My partner and I went here days ago to celebrate Valentine's day and to unwind. Indeed, it's really a Hidden Oasis in Manila.
I booked the Bnb Prestige (2,999) and it was good naman. The room was spacious and clean. The signal was good din so you can definitely bring your laptop to work and unwind after your shift. 😀😆😄 In my case, I brought my prepaid wifi with me.
In a nutshell, the place was good, easy to find, and not so crowded the time we visited. The pool was not that deep, not too large but also not too small. The free breakfast was okay too. You'll just need to bring and present the food stub on time since it will get forfeited if you will bring late (sayang din).
To soon-to-be clients, just bring faceshield and facemask with you.

I really like the functionality of the room we stayed in, from the access of each room and the bathroom's interior. The stay was great from a big family of 10, we also received free meals and greatly enjoyed the pool. My mother just had a suggestion that the free hygiene kit that are obtained upon request can be put on the room already or inform the guests that they can have one?

I stayed two weeks at these suites. Firstly its in a very strange spot down an alley, but it was easy to find. Once through the front door, you forget that you are in busy Luzon. The staff are wonderful from the front door attendants and guards to the reception staff, breakfast staff, room attendants and cleaning staff. They are always smiling and polite and always say good morning or goodnight. When ever I had an issue it was fixed almost before I had time to put the phone down.
There is a nice pool on the property which was always crystal clear and clean, although it was a little on the cool side. The pool surroundings are very nice, with tropical trees, nice lighting, fish tanks and ponds.
Breakfast was served daily in the upstairs dinning room, and there was plenty to eat. The quality was great, and the staff up there were really nice.
Regarding the room, it was very clean, the air con worked great, and the water pressure was also very good. The bed was very comfortable and got I plenty of restful sleep. The only thing I could fault was the lack of water bottles supplied to the room.
These suites don't claim to be 5 star, but their service certainly is. I would no hesitation staying there again, and recommending it to friends and relatives as a place to stay when in Manilla.

A very friendly staff, great breakfast and wonderful location. Room was a little tired looking and could have done with a new paint job. Pillows were very flat and the hotel had no alternative if you are a side sleeper. Hot tub water was never hot but we always had the pool to our selves. Room service is not automatic so you have to request your room to be cleaned or clean linens. over all we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Excellent place. All staffs are accommodating :) The room is clean and the free breakfast is superb. Love the pool and the free netflix. It's also good that they are allowing outside food to be brought inside.

My second stay at Adriatico Suites! I would recommend it for those traveling for work as they have good internet connection. I advised the host I'll be working most of the day and they even provided a back up LAN cable. Stay is also inclusive of a hearty breakfast that they can serve with brewed coffee. Will definitely book again!

The stay started out great - quickly became terrible.
Photo 1 - cockroaches roaming around the apartment. When the front desk was advised, they said, “we sprayed, so there aren’t any roaches”’ implying WE were lying. When we showed them the pictures they gave a can of bug spray and said “if you see them again YOU KILL THEM”.
I prepaid breakfast for 5, the number of people I reserves the apartment for. When we went down to eat the next morning, they only gave us voucher for 4 people. We advised them that we paid for 5. We were told it is their policy to only provide breakfast in even numbers 2,4,6 - since we paid for 5 we only get 4 according to their policy. So we had to pay again for breakfast we already paid for. We contacted Booking.com, where we reserved the apartment, and they sent an email advising the Adriatico staff that we indeed did pay for 5 meals and they needed to provide those 5 meals. The staff ignored that and on the second day, we, again only had 4 meals.
The apartment itself was nice the HORRIBLE customer service made the stay beyond terrible

The very main reason why we choose here is because of the pool, but suddenly at the day of our check-in, they told us that the Barangay gave them an advise that they need to close the pool. Our 2 nights was spend only staying in room and just looking at the pool, we enjoyed the netflix and the fast internet, also the staff are kind and acomodating, room is clean and food is good. We're just very dissappointed about the pool, and hoping that they consider that matter to re-schedule our trip, or atleast have some policies about that sudden announcement, but still they promised us to give great discount for our next stay. But my partner say he would rather not go back here, because the money he spend is not worth it, because they don't even have policy over that sudden unpredictable event, he want to swim to lessen stress.

We really enjoyed our stay in Adriatico suites. As we enter the facility we are welcomed by staff with a warm smile, they are so kind and accommodating— feels like home. The place is so clean and accessible since there are a lot of restaurants within the vicinity. Their rates are budget-friendly and the free breakfast is delicious. We will definitely come back. ❤️❤️

This place is awesome. I highly recommend it to everyone since it's near ( Malate, Manila) no med cert needed just fill up necessary contract tracing form and temp check. The room is so nice and comfy. Complete amenities you can find in a 5 star hotel. The rooom theme is more on woody and i love it! Also, not so crowded place where you can chill and relax in the pool. The view is nice as well so you can take an instagrammable photos. Overall experience is 11/10, I am just so inlove with this place and I want to come back here once I am available. Hope to get a discount as well. Hahaha kidding. Kudos to all staff as well they're so nice. I will also create my first travel vlog about adriatico suites. Thank you so much for your query! To answer your question - we are located in Malate Manila, surrounded by restaurants. But we do regular pest control to prevent rodents from entering our property. What happened in that previous review was an isolated case which we actively work on to prevent from happening again.
