Stayed 3 nights in this hotel I don't know why i rarely seen bellman at the frontdoor specially at daytime.I used to standby at the lobby, I notice named Norman the bellman is always going to the back place of the reception for a long time..i dont think on his break cause he did it again and again... never stayed at the door..alot of guest are entering the hotel with a luggage but the guard are the one who assisted them. I think it should be the work of bellman.. sigh!
I noticed also frontofficer has a different uniform but I mostly like girl who wore the black uniform. Shes very cheerful (forgot her name)unlike the other seems like she suffers alot of problems..haha
Anyway u should train ur bellman or better to change him.
Lobby also is a bit of hot.

First I thought Rooms were small, but incredably clean, views are very great the best i have ever experienced, practically silent and was controlled via a thermostat in the room so you could control it. Balconys are very small likewise with the table and 2 chair tv are very classic but still channels are available.Front desk Jester and Tin are very entertaining this is the first time in my life that a person make me laugh i don't know why, maybe because they have their sense of humor.

Food, we found it to be of good standard, if a little repetative, waiters are very friendly, restaurant are very elegant .Food quality seemed good, no one I spoke to was ill at all during stay, so not sure about other travellers comments. Only problem was the bottled water available at rooms is for sale, good thing was there is an available 7-11.Gyms facilities are incomplete and small.

Over all this was a standard 3 star hotel. Myself and my family had a lovely time and were sorry to leave. Yes there was room for some improvement, but only with minor things, If you are looking for a nice hotel in a pretty setting and especially if you have younger children then you will enjoy Torre Venezia suites with an affordable room rates.

31 january 2017 we checked in at the torre for the new year to avoid the smoke and noise of fireworks. The kids also wanted to swim. Everything was good at the start: location was near our house, good restos nearby, a 7/11 just outside the front door of tbe hotel for thoses snacka and drinks. The room was big, although no bathtub the room was comfortable. The pool was good although cold. Despite that the kids loved that there was a kids pool. We had a great night with fireworks seen from our window despite just being at the 4th floor. The next day we still swam and had breakfast. The food was average. Too bad no bacon, no tocino, no fried rice. Limited selection. The stay became bad when we were going to check out. Upon booking we requested for late check out. The hotel emailed us and gave us a check out of 2pm. But much to our surprise the front desk was asking us to chk out at 12nn. We told them that they gave us a late chk out and we even showed the email printout. The lady at the desk told us that the email was a system error. After being threaten to be billed for haft day and the call end by the front desk while i was explaining. My wife, kids (both pwds) and i decided to chked out at 1pm. Too bad we were going to recommend the place to our family but now never.

The hotel is very cheap looking in general.
The hotel needs a very serious renovation:
1.) Only one Elevator is running while the other two are inoperable.
2.) The public restrooms are cheap looking. They need to be fully renovated to make it more glamorous.
3.) All the hotel rooms needed to be centralized.
4.) The swimming pool needs to be enclosed.

I stayed in this HORRIBLE hotel for 2 days! Breakfast was NO good, Reception people were brainless! They dont know what customer service is and dont even know how to promote the facilities of their own hotel! (They have a spa but had to find out myself). There is no 24hours room service! How come you pay this amount of money for a LOW CLASS hotel who has BAD customer service! The pool was ridiculously dirty, but they gym was alright. Rooms were okay, but not worth the money! In short, i am not recommending this hotel at all.

Beware which room you book. Some are just boxes and no balcony which they don't make clear. If you want to change they will try and charge full rack rate. Totally unethical. Need to make sure they only offer boxes!

My party and I stayed here for my wedding preparations because we had no other choice. All other good hotels with good reviews near the church are already fully booked. So, okay, we had to settle for Torre Venezia Hotel. Unfortunately I failed to check the reviews before booking (see, folks, that's why you must read reviews before booking).
The room looks nice, the bed's okay, and I like that the air-conditioning's good, but we have a lot of qualms about this hotel's policies and overall quality of its services and amenities. Let me enumerate them:
1. The fridge in the room smelled bad.

2. Cockroaches in the bath tub.

3. We're not happy with the policy where food from outside and deliveries aren't allowed. There isn't even an option where guests can pay a corkage fee to bring in food and have food delivered from restaurants outside the hotel. Seriously, this sucks because your food is bad and bland, and I noticed that other reviewers already pointed that out from what, some two years ago? But you're not doing anything about it and you're still getting the same feedback about the quality of your food. Shame on you. The least you could do is allow people to buy food from outside and bring it in then just charge a corkage fee. If you gave your guests more freedom to eat what they want, then that would be better.

4. The food you provided for my suppliers and family was really horrible. You didn't even follow the correct orders and just gave fish fillet, pork chop, and chicken BBQ to everyone. That's bad because what if you did that to other guests and they have dietary restrictions or a special diet to follow?
Here's the low-down on the food:

* The fish fillet was like rubber. It was hard to slice
* What's up with the packaging? A large styrofoam container with small servings of food? You've got to be kidding me.
* The chicken barbecue and pork chop were dry.
* The stringed beans (sitaw) you used for the vegetables had some rotten spots. Seriously, why would you serve serve something THIS POOR to your guests?

5. When we were checking out, we called the receptionist to send a bellboy up to pick up our things. A security personnel (?) came in to inspect the room and if any food or beverages have been consumed. That's cool and understandable, but the bellboy never arrived. Then, the receptionist called around past 12 noon (the checkout time) to remind us about the checking out, and that's when we reminded them that we need the bellboy to fetch our things. And that's when they had to send him up.

6. The swimming pool area. Why would you use regular tiles? They lack traction! So, they're slippery when wet. The only areas that are not slippery are the pool copings and the grills for the drain. Try walking on those tiles with wet bare feet, you'll end up slipping if you're not careful. Please try to invest in better paving material for your pool area if you want to prevent accidents.

Pls dont stay here. Too expensive and it is not worth. What a run down piece of hell hole and the service is utterly poor. I felt like an idiot booking this through Accor hotel as I am a member and litereally felt like got cheated.
Dont want even my worst enemy to stay here and infact vacated the room and went to Novotel right away. Money was wasted but at least I had a good night sleep. The AC in the room is run down and makes a hell of a noise.

I thought the hotel was actually in fine shape, there were some renovations going on as we stayed there and it was really making the place look good. our stay was for 9 nights. BUT!!! The service was so so so so terribly poor! Everyone we met (I was there with a group of 7 travellers) was extremely nice and courteous but not one person actually took any interest in fulfilling any of our requests. We were given four rooms to accommodate us and 2 of them (50%) didn't even have hot water. This wasn't fixed for days and when we asked them to see to it (perhaps after the 4th time we asked) they just moved us to another room (at midnight mind you). They screwed us in our booking also and we had to pay more than they had advertised online, we asked to see the hotel manager hoping he/she could take some action about our requests falling on deaf ears and then being significantly over charged, despite several promises from staff that the manager would contact us ASAP, he/she NEVER DID! It was nothing short of atrocious: with a smiling face. I would have to recommend anyone thinking of staying at this hotel to seriously look elsewhere, even if you have to pay a few extra $$$ at least you'll be looked after, this place is JUST NOT WORTH IT! (oh and the street noise is also a huge problem, I slept with ear-plugs and was still woken up several times each night)
