Points to improve I think it’s just that the housekeeping team forgets my request for the floor towels to be replenished twice and there was one time misto bar that I requested for tea thrice just to be refilled. Also the the thing that irritates me is that since I look way younger than my real age is that some of the crew keeps ignoring me like I was just a friend by the guest in the hotel which is to be fair ok because I think they are busy because of the event (JS prom) but c’mon I’ve been there for 6days and every breakfast that’s really how I feel. Nonetheless I’ll still rate you guys not by someone else fault but on the overall experience. Keep it up see you guys soon.

The CNY rate for the Club room was worth it because it came with access to the lounge with an all day cocktails. We booked two rooms and was granted with our connecting rooms request; but one room had an aircon problem so we ended with one family having to transfer to another room in a different floor which defeated the family bonding purpose.
But still it was a good stay with good food, comfy beds and accommodating staff. It's also good that it's just next to a mall so we were just able to walk there for our lunch.

It’s my family’s second visit here at Seda Vertis North and this time we booked the club floor. The club room is a little smaller than what we had before. The club floor offers just enough selection for snacks and cocktails. Unlike other hotel club floors offering cocktails until 10 pm, theirs is only until 7 pm. The club floor staff are very attentive and courteous, especially we have a child in tow. The swimming pool facility requires toddler 4yo below to wear swim diapers even if your kid is toilet trained. Good thing they sell swim diapers upfront otherwise my baby won’t be able to take a dip. It gets rather crowded in the pool since we booked on a weekend. Things that could improve in the hotel is their check-in process. The last time we were there, we queued for 40 minutes. The same thing happened this time, about 30 minutes queuing for check-in. Also, no bidet in the toilet. I would still recommend Seda Vertis North as the best one in QC.

they need to clean their rooms more. it was fairly dusty when I arrived. they should clean regularly the air handling units of the air conditioning per room because that accumulates and can cause mild allergic reactions to dust like what happened to me. Also if your bed sheets have stains in them pls do your best to remove them, if not, maybe discard them. but the service was decent. the staff were very helpful and accommodating and friendly.

Their deluxe room is typical but priced way above other deluxe rooms with similar or even better facilities. We availed their Year Starter Flash Deal so it's already 'cheaper' but still not value for money. Breakfast buffet lacks some choices. Location is great though.

We spent a night staying with their corner suite room which has spacious room layout and a very impressive bathroom(with separate toilet, shower, bathtub and their Soak superfood skin care set). When we arrived, there’s a fruit basket, box of pralines and special anniversary cake set up which makes the start of our stay an extra special. A big thank you to Ms. Maricar De Ocampo for the making sure a delightful experience for us all throughout our stay. She even extended a late check out for us to make sure that we all enjoyed the entire stay. Moreover, I love the idea that there’s a microwave oven set up on their suite as we have kids who usually need lot of reheating necessities. The bathtub really enjoyed by my sons and turns to be their favorite spot in the room. Also, to mention FO Supervisor Angelica who facilitated our check in and managed to address and fixed rate issue right away. Ms. Mhlen of Service Center and who made an extra effort for giving us a personalized and warm welcome.
Aside from the room alone, we also love their executive lounge with very warm, genuine and caring staff (Sarah, Sab,Pam, Demie, Bettina and Rona with Chef Nina, I hope I remembered all of them correctly). Our son (Zach) found new friends and add up an ease for us (parents) to somehow enjoyed the moments we’ve staying at the lounge. They extended extra care to play and make a memorable experience with our son. The food served at the lounge during teatime and cocktails were excellent! It doesn’t require variety of selections but the item serves makes you satisfied. The Chef personally check on guests and monitor food quality. For that, Big Thanks to Club Lounge Team!
On our second day, our breakfast experience was great too! We dined at Misto to avail the buffet and I must say that it was simply incredible. From the spot we had, a place which is very comfortable with a couch for my son who managed to eat on his own and fit for our infant who’s sleeping on his stroller. John, our assigned server on table and some of the server who randomly assist us, never fails to check on us and really did an extra effort to make us comfortable all throughout our breakfast experience. I would like also to commend those receptionists and probably the female managers (who’s standing with the receptionists) who welcomed us upon entering and informing us of the alternative breakfast venue, but we really want to experience their buffet on the restaurant that’s why we insisted to wait.
To sum it up, we indeed had a magnificent stay! It’s our first time to do staycation with our kids (a toddler and infant), that it’s just the two of us (me and my husband). It takes a lot of effort for us to really enjoyed our celebration and stay but Seda Vertis North Family made it possible! This hotel is nice and clean, employees are good too but our main complain here is calling customer service. We stayed for 6 days for quarantine but it’s very hard to call customer service, morning, noon and evening they don’t answer the calls. Food is ok some are good some are not. You should bring plenty of snacks if you want to quarantine here because their food is expensive and the food is not enough. Next time I will try another hotel.

I love the grand feel of entering the Seda Vertis Lobby - compared to other Seda properties in other locations. Super appreciate the pumps inside the bathroom - the body wash scent might require some reviewing, most guests might not appreciate a green veggie scent.
Shout out to Kristine of Housekeeping! She left a note in my room after seeing a PHP 50 bill from my laundry bag. Kudos to the laundry team also for delivering in advance, specifically told them about my departure at 7 am the next day and they were able to deliver the same day (late at night). THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
Vertis might be a bit far from the rest of the Metro but it's a few steps away from an Ayala Malls hub so you can still get the essentials you need and dine in some of your favorite metro restaurants.
Points for improvement on the breakfast's pastry selection though - I frequent Seda BGC and enjoy their pastries a LOT, so I was a bit disappointed when the pastries of Vertis did not match those of BGC's.

Overall, service is good. Staff are friendly and courteous. Front desk staff is friendly. We appreciate the senior discount given to us. Yep, don’t forget to ask for the discount if you are a senior staying in the hotel. All charges were given an almost 30% off. There's not much we can do except watch TV, access the internet checking mails, etc. the delivery of the pack meals are prompt and generally on time. Special requests are immediately taken care of. Overall, the stay is comfortable and pleasant. The view from our room is depressing as we can see all the squatters living in the 12 hectares of land. We hope Ayala will find a solution to relocate these people and provide more amenities to the hotel guests. Unfortunately, in our case, we don’t have the privilege to explore the Trinoma or the Vertis malls which is just a quick walk from the hotel.

I dont think so. I believe you have to book the Club Room in order to have access to the Club Lounge as that is exclusive for guests staying on the Club Floor.
There are more places to choose from in the Quezon City area.
