The rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. They made sure that breakfast will be served early as we needed to leave early. Location is great as the hotel is just within walking distance from SM and Trinoma. Added value for me is a catholic church is very near that I was able to hear mass everyday of my stay. I will definitely come back.
I was booked in a nearby appartelle. We were 6 in a room but when we go to sleep all of them were snoring and I cant go to sleep to I get up and find a place to sleep. I searched the streets at 10 in the evening and stumbled this H hotel. It located in the inner street but when I see the room I know I found a home away from home. U has two beds with a little pantry. And every amenities were perfect. The toilet was so in order and I fell in live with the place and I have good night sleep. See foryourself
The rooms were clean and has nice designs. The first time we got there there was a first come first serve parking basis so we went to park to SM instead. It gave us the reason to roam around the mall and have fun there. The roofdeck at night was spectacular and the view was amazing. Even though there are buildings surrounded the hotel, the sky lit up as we went there to have a romantic chill moment. The matress was super comfy and given the rate they charge us, the room was definitely worth it. Lastly, their service was phenomenal and when we go back to PH we will defenitely book here.
Stayed in H Hotels for 3 nights. I first stayed here back in 2016. I was surprised with all the improvements and changes since. Great value for money! I was greeted by the manager and front desk with a welcome drink and a cute magic cold towel upon check-in. I arrived in my room and to my surprise they changed how it looked. It has a very relaxing ambiance now. I cant believe I booked it at p1700 only! I like the theme now, my room makes me feel like I'm not in Metro Manila. Internet is okay, but luckily I have 3g data so I opted to use this instead. I'd hangout in their roof deck at night, they installed cool lighting and played music. I was also lucky to be given breakfast during my stay - they were trying it out. I had breakfast my breakfast in bed for 3 days. What a great start to my morning. The french press completed my mornings. Free breakfast never been better. Had a chit chat with the manager and she shared with me that they are working on a lot of new things. I love this place. Service is always warm and friendly. Definitely a great option in QC!…
Every year, I stay at H for a few nights because of my work and every year they manage to improve on their services and facilities. The staff are still very friendly and accommodating; and the service is just spot on! Thank you, H!
One of my favorite spots in the hotel is the roof deck. It’s simple, clean and the view is just mesmerizing during the sunset. Loved writing some of my new songs and playing my guitar and talking to other guests who come up to admire the view.
Had a pleasant stay at H Hotels. The room we stayed in was very clean, internet connection was good, the staff were really friendly and always ready to assist me with my needs. Looking forward to returning next year!
Fell in love with the hotel as soon as I got there. The staff presented me with drinks and a cold towel, the lobby smells amazing and I was assisted to my room. Puts a smile on my face despite the traffic jam and hot weather in Manila.
pros - price is very cheap, thanks to the booking app we used. This is a basic hotel w/kitchenette, the room is generally clean. Security is okay too. cons - strict checkout time of 12 nn even if we checked in late and the hotel is not fully booked. They charge 200 per hour for late checkout. Customer service is average. Hotel is near Trinoma and SM North (10 min walk), no convenience stores around the hotel
This hotel is 10 minutes away by car from Trinoma Shopping Mall and about 15 mins away from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, sometimes longer depending on the traffic. If you happen to visit during a three-day SM North EDSA Sale, avoid this area at all cost, or be prepared to walk to the hotel. Hot water is sufficient for 1.5 showers and basic toiletries were provided. The area where this hotel sits is nowhere near a first class neighbourhood and walking around the vicinity after dark is probably a no-no but as a sleeping place, this hotel comfortably provides everything that a guest needs. The room was small but well-designed, enough to accommodate anyone with sensible body mass and amount of luggage. There's only one elevator that services this seven-storey building and if one is open for free exercise, one can always use the stairs. There's no dining place within the bldg or close by so be prepared to eat elsewhere during your stay.…
