Check-in was ok, the staff speaks English and are friendly. The rooms are good sized for Asia, however sleeping 4 adult straight males was a challenge. Breakfast was actually pretty good if included in your price. We were all full for at least 5-6 hours, the MTO eggs were bomb, tocino wasnt too bad. The location overall was actually really good, 2 minutes walk to Robinson Mall, I think the Jeepney to the US embassy was only like 15 minutes. I will likely stay here again on my next visit.
Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. The shower water could have been a little hotter. The free breakfast was adequate. The hotel was a little dated by U.S. standards but if you have no expectations, you will not be disappointed. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The security guard opened the door each and everytime we approached the hotel door.
Excellent place to stay. Building is a bit dated but location is perfect. Accessible to public transport. Staffs are lovely (reception, security, cleaners, everyone). Food at the restaurant is really yummy. Over all, it was a great stay for me and looking forward to my next visit, hopefully soon. (bathroom door in my room 704 needs a spray of WD40). Thank you guys :-)
Our stay is excellent. The receptionist, staff and security guard are very attentive to our needs and are very helpful in assisiting us especially to my father who is a senior citizen and a PWD. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough to fit a wheel chair. The buffet was great too.
Very clean, the staff is so friendly, very near to mall ..the best recommendations for family & friends...walking distance to your favorite area to go like manila zoo, ocean park,Bayview park..thank you..
Hotel Kimberly is always my hotel choice whenever I'm in Metro Manila. They have a very friendly and accommodating staff. My booking was through phone and the staff who answered the phone is very cordial. She facilitated right away my booking. Keep up the good work guys.
booked directly with hotel the family loft, a self contained unit, which can easily accommodate 4 people. Paid or extra person but on the day of arrival, the towels were set only for 2 people, there was no enough toiletries and the microwave has no extension cord, so every time you need to use it, you need to lift the microwave near the kitchen power point which is unsafe and inconvenient. there was no available cookware although cooktop is provided, no dishwashing soap, hand soap and dish cloth provided. No bin provided under the sink. However, the staff are polite and accommodating; so the issues with planning and preparations for guest's unit is compensated by the staff being considerate to requests. In terms of the value for money, this set up is a bit expensive compared to other available self contained units advertised in other booking sites like airBNB. …
I like all the staff very friendly,We will definitely coming back to your hotel, thats our second time to vheck in at may nextime for sureYour food is all good and yummy my entire family like it.I just want to comment the laundry too expensive. All in all my entire family likes your hotel.Thank you
Approachable and friendly staff. Clean receiving area, the room itself was SUPERB. Netflix was a plus point. Accessible to Robinson Malate and other establishments. Probably not the first and last……..
A great reliable hotel. We have stayed here many times and never been disappointed. This is the best hotel to stay with young children in Manila. The family rooms are excellent! Rooms are always comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Any time we have asked they have helped us with our needs. The shower is hot, beds comfortable and aircon is relatively quiet. It is right near a huge Robinsons mall with a large range of restaurants, but the hotel has decent room service that is good as well. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Manila.
