I really enjoy my stay, too bad it was just short and quick. The staff are very attentive and very polite. Philippines in general is very service oriented country so the level of costumer service I receive from this hotel is amazing, they try their best to go beyond your expectation while having a smile on their face. This is something they need to learn in the US.
I booked the aqua-room and you can see schools of fish swimming while you're in the room, it's very unique. Breakfast is not included but it's okay because there is a lot of places to eat in the Ocean Park and the surrounding area and the Hotel has Makan-Makan and they open early. Since I grew up in Philippines, I'm very much aware of the city and the lifestyle of the people so it's very easy for me to adjust. The Ocean Park is not included when you check in. I'm also not sure if the Hotel is pet friendly.
The things I appreciate is when they let me reheat outside food especially my moms cook meals, they just let me sign a form that the food is not from the hotel so they are not responsible for anything. I also appreciate the level of costumer service from every staff because they try to go above and beyond to the best of their ability. I also appreciate the fact that all the power in your room turn off whenever you leave the room, It's a way for the hotel to save electricity and their way of being environment friendly. So be careful when it comes to asking for extra towel and extra bottles of water because they will charge you. It's a way for you not to consume more than what you need. Also be careful from the people outside the Ocean Park because some of them will try to scam you specially if you are a foreigner, always ask the Hotel and Ocean Park staff for help whenever you're not sure because they are very willing to assist you.
Hopefully when I get back I can try their spa. And I will definitely endorse this to all of my friends and all of the people I know.

My little one who is very picky really enjoyed the Aqua room. It looks new, clean and fragrant. All the receptionists and staffs are professional and welcoming. This is our 2nd time to stay here, as my eldest son requested again to stay in their Aqua Room. He loves to watch fishes swim by and identify them (thru Google). Rooms are clean, cozy, complete with necessary amenities. Restaurants close early but they have 24hr room service. We've ordered food at around 10pm, they delivered the food promptly to our room and the staff is very polite. I just don't like the location of their pool, it's in Manila Ocean Park and you have to walk few meters from the hotel.

I booked 2 rooms at h20 hotel this month. One Aqua room supreme and the other is a bayview deluxe. Both rooms were spacious and ok. This is my honest review.
1. Front desk- staff were kind and willing to assist, although there was a bit of misunderstanding or should i say false info given by one of the FO, he said that i can get an ocean park ticket on a discounted rate if i do it online, so i did try to purchase a ticket online, the rate was not the same as he mentioned, he said that it can be fixed by the reservation dept. so i went to that office who informed me that the price is really what is on the website but due to the misinformation of the fo, they gave me a discount. One more thing, there are no managers available in the evening, sometimes no one even answers the phone when you call the fo. 2. room- rooms was ok, spacious, comfortable and apealing to the eye especially the aqua supreme room(ny son enjoyed the aquarium). The only problem is,,, LINENS were not changed. It was obvious that the pillow cases were not changes as by the physical appearance as well as how ot smelled! i requested for a housekeeping to visit the room, i asked him to smell the pillows and compare it to the clean pillow cases, even he agreed that it was not changed!!!! he told me that he will report ot the next day, i called the front desk to inform them, there was no manager available and i told the staff who answered to ask the housekeeping staff to have her smell the linens so even she would be able to confirm that it was not changed, she told me that she would report it, during checkout, i was not given an update, i did not bother to ask, waste of time! 3. food- we ate lunch at makan makan, the food was ok! a bit pricey but worth it. Breakfast was a different story, breakfast was included in the room rate, the food was not what we expected, we paid 5k + for the room which included breakfast, but the food choices is so limited and the way it was cooked was disappointing. Century park has a lower rate but their buffet is way, i mean waaaaay better than makan makan, imagine, the pancit canton that i ordered during lunch has alot of meat and vegetables compared to the pancit canton they served during breakfast, all canton and no meat, although it has tiney vegetables on it, the chicken tocino was made out of boney chicken parts. the scrambbled egg was too wet! they have choices but only for egg. anyway, the view was good and thats it.
overall, we enjoyed our stay, the hotel is good but needs improvement.

"Good stay, Good Value" Hotel H2O has amazing and service oriented staffs that ensures that every guests feels “home away from home”. The room we booked is so cheap and it is one of their signature room that has a big aquarium inside. I strongly recommend this hotel as one of the best hotel in the metro for staycation.

The hotel has a good location and very accessible to the airport. It is also incorporate with manila ocean park that guest can get discounted tickets. Hotel facilities are well maintained with friendly and very accommodating staff awaits to serve you. They have a room with an unobstructed view of Manila Bay.

Our daughter had such a great time here and the interior was so bright and fresh.we loved all the fish swimming through our room. The hotel is in the middle of the park and there are shops and places to eat other than the restaurant. The hotel is directly on the bay and the end of rizal park

Everything is great when it comes to hospitality experience! Starting from drop off area Concierge Staff Kenneth assisted us our lugagge up to the front desk. As expected we were greeted fantastically by the housekeeping staff Christian Bajaro, Hernan Cortez, Carlo Adoracion,Jemuel, Eleazar and their supervisor Joel and Bienvenido. The Room was Unexpectedly Beautiful especially the aquarium. Housekeeping Assistant Executive Jaime assisted us in the room for the rooms specs like the aqua blinds etc. What a fantastic crew! The aquarium in the room is one of a kind and majestic! Very unique. I recommend this hotel to those parents who wants their kids to spend time in this manmade aquatic adventure! I also love the white moonbar free drinks at night. the breakfast 2 was so delicious and many to choose from. Kudos!

We stayed for 2 nights before valentines day. The room is decent. I honestly anticipated it to be quite nicer after reading all the reviews. The staff was nice and a special touch they add are complimentary snacks like chocolate cake and they have food platter, that was nice.

No need to be fully vaccinated. They will not ask for vaccination cert or any proof of vaccination anymore. Just based on our last visit. They are no longer strict.
