passion. He is really commendable!

The place is clean. The location is accessible and convenient. I will book at this hotel again. The staff are helpful and accommodating. I have actually booked Go Hotels Bacolod for my trip to Bacolod this December as I was really satisfied with my stay at their branch in Timog, QC.

Overnight stay was average. One notable suggestion is to provide warm showers. The sink offered a choice between warm & cold water, but not everyone enjoys cold showers. Also, it would be more comfortable if rugs were added to the room.

Staff are friendly and professional. Banks are nearby. Lights are all yellow. Wall-mounted aircon has remote control and softly hums. Complimentary shampoo/body wash and hand wash are wall-dispensed. Room facilities are excellent except that guests must bring own water bottle or else make do with a hotel paper cup; and telephone connects to outside landlines only upon request. Sheets are oldish but clean. Queen bed and pillows are excellent. A Thai Mango branch nearby delivers delectable Thai food at affordable prices. Overall, I had a pruductive week-long working stay. I will definitely return here for weekend leisure stays

Location is great as it is accessible to restaurants, convenience store, coffee shop, bars, ATMs, etc. They have paid parking and free parking for senior/PWDs. The staffs are accommodating and easy to talk to. Toiletries such as toothbrush are available for a price which includes slippers. They have dispensable hand soap and body wash/shampoo. They have towels which you can request to change. They have free drinking water in every floor so you can bring your tumbler. AC is working properly and very cold. They have common area where you can eat, re-heat your food. They also have a meeting room at the lobby. The housekeeping is not cleaning your room much. They are changing the sheets and they will sweep the floor. They will empty the trash bins. But they will not clean the room much.

I booked a flexi room and confirmed our arrival time via email which they acknowledged. When we get there, I asked my husband to show the email to the front desk while I stay with the car with our sleeping daughter. He came back telling me that there is no available room yet. I have no choice but to go down and talk to them myself which means I have to wake up my daughter. They told me same that there's no available room yet. I got upset and reiterate that I booked a flexi room which costs a little more than ordinary rooms. That's when he told me that they have allotted rooms for flexi and start checking us in. We were in a hurry because we have a Wedding to attend to at 2pm and they used chunk of our time. When we get to the room, the smell isn't so nice. Seems that the bedsheets and pillow cases are not washed properly but we didn't complain anymore because we don't have enough time. We left the hotel before 2pm and got back almost 11pm. Only to find out that the sink easily clogs but we shook it of since we were already exhausted from the days events. The following morning, we prepped early for checkout. I took a bath first and found out that the drain in the bathroom is also clogged to when I stepped out, the water flows out so I had to use the towel that they hang at the door. Such a terrible experience!
