Avoid this hotel if you are vegetarian and especially if you are vegan. they will not accommodate your request. Their menu is all about meat, dairy, and eggs - and it comes wrapped in single-use plastic. Further, the servers are not friendly.

This is a good hotel. Hotel location is near important landmarks in Quezon City. There are many banks around the area. The hotel offers service for travelers who are just looking for rest for a few hours. Hotel rooms were clean. Check this hotel.

We stayed in Verjandel Hotel in Quezon City for three nights. We used their conference room for our two-day training for young people. I was accommodated to this big and comfy room on the third floor of the hotel. The room was clean as well as the comfort room. The food is delicious. They have a restaurant and a bar just when you enter the main door of the building. They also have a gym at the second floor. I got a little problem in the internet connection because during that time, the facility was fully booked. So, a lot of people are connected to their free wifi. But, the guy from the front desk office assisted me on my connection issue. But then, over-all, it was a good place to stay.

We stayed with a group at this hotel for 7 nights. Pro: nice clean room with good aircon, wifiand tv. Con: Included breakfast was very limited in choice. Usually some soup, some kind of egg, often cold, fish, one fruit. Sometimes there was bread and there was usually cereal as well as coffee, tea, juice. At the start there was raidin bran and corn flakes for cereal, then the raisin bran ran out and was not refilled. Had to ask for cold milk for cereal as the milk was ususlly room temperature Staff were very nice. There were paid breakfast choices at Olivia's cafe but we ate prvided breakfast with our group. Another suggestion would be to add a laundry line in shower.

I find sleeping after a whole day traing very relaxing and comfortable. The room lighting are good and can easily be adjusted. The bathroom are spacious enough and has very good toiletries. The internet connection have been very reliable all through my 4 days stay. I just feel that the study table a bit too small and the breakfast selection limited. Parking is a bit of a challenge. The staff were attentive and friendly. I enjoyef my stay.

We found this hotel online and within our price range in the area we wanted to be walking distance to my former family home about a block away. We came as a family of 5 and booked 2- family rooms which were clean and spacious with a small fridge, cable tv, and free wifi. The free WiFi was key for my 3 young adult kids. Loved the bidet in the bathroom that was a bonus. Shower stall is spacious! My oldest son took advantage of the workout room many, many times so that was a bonus for us as well. Our rooms were towards the back of the hotel so it was quiet and peaceful. Our daily breakfast downstairs at Olivia Cafe which was included in the room rate, was exceptional and a great way to introduce my kids to a "typical" Filipino breakfast with rice and tapas or longanisa. Even my husband says "Breakfast was fantastic!" Waitstaff service, front desk service, and curbside service was excellent. Desk Staff always had a smile and a greeting every single time! There were many places to eat up and down the street just walking distance from the hotel and that was also a bonus. We would stay here again when the opportunity arises no question!

Stayed here overnight on family suites for some events. The hotel is nice and very clean but I find the hotel room so dark because of the yellow lighbulb. I’m impressed with toiletries b’coz all are complete with 5 sets since the fam suite are for 5-pax. The room are spacious but the floor is too slippery for seniors and kids which I’m worried for my sr. mom and niece of 1-yr old. They have buffet bfast with limited options. I’m expecting their buffet bfast have breads and western foods or just even fruits. We only have beef tapa, egg, tuyo, and champorado. Olivia’s Cafe - is their coffee bar and resto which I had my coffee but I suggest to have some pastries on their pastry case so that guests have some options. By the way, they have gym which good for those guest who are gym goer.. 💪🏼🏋🏻‍♂️ I still recommend this hotel since the location is good and not bad at all to stay. The fact that I saw some celebrities visiting this hotel so I guess they can cater a good service to everyone.

I'd give this hotel 3.5 stars if I could. It's inexpensive, the rooms and public spaces are clean and relatively spacious, the staff members are courteous and really try to do their best. But I stayed here only because it's the second-or-third-closest hotel to the University of the Philippines campus at Diliman, where I was attending a conference. Even so, it was too far to walk, and Grab Taxis seemed to have trouble finding the place even though it's on a big and busy street. Indeed, during my stay there was lots of street noise, including all-night construction on a building across the street. Also, the variety and quality of food in the breakfast room and in the restaurant are mediocre.

Booked 3 different rooms for a family stay ranging from 2-5 nights, and I would say this new hotel is just fine, though could be better than what we’ve paid for. But yes, can be improved. Staff are all friendly and will greet you every time they see you, apart from one guy who was on night duty. He wouldn’t even care who’s passing by the reception because he was busy looking at his phone. Security guards were very, very pleasant looking and friendly, too. The rooms were spacious, clean, and all accommodation necessities are there. Wifi is strong. Toilet paper too thin. It’s not that expensive, so please provide your guests a better one. We got rooms that are next to the main road, so we can hear noises from all sorts of vehicle passing by. Ask for a room away from the road if you can. When I called for help because there was no AC remote control provided to one of our rooms (this is weird for a hotel), the guy who came to our room told us to just borrow from our other rooms. Like seriously? Are you kidding me? So what if in the middle of the night I wanted to switch off or adjust the temperature, then I will have to wake the people up at the other room because I need the remote? Ridiculous! I told him with a pissed-off “NO! Give me a remote control!”. So off he went to find one. Whoever he is, he needs some common sense. Breakfast was fine but has poor choices and is catered to local taste. Staff need training, too. Even the basics like making sure the guests are given water; and cutlery, napkins and glasses on the table are complete, were sometimes taken for granted. You still have to ask those things from them. So, all in all...this hotel can be improved.

I stayed at Verjandel Hotel intermittently for 2 months while attending classes at a university in Quezon City. I truly appreciate how they made me feel at home away from home the entire time! The hotel staff and management were very friendly, attentive and responsive to any assistance or requests I needed. As a guest who had to stay intermittently at the hotel, I particularly appreciate that the hotel would always try and give me the exact same room each week I would come back. Staying in a familiar room made me feel more at ease and didn’t have any trouble getting a good night sleep after a long day. Aside from the modest accommodation and good food at Olivia’s café, the personalized service and warm hospitality I experienced as a guest surely made my entire stay very pleasant. Tip: Try the Garlic Ginger Salmon and Roast Beef dishes at Olivia’s café. So good!
