I booked for 2 nights. The hotel website says there is car park facility. I came outside metro manila drove to the hotel to do business for a few days. When I arrived the security personnel told me no parking available. The front desk told me that there no parking available as there are only two slots in front of the occupied already. The hotel should update their website and say there only two parking slots. The hotel is anything but hassle free. I will never book any hotel from red planet again.
Very good, the bed is queen size, The shower is good , the soap is good no table and chair but ok. The service is good . Very strict in quarantine protocol which is good. Food is substantial. Service is very good. I can use the internet which is very convenient. security and porter are helpful. The desk clerk printed my RT-PCR result.
I was here for my 6 days quarantine and booked a standard room which is small and outdated theres, so many ants in the bathroom, foldable desk/table. Theres a safe box, no telephone, no microwave, no refigerator or even just a coffee maker in the room. The door is hard to open, soap dipensers cover comes off when you press them, the cable channels arent clear, wifi is decent and they have hot shower and noisy AC. If you have diet restrictions, either because of your health, religion or allergy they will still put the food you dont eat in the tray plate and can cross contaminate other foods which bad for those who have food allergies.
If you are looking for a cheap quarantined hotel, this is the place to be. Their service was so much better than my 1st stay back in March 2021. I can tell that they did listen to the previous guests complains and they want to keep improving. Thank you Red Planet Mabini and I hope you guys will keep up the good work.
There were no phones in rooms only one in their hallway. Also the pillows gave me a rash on my ears n neck. Very soft pillows. Very small rooms as well. And the toilet seat was so scratched up and tattered. Clean room overall and clean bathroom. Nice and quiet location, slept very well.
Understanding the costumer while being safe are the most important.in times like this we should help each other to prevent the spread of the virus. Provide us an excellent service so that even boring days could be felt happy, safe and felt at home while staying in the hotel.....
Staff and crews are all very friendly and accommodating. Pls improve on the quality of your linens and also the noise of your elevator. But when it comes to your manpower, superb service. Thank you very much!
I really don't understand what type of hotel this was prior to pandemic. I am here now going through my mandatory quarantine. There is no room telephone to communicate with staff. You are instructed to download the hotel's app (ooooo, tech-forward) and to chat with front desk with it. Wifi is spotty here so good luck if you had an emergency. The elevator was or is still broken, who knows. There is no fridge, not even a coffee pot to make your own hot water, at least. A cup of hot water will cost you 5 pesos. I mean that's beyond nominal, but I have to pay for a cup of hot water??? I don’t even know how much I’m being charged for these meals. I don’t eat meat, that’s been communicated, but my breakfast came with corned beef today. There is no closet, no small table to eat from, no chair. The sheets on the bed are stained, and pillows smelled like the last dude that slept here. eeek, thank God I brought my essential oils and diffuser. Window does not open, no fresh air. Anyway, I can understand about the limited food deliveries, but at least I would like my meal hot. The meals come in these bento looking containers, not even in a tray, just like that! How did they serve room service here before pandemic?? No glass, no utensils, no napkins. I’m eating on my bed, which is already getting dirty from opening my suitcase on it and now with spills…I hate to see it when I leave, and I’m just writing this on my second day of quarantine. The staff is very nice and polite (then again they are Pinoys :O) We’ll see how it goes. This trip is not a pleasure or business trip for me. I’m glad or I would relocate if I could. I don’t need to be impressed, just comfortable and secure. I am not able to reach the front desk because I can’t connect to wifi. I was looking for an email address, but found this… I hope GM, Ms. Dada sees it. AW 7.28.21…
Everything is good except the quality of meals that comes with a high price. Allow guest to order outside.
I was there for hotel quarantine for 10 days. No food deliveries allowed while other hotels are being considerate and allowed their guests to have food delivery. Travel, hotel quarantine and COVID tests are already expensive! Not all ROFs who will come hone will be on vacation. Some will come due to family emergency! Please mind that! They only allow food in the hotel. It costs 250/meal and the food is okay. Appropriate serving. I asked for hot water and was told that the restaurant nearby will deliver it and was asked to pay 5 pesos per cup. Should quarantine hotels provide hot water, coffees for their guests as one of their amenities especially when they are a hotel quarantine!? And considering on the price I paid per night, it would be decent to have hot water and coffee sachets available in your quarantining guests’ room. Ordered coffee and was asked to pay 50 pesos for a 3 in 1 nescafe! Hotel ambiance, lobby and hallways are very hot, no aircon and has a smell! Very terrible experience! But the staffs are responsive and kind! That’s the only good on that hotel. I know they are just following protocols. All in all, poor and very terrible experience!…
