The receptionist (Chinese middle aged guy) is very arrogant. He is nice only when he collects money for the stay (!) Cleaners go through your things. Room is tiny with no window, and beds are uncomfortable. Location of the hotel is ok, but bukit bintang area is not nice at all. Breakfast at this hotel is terrible. Butter is put...

After months of budget travelling, City Comfort was a glorious haven: large luxurious room, king bed, two bedside tables, ambient (and main) lights, huge showerhead with strong pressure, good wifi, desk (with only one chair), plenty of shelf and storage space, kettle with mugs, daily housekeeping, complimentary brekkie, and even a free laundry right outside our door! The downsides were:...

This hotel is bad by all means.. Tiny rooms without windows.. No hot water.. Nothing inside the room..no water heater or tea coffee.. The receptionist is so arrogant.. Keep saying you are last minute booking.. So in other words you are not entitled to any thing.. But the good thing is that you can wash your clothes in the washing...

The hotel name in Chinese is "City Business Hotel" and it live up to expectation. Check-in and out was fast and greeted by polite staff. Room is spacious given...

The Hotel is truly value for money. The staff is friendly and they even allowed an early check in for us by 3 hours. Breakfast is complementary and a lot of options to try out.The location is also good.

I stayed at City Comfort for 4 nights in a two double bedroom room! It was a decent size room comfortable bedrooms. Buffet breakfast was good, not too many choices for vegetarians however continental selection is good. Staff were friendly and our room was serviced every day. Overall it was great value for money for a short trip in KL!

Staff at reception not even say hello to their guests. Breakfast is basic, not fantastic or delicious. The food on the streets are much better. The room is tired a little bit (the mirror was broken in my room). There's a public washing machine but it's always taken and working strange: it takes approx 4hrs (!) to wash your clothes....

Frequently travel to Kuala Lumpur on business. This hotel is new and situated near all the good shopping areas and restaurants which could be reached on foot. The interior of the rooms is very chic. Beds and pillows are soft and comfy. Good toiletries. Staff are corteous. Breakfast is very good. A real deal...value for money.
