Hotel Lucky Chinatown has a variety of room service menu options. It is refreshing to see new items on the menu. The Beef Stroganoff is tender with balanced creaminess and saltiness. Pata Prieto for the win! On the Wok fried rice options are very affordable at P100 only. I love the Choco Chip Banana Cake too.

Been under quarantine for 2 weeks and glad that Hotel Lucky Chinatown added new items for their in room dining menu to satisfy my cravings. Tried their Porko Pizza it was packed with different kinds of meats and cheese was definitely worth the price. I also ordered Salted Caramel Cake for my dessert, I love the texture of the rich chocolate cake drizzled with salted caramel sauce on top. It was sooooo good! 😋

Lucky to undergo my 10days quarantine stay with a garden view outside my window. It really relaxes me and imagine having a garden view in the middle of the busy street of Binondo. Super Cool! Staffs are welcoming specially the security guards and housekeeping. Another lucky news that my swabtest result is "negative" makes me wanna go back to this hotel. They have room service and they practice "safety protocols" seriously. Everyone is wearing PPE. The hotel is just few steps away from the mall which you could enjoy several Chinese Restaurants. Definetely will recommend this with my friends.

I never knew that there is a new hotel in Chinatown area until I get quarantine here at Hotel Lucky Chinatown since I was working abroad for 3 years. As I step in at their lobby, safety of the guest was applied from the temperature check, health declaration and their automated alcohol. 4th floor is the check in area and everything is in Acrylic Shield. Front Desk is always smiling and very helpful during my stay. Food was served in a timely manner and I guess the room was properly maintained. I think the hotel is also attached to the mall as I saw the famous Chinese Lantern from my room. Had my swabtest on the 6th floor and luckily I have a negative result. Never thought that there is a hotel like this in Binondo. The hotel is very modern and new. Staffs often smiles and are very much welcoming. Safety and Security is tight and every section has a visible alcohol or hand sanitizer. Room is just enough space for 1 or 2 person. Wifi is good and bed is comfy. They have room service as well. Got my swabtest result early and checkout is smooth. I have the chance to roam around Lucky Chinatown Mall which is a few steps from the hotel. I'll include this in my next Binondo Trip. My stay at Hotel Luck Chinatown was splendid. I was able to enjoy my stay with all the helpful and friendly staff the hotel has. Despite the crowded roads along the city, I still found a peaceful place to relax and have a time for myself. I have enjoyed looking at the property’s scenery and the culture that town has. The area was made safe and clean for everyone and I commend the hotel for that.

I chose to stay in this hotel for my mandatory quarantine of 7days since I travelled outside the country. Staff 9/10 - Very nice polite and accommodating. My only issue is when I arrived (May 7) I am clueless and didnt know what to expect in the hotel since Manila is still in MECQ. Can i order food outside? Will someone clean the room? It is critical for the receptionist at that time not just to check me in but to set expectations and share impt details of protocols in place since we are now following the new normal. Food - 7/10 I only ordered breakfast food like Tapa and Tocino meals. Tapa doesnt taste like beef tapa and tocino is just okay. Rice was a bit hard and no condiments were provided. I stayed 6 days for my quarantine here and I was impressed because of my room was clean and sanitize well. I love the smell of my room. The staff is attentive with my needs because when I ask for extra water they give it to me on time and also they gave food in time. Thank you
