Our stay was great. Our family enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the club lounge. The food was great and the people there were really nice, and was even playing with my son :) excellent service. The pool was really great. My son enjoyed swimming in the kiddie pool. As for the breakfast, food were really superb. Great choices and was really tasty. Would totally recommend this hotel to my friends, family and colleagues. Can’t wait to go back and have a staycation again.

We loved our stay here. Thanks for giving us a chance to stay here despite the confusion on pax per room. We loved the pool area very spacious and kids loved the playground. I hope I'll won a GC again to try other amenities in the hotel. Thanks!

Their rate for club rooms are relatively cheaper than similar hotels in the city. Availed of a room package with lounge access ,massage at their spa with complimentary early check in and late check out. Location - it is next to a mall so very convenient. Room - standard size and clean. No working desk and chair. AC was too noisy that it bothers you when sleeping. Loved the bed - it was firm just the way I like it. SPA - service was great, they even called to remind me of our appointment. Their treatment rooms were also nice ang clean. You have one room for yourself. The Massage treatment itself would depend on the therapist. Mine was great but my partner's was not so good. Loved their lounge and how accommodating their staff is. This was actually the highlight of my stay. The food was above average - and with decent choices. It was a pain requesting that late checkout it's like they don't even want to give it to you. You have to request it on the day you actually check out . Other hotels I've been to - they are the ones that initiate asking and they confirm during check in. It was still a good stay overall.

Get the Club Room or Corner Suite if you want to have access to the Executive Lounge that offers breakfast, tea time and cocktail hours. It's really worth the payment. Get the Corner Suite or the Premier rooms if you want a tub. The others just have a separate shower and toilet area.

Great base for a short trip to QC. Took the P2P from SM Clark to Trinoma. Hotel is a short walk from bus terminal. Booked a de luxe room with two beds. Only king room was available on check in. Since there are 3 of us, paid an extra Php 1800 for extra person and bed. Found out our booking didn’t include breakfast. Couldn’t put blame on the hotel because I didn’t book directly. Hotel is very nice and clean. Staff responds quickly to requests. Hotel is adjacent to vertis North which has lots if restaurants and shops.

This place is great when you need a quiet work space or you just want some solitude. The pool area is great for laps but in 2022, a building is being erected and it overlooks the swimming pool so the view is really bad for me. Trinoma and Vertis malls are just beside the hotel where you can find nice selections of restaurants and bars. The hotel buffet breakfast has adequate variety to suit discriminating palates. :)

Visited for special date night Hotel entrance is impressive and grand 23rd floor bar has a good relaxed chilled vibe Ordered sangria and mojito but mint not crushed in mojito so tasted of sweet rum and soda, sangria average. Ordered ribs which I was told were unavailable so said we’d go somewhere else, then they were available and came cold with warm mash! Nachos came quickly and were fine I did tell staff who were lovely and she said she would pass comments on. I would recommend going to this bar for a drink for the view and ambience, then go to street bbq on way home for good food and save your money! Promised so much but didn’t deliver !

The front desk staff were very courteous and accommodating and were always with a smile. My checking-in went very smoothly. Our room was large enough for me and my son who was to take the CPA Licensure Examination. He passed the board exam during his stay at the hotel. They gladly prepared him breakfast at 4:00 am for 3 mornings because he had to be at the venue of the exam by 5:30am. The hotel is just next to Ayala Mall and just a few meters walk away if one is interested in shopping. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The food selection was more than enough for me, from salad, pastries, soup, main course, juices and the dessert. The staff too at the restaurant near the lobby were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The check out was brief and smooth. I hope we can come back in the future. Thank you.

I love the grand feel of entering the Seda Vertis Lobby - compared to other Seda properties in other locations. Super appreciate the pumps inside the bathroom - the body wash scent might require some reviewing, most guests might not appreciate a green veggie scent. Shout out to Kristine of Housekeeping! She left a note in my room after seeing a PHP 50 bill from my laundry bag. Kudos to the laundry team also for delivering in advance, specifically told them about my departure at 7 am the next day and they were able to deliver the same day (late at night). THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Vertis might be a bit far from the rest of the Metro but it's a few steps away from an Ayala Malls hub so you can still get the essentials you need and dine in some of your favorite metro restaurants. Points for improvement on the breakfast's pastry selection though - I frequent Seda BGC and enjoy their pastries a LOT, so I was a bit disappointed when the pastries of Vertis did not match those of BGC's.
