Hotel is just a trailer real picture is their staff with a home feeling. It’s just 10-15 minutes drive from terminal 3 with a free transport. Firstly when I saw hotel I was very disappointed however from check in to my room each and ever individual was very assistive and informative. Receptionist Tricia was very helpful during stay as well as rigor, Julius ,floro and Simon from housekeeping was very helpful thank you guys for making my stay pleasant and home feeling. I hope to see you guys on my next visit to Philippines.

I had to stay for one night because my flight got cancelled. I think this is the default guesthouse they inform people when they had to do a quick layover because this is what the NAIA4 staff recommended. They picked me up at the airport and the fee was 2.4k per stay. I guess the amount is normal because i stayed at another nearby guesthouse at the same price the only difference is they have no free breakfast and there was no nearby restaurants. You had to walk a little further to a nearby Jollibee restaurant and thats the only restaurant accessible. Plus i do not think it is a safe place to walk during the night and the walkways are very stjnky and filthy so full of decaying thrashes. Also when i asked to bring me to the airport the day afther they charged me i thought it was already part of the deal. Not very good.

We stayed in deluxe room with my mom, the price is quite high and not worth for staying a night. lack of amenities as well. But then the staffs are helpful and friendly. convenient to the airport too.

Good for 2 and the budget. A small room but it is fine. Wall is not made of concrete, it is wooden board, you can hear the sound from other room. Staffs are friendly they will help you even you don't ask.

When we did arrive at Manila we were looking for a place not far from the airport; we had been 17 hours in the plane. We were approached by a guy who told us he knew a cheap hotel. When we arrived, they asked about 5000 pesos for two small double rooms. That's more than double the average price on Luzon for this kind of rooms. There was no breakfast included and the airco did work hardly. We took it because we were too tired to look further... The staff was friendly but these prices aren't.

Missed a flight late night in Manila and instead of spending the night at the airport got a recommendation of this property. Within minutes a driver was there to pick us up and take us to the hotel to check in. I should mention it was 1am so that’s pretty impressive. The property is clean and basic but exactly what’s needed in that moment, close to the airport too. Didn’t explore anything to do with the property but all the staff there was super friendly. Think that was the biggest thing. Wish I had taken some pics but totally forgot. I’ve stayed in way worse for more money so I can’t complain.

We had to sleep one night close to the airport, we asked to the concierge outside the terminal if they recommand a place, that's how we headed in this hotel. We paid 1950 pesos (the most we spent in 4 weeks in Philippines) so were expecting something better than what we got! No windows in the room, wifi only in the lobby and it was very noisy! At 6:30 a radio was playing music just beside the room so we couldn t sleep... and pretty sure it wasn t other customers but some local staff.

Basic but very clean. Staff seem very pleasant. Room has a bed and a couple of sidetables. Cable TV works fine. WIFI only available in the lobby. No toiletries available so bring your own. There are towels.. Aircon. No windows (probably just as well, a very busy road outside.) Chinese restaurant just down the road seems OK, just eaten there. Other than that, not much else around other than the usual kiosks and street food stalls. Very close to MNL airport. They do have a free courtesy car which is very efficient.
