We stayed at Rizal Park Hotel for 3 nights. Its location is ideal, next to the Rizal Park and the commercial area of Manila and is very near to Intramuros area (walking distance). We really felt that we stayed in a palace, the hotel is new, luxury, with all the amenities and very polite staff. There is high security control in the entrance so you feel absolutely safe. My suggestion concerns the breakfast. It needs improvement. There was no variety at the buffet and no quick refill. With better breakfast it could be the best hotel in the area.

Formerly the Army Navy Club in Manila circa 1940’s and has now been renovated to a statuesque hotel. My wife and I occupied a well appointed room facing Luneta. Our other classmates were luckier though since their rooms faced Manila Bay thus were able to view the famed Manila Bay sunset from their rooms. Our reunion was celebrated in the hotel’s biggest function room and I must commend the waitstaff for a job well done. The food though was OK and could have been better.

The place is beautiful. But the service and policies are OFF. Need better training. Need to change policies for better customer experience. 1. Dinner on Feb 28 - they have beautiful menu list so excited to eat. Burger - sorry not available. Ceasar salad - sorry not available. Pancit canton - its in the room fridge take out tasted so so. 2. Evening drinks Feb 28 - Hubby ordered double scotch. Then was told we dont know how to charge you we only sell by the bottle? Mccallan's by the bottle???!!! Who does that in a hotel, moreso a lobby in Luneta? Of and sorry our system is down so we need to charge this to your room. 3. Breakfast Feb 29 - 1 buffet breakfast, 2 alacarte. Waitress approach to say you need to pay cash for breakfast. I stood up and asked we are booked here

Really enjoyed our few days here. Rooms are good with good beds and linen. Breakfast buffet very comprehensive. Great location, right in the bay and beside Rizal Park, walking distance to Intramuros and museums. But the best bit was the rooftop infinity pool with amazing views acrossthe bay. Wow.

I have high hopes with this hotel bcoz they rcvd a pres award. I decided.to have a quick bite while waiting for lunch buffet sched. But their service did not meet my expectation! They served cold/warm instead of hot tea, it was 3x in a row. They even forget my other order. Calling hotel staff for at least 5x for complain is already a red flag, that is why i decided not to try out their buffet!

Rizal Park hotel is beautifully restored. I love the interior and exterior design of the building,it is a combination of ancient and modern architecture. The rooms are huge , the floor is shining and clean, the bathroom is spacious too. As we enter at the hotel, we were welcomed with a smiles of the staff and the receptionist at the lobby were all friendly and accommodating. The best part is the location of the hotel, it is very close to the different parks, museum and malls, you can have a morning walk along the bay, step away from the hotel. It was a a 2 days stay and we were satisfied.Surely We will be back, very soon.

I have just stayed at the Rizal Park Hotel for business for the past six nights. The building itself has been beautifully restored but the service is just not good enough for what is meant to be a five star hotel. My first problem was the hotel ordered car to pick me up from the airport never arrived and I ended up catching a taxi after waiting at the designated area for an hour For the duration of my stay I never had hot water in my shower/bathroom despite making complaints on several occasions. The best I got was luke warm. I eventually gave up on it. I would expect that the hotel should follow up on complaints with the guest to see whether they are satisfied with any repairs etc. this didn’t happen. Finally the food at breakfast is very sub-standard. Very basic

Dear Guylaunder, Good Day! On behalf of the management, please accept our apologies for the experience during your stay. I will communicate with our transport provider & the Front Office team about your scheduled airport pick-up. We already discussed with engineering the issue about the hot water. so far, the rooms we checked have no problems with it. we will keep on monitoring our hot water pumps to make sure that your experience will not happen again. I will communicate with our F&B Manager your concerns about the food. Thank you for bringing up your concerns to us. This will help us improve on our hotel further

Rizal Park Hotel is a relatively "new" hotel in Manila after undergoing refurbishment. It's exterior and interior is beautifully done restoring it to what it was once. The interior decor was tastefully decorated with a combination of Spanish and western style. The pool is nice and relaxing. Rooms are spacious. All day meal buffet is on offer at the main dining room; a la carte is also on  offer. Staff are very helpful. Parking is available.

This is a beautiful looking hotel inside and out. The reception area is pretty and so was our room. The place was undergoing some renovations when we were there but that was hardly noticeable. It’s close to some of the main sites too so we were able to walk to Rizal park. Check in was quick and friendly, free ice tea was nice and they let us use the gym after we checked out to freshen up before going to the airport. But some less positive experiences too...breakfast service was overwhelmed so we waited a while to get seated, then waited for someone to bring clean cups or cutlery, only to find most of the food had run out. We then had a very strange experience checking out, when they accused us of breaking an iron we’d borrowed. That they sent someone to go and check it before

Sad to say I am compelled to give this hotel just three stars. Let me explain... While everyone from the staff opening the front door to check in to the housekeeping staff was well and truly a FIVE star experience, the service in the cafe was very much wanting. I spent two nights in this hotel and availed of the buffet dinner on the first night. The reception was very good and escorted me to a table. Done. Finished. No follow up from the stewards if I wanted something to drink or not so I was largely on my own. It was only when I was halfway through my appetizer that somebody asked if I wanted anything to drink. After getting my entree my now empty and used appetizer plate was still on the table so I moved it over to the next place setting. Only after I got dessert that
