We had room 810. Spacious room, clean and perfect shower. Breakfast not that rich but OK. Walking distance from Robinsons Mall. Very friendy staff. Elevators fast and enough. Very small swimming pool on the roof.

Stayed here for few weeks and will definitely comeback again the future. Great location, wonderful staff, safe and secure, good food in Braska and close to Robinsons Mall. They have a nice but small pool, gym and roof top patio.

We've been staying in this hotel for quite a while (Company Events). We are supposed to book another event last July. During the site visit, my staff was accomodated by the Hotel Manager named William Castro. At first he took full attention to our requests/needs. He then endorsed us to Sales. Upon negotiataion and confirmation, William meddled with their Sales and committed the things that his staff refused to give (contract deadlines, late confirmation, etc.). Few hours away from our event, I received an email from their sales that they can no longer accommodate our group due to lack of time. I've been calling and texting him (William) through his mobile number to verify the email but he ignored all of them (seems like he blocked my calls). I called the hotel phone and the receptionist told me that he is not in the hotel (but I doubt, no one can give me clear answers on how can I talk to him). Late evening, once again I tried to reach the hotel phone but then again, they told me that he went out of the hotel already. While we understand that not all of the request are not possible and can't be granted this DUMB Hotel Manager shouldn't left us hanging. He should have inform us ahead and don't deprive us of our options and most infuriating of all NOT Facing his mess and avoiding us! I shouldn't have posted this seems like this DUMB Hotel Manager has a very very bad reputation as seen on the reviews here in TripAdvisor. I just can't help to post my grievances as well.I hope the management can do something about this but as far as we are concern. We are DONE booking to this Hotel!

Conveniently located near robinson’s mall manila. Just a few minutes walk too from good restaurants around. Rooms are spacious as well as the bathroom. Everything’s clean. If you book direct, you get to have free massage and lovely breakfast at their lobby cafe. The guards are also accommodating. Thought parking space would be challenging but there’s always available either right in front of hotel or at the second floor. They would also gladly help you find one in case there’s no slots left. It was surprisingly a good stay!

Stayed here for a few nights It is a clean good hotel and not too expensive My room was more than adequate clean the air-con worked well, bed was comfortable The breakfast buffet was small but perfectly adequate. All the staff were helpful My only problem was when I was in my room my first night they checked in another guest to my room They were very apologetic but it should never of happened When I spoke with the hotel manger the next day again he was full of apologies and when I needed to extend my stay for an extra night he did not charge me for my room He tried his hardest. But apart from that I was very happy at the hotel So much that I have to return to Manila in a couple of weeks and will stay at this hotel again

We (3 friends) stayed in a room with 2 queen beds over new years eve. We arrived at 3.30pm and the room wasnt ready which was dissapointing given the 2pm check in. Lucily they provided coffee while we waited about 10 mins. The room on the 10th floor was very spacious and as per the pictures you find online. It had a roomy bathroom and comfortable beds. Unfortunetly despite being a relatively new looking building they didnt invest in double glazing and even on the 10th floor we could hear commotion from the street below (which was louder than normal because of new years). The hotel was having a NYE function on the 12/top floor (1388 pesos in buffet dinner and two drinks with live band) but we wanted to be able to acces the rootop at midnight as paying guests. The first staff member we asked said it was only for fuction guests but then the manager overheard and said it was no problem. At midnight we went up to the roof top to see all the crazy fireworks go off around the city, many of the big ones from the rooftops of the nearby fancier hotels. We didnt get a chance to use the pool (one of the reasons we chose this hotel over others in the area) because of the rain.It is a very small pool so really only good for a quick dip. We were able to sign out umbreallas to borrow during the rain and the reception organsied a taxi to the airport at 3.30am for us. A good choice hotel in Manila and I may consider again as its close to robinson mall and about a 25 min walk to intramutros.

We stayed there this weekend with my female friend and her two daughter. Had a smooth check in around 2pm and even upgraded deluxe 1 to deluxe 2. Without any additional payment. Room was clean and very spacious. Swimming pool is clean and pool attendant is very attentive. Had some coffee and free complimentary bottled water. And a electric pot heater. What took my attention is they have phone inside the toilet. Also there are some vhannel guides so kids can easily find cartoon network. Breakfast at braska were good. Very nice coffee. And staff are very approachable. Will surely be back

It is walking distance from the seaside and Intramuros. Rooms are ok. Pool in the roof is small but still great to relax a little bit. The worst is the check-in. After a long flight you do not want to wait for half an hour to go through documents, book, etc. before getting a room. We did not like you have to wait during check out for them to check that the room is ok before leaving. The guy at the reception was very helpful and the restaurant he recommended us was really great.
