Sheraton Manila Bay is a hotel you should definitely consider if you will be staying in the Manila area. Although the location itself will not be ideal, the accessibility to the place is a big plus and its proximity to restaurants, mall, convenience stores and other attractions such as the Chinese Temple. The Sheraton brand comes with very high expectation and Sheraton Manila Bay does not disappoint! Dont forget to check out their Club Mariott Membership Programm as it is definitely worth it. Most importantly, all their staff are very well trained, very consistent and will really give you an amazing experience during your stay whether you are checked in or just visiting the hotel for the day. A very special thank you to Karla from the front desk who was very proactive and responsive to our every need from the time we walked in to the lobby! The level of excellence in terms of customer care & experience is beyond every expectation you might have. After staying for 1 night, I was sure that I wanted to renew my membership. I checked in for a single night stay. Titanium status was recognized and I was upgraded to a nice suite. The location of the hotel and the surrounding area might be a negative for some, since it can be a gritty area. I didn't have any issues walking around at night, however. The hard product definitely feels a little dated, but the room was great in size and everything worked well in the room. The entire hotel had an old, distinguished feel. The breakfast was a very impressive spread. There were more options than a person could try in a single sitting, with plenty of variety. The staff in particular were extremely welcoming and helpful. I wish more hotels had service even close to this hotel - you can definitely tell that they are dedicated to providing top notch service and it has been honed over time. Although I only had the opportunity to stay a single night due to my travel plans, I would not hesistate to recommend this hotel.…

The services from the hotel staffs were extraordinary from security, drivers, doorbell, laundry, housekeeping to front desk. Especially, the two front desk representatives, Ms. Carla and Ms. Marie made me feel happy and being welcome home with their smile, greetings, and hospitality everyday as I was seeing them. They also asked me many times that I have encountered any issues while staying at the hotel and they helped me to resolve those issues quickly.without any hesitation. I would stay at the Sheraton Manila Bay again whenever I come back Manila and I recommend everyone to stay here to see the hospitality and outstanding services from their staff members.

Probably one of the best hotel in the area. I chose here for proximity to meeting locations. The hotel has been renovated with modern furnishing at the hotel lobby. Buffet has nothing to shout about, but the ambient is nice. Unspoken cafe is my favorite location with Ms Melissa being outstanding for remembering my daily morning order.

The Sheraton Manila Bay has emerged as a sapphire in the crown of customer service hotels in Manila. On a rapid trip for conference attendance at SMX this proved to be the greatest choice in hotels- with genuine attention to customer comfort. Not only great rooms, but a fantastic lounge ambience for loyalty members, and the breakfast buffet was ever popular with guests and locals alike. Greatest accolades must go to Irish on the front desk with a smile that welcomes you and a care for detail that ensures your stay is delightful. But kudos to the whole staff from chefs and servers, to security on the boom gates to front desk, to pool attendants and cleaning staff… a culture of customer service is permanently on display and makes guests feel special. Wonderful overall experience. Made feeling home. Great pre-dinner cocktails at the Pacific lounge and very good breakfast at the restaurant. Staff is extremely friendly. Room had good size. Location is very comfortable, near mall, near hospital, near entertainment.

I really didn't like this hotel. The main lobby area looks fairly new and clean, but it's all pretty much downhill from there. The food is super disappointing - prob the worst thing I got was a "fresh" fruit smoothie, which was not only clearly not fresh, but had a boatload of whipped cream sprayed on top of it (ew). The room was dated, oddly shaped, and depressing. I wouldn't come back.

Fantastic hotel with a resort style pool, 24hr gym, and excellent Executive Lounge with agood view up on level 21. Staff are extremely warm even remembering your name and preferences. Lobby has a great little cafe with tasty treats, and even a little half-court basketball court you can use if you have some free time or are waiting for your Grab; Overall, highly recommended!
