Clean rooms, good service and value for the money. Nice style and the streets in the area are quite interesting. In the middle of Manila's old town. We had large rooms and free WiFi. Nothing to complain about!

This hotel is a sad experience due to terrible service, unattentive staff, messy restaurant, kitchen which takes hours to deliver food. With new and professional management this hotel would have big potential, simply because of its great location right in the middle of Intramurous.

I reserved online and arrived by taxi from the airport. The front desk staff were able to find my reservation easily and check-in was quick and simple. My room was on the third floor and was very quiet. The ceiling was sloping but that didn't reduce the space of the room by much. The bathroom was clean and there were...

Lovely location in unusually peaceful part of the city Intramuros is a haven, the room was pretty clean but not enough essentials but phone for more, large room although quite tired and old but efficient air con. A lovely restaurant with outside seating in a beautiful courtyard under the stars. polite and helpful staff. Very good value hotel.

Food was nothing to rave about but it was good, The property had a music combo all three night that was great to listen to while having some drinks. Great location for visiting the many sights within Intramuros. Try Della Mitre restaurant across the street...

Clean and very accommodating staff! Good price for your money. Of course the only thing that's bothering tourist here is the fact that the other side of the building are kinda not tourist looking area untidy and not that great for a tourist spot.

I just stayed here about 3 days ago, on Jan. 26 & 27, for a visit to my mother country. My first reaction: It looks better in person and the older pictures don't do it justice at all. I initially booked just a deluxe room, however, it wasn't available yet when I arrived so management kindly upgraded me to an...
