Trust me when I say 'pure comfort'. Their amenities exceeded the expectations of probably the most critical travelers --- my children. When I take them away from home for 15 days, I had to find a place that has excellent Wi-fi strength, good food, access to a gym and shopping, a clean restroom, and a comfy hotel room. I didn't hear anything from them except 'we need to come back here next time'. I was glad to have chosen Seda Vertis North. The hotel was close enough for me to accomplish what I needed to get done in Quezon City; the traffic was not as bad getting around that area. MISTO breakfast is something you want to wake up to every morning. Outstanding variety. The magta-taho server was I think the highlight of our mornings. They should be given credit as well. The early morning chaos needs to be addressed. There was not enough crew. The coffee orders didn’t get served or replenished quick enough. Quite understandable. I didn't get the chance to eat lunch or dinner at Misto but I'm perfectly sure the food choices are excellent. We arrived at NAIA 1 from SFO around 5:30am. I was expecting the hotel shuttle crew to be at the NAIA exit looking for us. There was no one. I exited not knowing where to go. I called the hotel. I was being directed to a place that didn't seem to be open so early. What ticked me off was when I was told by the hotel to ask around. I completely lost it. I told the lady on the phone that I'm at the end of the crosswalk and to have the shuttle crew look for us. I was too tired to argue. The hotel check-in process was a breeze. I wished to be checked in earlier considering we flew in very early. I was told that the check-in time was at 2:00pm. It was only 8:00am when we got to the hotel. I was too tired to wait for another 6 hours. I asked for special consideration considering I paid for 8 nights. I was not given any. I ended up paying additional for early check-in. Sure, I got a little offended there. I had to beg for breakfast that day too. It would have been a good marketing come-on for early travelers to be able to arrange for early check-in with a confirmed reservation. The check-out process was spotless. Thanks to the wonderful front desk staff members on duty. Moving on to our next 7 days. Let’s see Bohol Beach Club. …

I celebrated my 35th birthday at Seda. It was a great experience especially with kids. My kids enjoyed so much at the play area and pool. The room was clean and were amazed we had a bathtub! The kids also enjoyed the bathtub after swim. We booked SEDA at their sale price of 5,400 per night and exceeded our expectations. Of all our staycation in Metro Manila, so far SEDA was the BEST! The food at Misto were delicious! I loved their Spanish Bread and Sausage! So many food to choose from. Value for money! Thank you, Seda.

Our first overnight stay in this hotel. . Room is cozy, bed is comfy with lots of pillow, really had a great sleep. We enjoyed the pool access and its amenities in the dressing area. The only thing is the Misto service and food during breakfast is not so good. Breads looks old, not fluffy anymore. Juice station are empty. The taste of the food are not so satisfying, some are not cooked well. Coffee and water are to be asked and served once the guest arrives. No creamer, sugar in the table. Set up are not even complete, have to asked everything. Staffs should be proactive and move in a quick manner. It is understood that its a busy morning and always a crowd yet service should not be compromised. I hope the hotel can have more breakfast staffs so that they can provide quality service, as i think this could be one of the challenges. Stayed here twice and both times have been very good. Well-appointed rooms, modern style and a nice pool.(on the 3rd floor) and gym. The staff are exceptional (especially Belle who took great care of the guests.) I was fortunate to attend the Christmas tree lighting celebration which involved 2 hours of show, drinks and amazing food all.for free. Breakfast was also good with a decent choice. The hotel is near 3 big shopping centers with lots of shops and food choices. I Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice place to stay. Staff are are friendly and courteous. Facilities are clean and well-maintained. Though there was some kinks in the service at the Pool Area, it was efficiently settled by the Pool Manager, Mr. Meynard and resolved to our satisfaction.

Everything went smoothly! We had fun and was able to distress. Their staff are approachable and always willing to assist. The breakfast buffet food was great and the potato wedges by the pool is the best. We will be back soon.

I like the idea of afternoon tea and cocktail night as inclusions in the our package. We enjoyed it. The rooms have enough space. Only looking for a bathtub for a romantic night. We appreciate the complimentary cake delivered to our room with anniversary greeting on top.
