I scratched and dented my car by just entering their tight, messy, and steep parking lot. There were lots of construction materials scattered all through out their parking space making it so difficult to maneuver in the already tight space. I wasn’t aware of it that I have already bumped into something sharp. I noticed it a day after so be better careful when threading through the tight alleys. I reported it to the frontdesk but she just smiled and just ignored me after. I didn’t notice any show of concern on her and she seemed irked by my complaint. In the end, I have to shell out additional cost for the repair of my car since it needed to be repainted. Lots of sharp objects scattered at the parking space at basement 1 coupled with tight spaces so extra care is necessary. Hotel parking is at basement 2 and you have to climb one stair up to use the elevator. Breakfast is so-so. It really felt weird and eerie at the 8th floor where the rundown restaurant is located. They don’t allow food to be delivered in your room by outside restaurants. I also observed small cockroaches particularly on the sink of the bathroom. So better keep safe your toothbrushes because it might be contaminated by crawling roaches. The building is old and seriously needs a renovation. The only good thing about this hotel is its near to restaurants like burger king. I was supposed to check in at other hotels like Luxent or Sequoia but they were fully booked. This hotel was the only one with rooms available so no choice. I would have to brave through the negative reviews written about it and proved to be true enough. I will never be coming back to this hotel ever. …
First time to be in this hotel. The taxi that I hailed don’t know much about this hotel so I searched via Map.me apps to instruct the driver the location. I was awed by the hugeness of the hotel with its notable red hue color. The lobby staff are accommodating, the rooms are good food are equally sumptuous. Bring jacket since the conference hall are cold due to the aircon system. Recommended to all as seminar venue.
Looking for a place to stay that’s near a church for weddings, birthdays or baptisms and the like? Look no further than Torre Venezia Suites which is located conveniently across St. Paul the Apostle Parish in Quezon City. For my mom’s birthday, she requested a mass before the family get-together. So, we booked the hotel’s 2 BR Appartamento. The whole first floor of living room/dining room/kitchen was spacious enough for our family of 7 people plus a few guests who dropped by. The two rooms are located on the second floor/ loft area for privacy. Despite being a hotel/condominium, we were able to enjoy the pool the next day as only a few people were using it despite it being a weekend. All in all a great stay and we’ll be back for sure.
Security guard are discourteous as I have observe how rude they are in treating the water delivery boy in the hotel. It should be addressed by the management as these people also deserve respect as a human being. They are not providing income to the hotel but i think they are providing essential needs to the guest/tenants in the hotel. It should be addressed as these delivery boys submit to their rules by wearing proper attire and provides proper documentation such as ID among others as requested upon entry.
This hotel has huge rooms but very noisy from the intersections of streets out front. Great staff and the restaurant was ok but not that great for breakfast. Best tomato soup I've ever had though. The pool was quite nice and away from people dining which I liked. The bathroom was too dark but overall it was a good place to stay
31 january 2017 we checked in at the torre for the new year to avoid the smoke and noise of fireworks. The kids also wanted to swim. Everything was good at the start: location was near our house, good restos nearby, a 7/11 just outside the front door of tbe hotel for thoses snacka and drinks. The room was big, although no bathtub the room was comfortable. The pool was good although cold. Despite that the kids loved that there was a kids pool. We had a great night with fireworks seen from our window despite just being at the 4th floor. The next day we still swam and had breakfast. The food was average. Too bad no bacon, no tocino, no fried rice. Limited selection. The stay became bad when we were going to check out. Upon booking we requested for late check out. The hotel emailed us and gave us a check out of 2pm. But much to our surprise the front desk was asking us to chk out at 12nn. We told them that they gave us a late chk out and we even showed the email printout. The lady at the desk told us that the email was a system error. After being threaten to be billed for haft day and the call end by the front desk while i was explaining. My wife, kids (both pwds) and i decided to chked out at 1pm. Too bad we were going to recommend the place to our family but now never.…
Meals taste like street food so guests are better off dining in any of the restaurants outside. Juices are powdered drinks, no napkins are offered. Coffee is mediocre. Very limited vegetarian choices.
I asked for a panoramic suite, instead they gave me a lower class of room at the price of a panoramic suite. Effin' rip-off. I asked them to resolve this first. they said the internet and their website might be wrong. wtf, really?
My party and I stayed here for my wedding preparations because we had no other choice. All other good hotels with good reviews near the church are already fully booked. So, okay, we had to settle for Torre Venezia Hotel. Unfortunately I failed to check the reviews before booking (see, folks, that's why you must read reviews before booking). The room looks nice, the bed's okay, and I like that the air-conditioning's good, but we have a lot of qualms about this hotel's policies and overall quality of its services and amenities. Let me enumerate them: 1. The fridge in the room smelled bad. 2. Cockroaches in the bath tub. 3. We're not happy with the policy where food from outside and deliveries aren't allowed. There isn't even an option where guests can pay a corkage fee to bring in food and have food delivered from restaurants outside the hotel. Seriously, this sucks because your food is bad and bland, and I noticed that other reviewers already pointed that out from what, some two years ago? But you're not doing anything about it and you're still getting the same feedback about the quality of your food. Shame on you. The least you could do is allow people to buy food from outside and bring it in then just charge a corkage fee. If you gave your guests more freedom to eat what they want, then that would be better. 4. The food you provided for my suppliers and family was really horrible. You didn't even follow the correct orders and just gave fish fillet, pork chop, and chicken BBQ to everyone. That's bad because what if you did that to other guests and they have dietary restrictions or a special diet to follow? Here's the low-down on the food: * The fish fillet was like rubber. It was hard to slice * What's up with the packaging? A large styrofoam container with small servings of food? You've got to be kidding me. * The chicken barbecue and pork chop were dry. * The stringed beans (sitaw) you used for the vegetables had some rotten spots. Seriously, why would you serve serve something THIS POOR to your guests? 5. When we were checking out, we called the receptionist to send a bellboy up to pick up our things. A security personnel (?) came in to inspect the room and if any food or beverages have been consumed. That's cool and understandable, but the bellboy never arrived. Then, the receptionist called around past 12 noon (the checkout time) to remind us about the checking out, and that's when we reminded them that we need the bellboy to fetch our things. And that's when they had to send him up. 6. The swimming pool area. Why would you use regular tiles? They lack traction! So, they're slippery when wet. The only areas that are not slippery are the pool copings and the grills for the drain. Try walking on those tiles with wet bare feet, you'll end up slipping if you're not careful. Please try to invest in better paving material for your pool area if you want to prevent accidents.…
Great staff and good breakfast. I very satified of this place. 7-11 convenient store is just around the corner and fast food store chains like Burged King, Mang Inasal & Mc Donald are just few minutes away.
