On my recent visit to Manila everything about this Eurotel Pedro Gil was impeccable! First room was cozy/clean with window and then upgraded to a suite for a small up-charge. I think the main difference was suite had a tub. ALL staff was courteous including guard out front! Felt very safe and secure! Extremely convenient location across from the Robinson Mall and short walk or Jeepnee ride to Dolomite Beach(no sand, all rock pebbles) Hotel was quiet even though VERY busy & loud street out front. Would recommend horse drawn carriage ride to see the sites including Chinatown-Manila. Money well spent on that, NEGOTIATE EVERYTHING! 8 0ut 0f 10 people speak English in Manila!! Don't waste your money on breakfast at the mall(except for Krispy Kreme), the hotel Buffet was fresh, not crowded, and a real bargain with MANY choices!! Hotel crew was VERY responsive to all of my requests.

It’s a nice very clean and friendly staff budget hotel in Malate area of Manila. It’s a cross the street from Robinson place that have many nice restaurants. The hotel have a breakfast buffet downstairs and also nice room service around the clock. Transportation to and from the airport is available and the guy is extremely helpful and polite, we used it 3 times from the airport and 4 times yo the airport in February 24. The hotel rooms on the upper floor are nicer but all of them are fine, nice beds and shower with hot and cold water. The staff are super friendly. I had a nice stay there and will return next Manila trip

Stayed 4 days for our Medical Convention. Perfect place for a solo person as it is just in front of Robinsons Mall. My suite room is big with hot and cold shower and bathtub. Bed is comfortable. Food at the restaurant is good. But the best thing is its affordable price. The only negative is the very limited and cramped parking.

Having read so many good and bad reviews about this hotel I decided to see for myself which was it. I'm not a fussy traveller but I do like to have a safe place to sleep at night on a comfortable bed and have my belongings/luggage kept. here are the pros and cons that I found about this hotel. Room type : Double queen studio Pros. 1. Reception area is quite clean and comfortable. 2. Check-in was easy 3. Room was clean and comfortable, with just enough space. 4. Comfort room (or toilet) not too small 5. They provide 2 bottles of drinking water and a pack of basic toiletries (which I didn't use anyway) 6. This one has a pro and con - Location : Its across the street from Robinson's Mall, a short walk to the LRT Station and some other places Cons. 1. There is a strange odour in the areas that I walked through. Lobby, elevator, corridor to my room on the 4th floor (some other Tripadvisors have reported this too) I would ay that they'll need to install air fresheners everywhere. 2. The shower was leaking near the joint at the faucet (as mentioned by Hannes W). I took a video of this and went to reception to show this to the manager. The maintenance guy came up next morning and fixed it. 3. Yes, the bathroom was slightly flooded after taking a shower but didn't go further than the toilet bowl/seat. Due to a drainage problem. Got maintenance to fix that too. 4. Location. It is near a 'dodgy' area, bars and massage parlours. And single guys are a target to be propositioned by the ladies of the night. (it may be good or it may be bad depending on your prospective) 5. Breakfast buffet - Only basics - 1 meat, 1 fish, 1 vegetable, 1 noodles, 1 rice, 1 soup. Plain white bread to the side, cut fruits, corn flakes dispenser (were not topped up when empty) and an egg station. That about it. Pay a little more and you can have a better breakfast across the road in the mall. On the whole, and I've said it in other reviews, you get what you pay for Sometimes more sometimes less

They don’t focus with my orders. They ignored my email, no response at all. Room doesn’t have window and staff inside is not wearing face mask. Very thin blanket, it is not suitable to air conditioned room. We cannot sleep because the room is beside the laundry chute(too noisy)

We booked at short notice as it was the closest room available for our appointment, then read the reviews! All I can say is I agree with the negative comments previously made, the reception once you climb the steep steps is bright and air conditioned, the reception staff neatly dressed and check in was ok. As you leave reception the real hotel presents itself, we left after one nights stay and went home. Pictures enclosed show the broken TV, filthy windows, greyer than grey bedsheets and black mould on the wall.

As many other customers, I have encountered that the shower was leaking... Every time after taking a shower there was a flood. Hotel staff was not willing to fix it or offer another room. Also the food is very bad, can't recommend to book additional breakfast or use room service for food delivery. Wifi is weak and sometimes doesn't work at all, I wasn't able to take care of my business and work from there. My room didn't even have a window. Overall bad experience, can not recommend.

Stayed for mandatory quarantine. The 2 stars are for the friendly staff. The hotel facilities are really poor. The room smells and looks dusty, sheets has stains (even the newly washed ones that i asked for the staff). Water smells rusty too. No window at all so it’s very depressing when you’re staying for quarantine and can’t go out. No electric kettle but can request a liter of hot water from the receptionist for 10pesos. The packed meals has a very small portion too, mostly fried viands, and no vege at all. Even the hotel’s menu (if you want to order) has a very limited selection. As i can remember, there were only 3 kinds of vege salads and that’s it. To think they dont allow food deliveries so sana dagdagan ang menu like chopsuey or something.

On arrival they put me in the wrong room. They gave me a room that had no window even though I specified and prepaid online. Next day i had to move my luggage to a smaller room but atleast it has the window i asked for They got my breakfast order wrong for the nth time and brought me items of food I specified i did not want. Called them and they said they would bring the correct thing. An hour later called again and they insisted they were bringing it. 2.5hrs later and counting i still haven't received the breakfast. Just given up on it really Overall not a great experience so far
