This hotel is very accessible since it's a few meters away from Imbi-Monorail station.

The room looks a little old, but it's clean and they provide slippers, towels, shower kits. I did check the towels provided and they're all clean and still good.

Breakfast options are mostly vegetarian and non-vegetarian, there's not a lot of choices daily but there's something you could definitely eat. Apart from that, there's cereals and toast too if you don't feel like eating the local breakfast options.

I didn't encounter any issues while staying in the hotel because whenever housekeeping cleans the room, they replace any consumed tea/coffee sachets and toiletries. The air-conditioning works well, there's also a fridge and an electric kettle to use.

I actually booked a single bed but I guess it's all fully booked so they gave me a room with 2 twin beds but it's okay.

I also think that their bigger rooms are the only ones with windows, because mine doesn't have one, but it's okay since most of the time I leave early and return late afternoon going around KL that the room being windowless isn't really an issue for me.

The hotel is well connected with all the public transport, centrally located, room service is excellent, decent ambiance. Complimentery Breakfast is continental mixed with one or 2 indian dish. The manger of cafateria is very helpful and friendly. i have given 3star only for the Reception incharge made me to wait for more than 2 hours no proper response and very rude to traveller. The Experianced old man in Travel desk is very friendly and helpful guided me a lot.
except the reception i give 5 star for the hotel.

Its a budget hotel where we had nice experience in 2016, our first visit to KL. So this year we again booked the same hotel and regretted our decision. Service quality has degraded. The hand-shower in the washroom was a poor quality one. Towels were stained and white towels turned brownish with over use. Breakfast items were fewer n poorer than before. This hotel badly needs a refurbishing.

Pathetic Hotel, no options for breakfast for veg people and the options which are there are stale and cold, please dont book this hotel if you want to have a bad experience.
Staff is rude and will charge you for extra tea sachet as well.
Not worth the money specially if you are vegetarian.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 night, its a excellent Budget hotel, we reached at the property very early morning, stuff are very cordial to arrange early check in. They have arranged check in with 10:00 am, after our breakfast. Their complimentary Breakfast was also nice. location is good, center of the city. Rooms are clean.

I stayed in this hotel for 03 nights on a business trip.. Good location n nice rooms but the service part is a nightmare.. The total management of the property is given for a toss & if this continue this will be the worst hotel in town within a couple of months.. Everything is a NO NO for the staffs here.. Even for a small glass, if asked they will straight away say they don't provide & ask us to drink a glass of wine or beer in the coffee mug they have already provided in the room. The worst part is that I have asked for a wakeup call & the guy in the reception took note of it, reconfirmed the same but the wake up call never came.. When asked the answer was funny that the person who took the request has already gone after his duty & they have no idea on why it was missed. I just had a sightseeing tour missed on that occasion but what if it was my flight back home on that day...?? Who will bare the loss.. ?? ... No words for the breakfast, cant find a word in the dictionary to describe that... Pathetic or ridiculous wont be enough to describe.. & they take ages to refill those finished items even after repeated requests...

The management doesn't care about the requests from the guests as if they don't care if he returns to stay with them. This hotel can be one of the best 3 star hotel in town if the management or the owners took some initiative to rectify & enhance the service part.

the hotel is a ok place to stay but definitely not a budget hotel is is a low end budget hotel
the pics on the website are like that of a young bride in her wedding dress with all makeup
but when you go to stay it is not a bride but a old haggard toothless Maid
they do not provide you with a dental kit and shaving Kit as shown in website
the if you book a triple sharing room you are only provided with a amenities for 2 people they do not provide extra toilet rolls and Bath Towels which you have to request and they really take quiet some time to get it to your room
the shampoo is also not sufficient as i was travelling with wife and daughter who have long hair
also note only 2 bottles are provided per room even if it is triple sharing
requested to speak to the manager but was told he is on leave
the staff need to be trained on how to be polite to guests and to be courteous
the best ting about the hotel that it is close to Times square mall

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights while visiting KL.

Location:
The hotel is located about 45min-1h from KLIA. A ride from the airport costed me approx. 100 ringgit and to return to the airport something about 150 ringgit (2am with a big car for 3 big bags). The hotel is located very near Imbi monorail station which is right in front of Berjaya Times Square mall. Near the station you can find a 7/11 and some other small shops.
Streets like Jalan Alor (food street), Changkat Bukit Bintang (bar street) are really close, about 10 minutes walking. Major shopping malls like Lot 10 and Pavilion are also within walking distance.

Room:
The room was quite big and clean. Bed was comfortable. There was a desk and a place to put your luggage. The bathroom was ok but clean. The only problem was that there was no curtains or doors in the shower box, so the bathroom was wet after every shower.

Breakfast:
The breakfast was good for my taste. They had some variety of hot food like fried rice, fried noodles, spring rolls, sausage, eggs, bread, etc. Not a lot of fruits, though.

Service:
The staff was friendly always greeting you when they see you. Also every time we needed a taxi, they stopped the cabs for us and and talked to the taxi driver.

Had a great time in this hotel and would stay there again. If you are looking for a good location and a fair price, this hotel might be an option.

(+) Great location, near to Berjaya Times Square, Imbi monorail station, Jalan Alor etc..
(+) Good room, nice bathroom

(-) Very poor guest services/ staffs need more training on how to treat guests.

When we first checked in, first impression wasn't good at all, receptionist staffs seems busy talking on their own. Also, for a heads up, the deposit is RM 50 and must be in cash.

On our 2nd morning day after waking up, out of nowhere there was a stinky liquid coming from our front door. I called the receptionist to ask what is happening, all she said :" I already called you before but nobody pick up". {Of course we couldn't pick up, we were sleeping??]. What kind of response is this? the way she spoke wasn't apologetic at all :( Turns out there was a toilet problem in the whole 3rd floor.. Even the cleaning services staffs attitude weren't pleasant as well. I understand that this kind of incident is sometimes beyond control..but I would appreciate if the staffs treated their guests in more well manner. They really need more trainings on guest services. Otherwise this hotel will loose more guests in no time. Though you have great location or good rooms, services matters a LOT.

Booked room for double 2 jan 2014 - 5 jan 2014. Reached hotel at 12nn. Was told only could check in at 2pm. Returned to hotel at 2pm, manager told me no room for my confirmed booking. Transferred me to another hotel that was so much further from Imbi station. Got to check in to this reallocated room in another hotel only around 4pm. This is totally unacceptable as a hotel.

Worse still, I paid for full room rate in My Hotel where breakfast was included in their charges, the transferred-to hotel metro hotel has arranged, and breakfast was even removed. (because my booking at metro has no breakfast). Totally disgusted, and I did not feel like quarreling.

Given a choice I will never book these hotels.
