I feel safe spending my quarantine period at this hotel. Sanitizers are everywhere and they have a Diversey Sticker at the lobby entrance which I think they have partnered with. I have a good night sleep as well. Meals are delivered daily and be placed at the chairs outisde of your room.They also wrap it with a plastic cover for an added protection.
Room Service is very affordable and housekeeping is very eager in attending to all of your request. Staffs are in their PPEs and is really distant to me when communicating. There swab area is also seperated from your room so I feel safe and yahoo at my last night, my result is Negative. Thank you Lord.
I ask the frontfesk if they could accommodate families already which they still cannot becuase they are a quarantine hotel.
I hope that we could be back to normal so I could bring my family next year. I have high respect to whoever is running this hotel for making us guest feel safe and thank you to my agency in placing me at Hotel Lucky Chinatown to check in.

Me and my boyfriend couldn't have been happier with our 5 days stay here. Lovely hotel, the level of cleanliness, modern rooms, the amenities and great friendly service. From the front desk members ( Trish, Rhea, Mark and Madonna) to the roomservice staff and groundskeepers, they all know how to make the stay. But above them all, great thanks to Trish who helped us through out our stay and for recommending the restaurant inside the hotel, the menu was really great. The hotel was also near to malls, divisoria and tutubaan so you won't have a problem with the crazy traffic in manila. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Great value,highly recommend and will definitely stay again when we visit Manila.

We were offered to purchase this hotel voucher. We were a bit hesistant but still bought it since it was cheaper than the published rates. We thought of using it once we explore Binondo. It took us a long time to redeem because we forgot we had a voucher. Lols. So when we emailed them for availability and requested ti be booked they immediately sent us the stay confirmation. Upon arrival the receiving and front desk staff was exceptionally courteous, smiling and friendly. Very accommodating. We expected a small room due to its price but was surprised that it was spacious and really clean. The bed was queen sized. The aircon was well maintained. The curtain drapes were freshly laundered. Toiletries smelled very refreshing What I loved most were the clean white crisp linens and fluffy homey pillows. This is definitely a budget value for money hotel in the middle of the business and commercial district. Transportation is accesible via train, trikes, calesa, jeepneys and taxis. Authentic chinese restaurants and jewelry stores, shopping malls, night market all so near.

Our room was clean and cozy, with the most basic amenities. Staff members were courteous and accommodating. It may not be closer to the famous spots compared to the other hotels in the district, but its location on a main road that is two-way with multiple wide lanes make it more accessible than the others which are on narrow, one-way streets that could get clogged up. Everything is within walking distance from Hotel Lucky Chinatown, we were able to visit a lot of places on foot. Even 168 and 999 Malls are just a few steps away. Also, being adjacent to the Lucky Chinatown Mall makes this hotel a practical choice. It's perfect for food trippers, budget shoppers, or families or groups of friends who want to relax within the city.

Never did I know that there is a new hotel here in Binondo until my shipping agency booked me here. Entrance alone applies safety protocols already. Metal Detector in place, alcohols, security guards in PPE and will ask you to have a health declaration. Peaceful sleeping nights and did my swabtest at the 6th floor. Testing is a breeze and my result was NEGATIVE. My meals were place on a banquet chair wrapped in plastic for added safety which I appreciate. Thank you for the Manager who is running this hotel for keeping the hotel safe and secure for a guest like me. Now, I am confident enough to go home with my family knoqing that I am Covid Free. I hope I can visit this area again once everything is a little bit normal.

I have a decent stay at Hotel Lucky Chinatown. Service here is really superb. Security guards are very much welcoming and front desk explains the quarantine protocols very clearly. Housekeeping is attentive to deliver your request even on midnight which makes for us guest easy and to have an enjoyable stay. A 5 star rating to the management of this hotel as being consistent this pandemic is really hard but you guys really pull it of. Sorry I didnt get the names who had serviced me because their nameplates were covered by their PPE. Overall thank you Hotel Lucky Chinatown!

Lucky to discover this hotel after a tiring sopping at Lucky Chinatown Mall. Room Rate is fair and staff is very helpful. There is a restaurant also inside the hotel that offers mid range menus. I feel secure during my stay because they still practice wearing face mask, acrylic shield are present and their are sanitizers around the lobby. High respect with the Overall Manager running this hotel for maintaining the safety. I'll try their ballroom next time on my daughter's birthday

Been under quarantine for 2 weeks and glad that Hotel Lucky Chinatown added new items for their in room dining menu to satisfy my cravings.
Tried their Porko Pizza it was packed with different kinds of meats and cheese was definitely worth the price.
I also ordered Salted Caramel Cake for my dessert, I love the texture of the rich chocolate cake drizzled with salted caramel sauce on top. It was sooooo good! 😋
