The room is clean and well organized. The services are also good and well entertained. Stayed in a room with a window which facing to the main road and train. Heavy sleeper like me won't bother with the noises. Easy access to LRT Masjid Jamek with only less than 100 meter walking.
Stayed here for two nights and was very pleased with the booking. The location was great (right next door to a train station and 10 minutes stroll to Chinatown). The room was very clean and comfortable and small touches like toothbrush/toothpaste, bottled water, coffee and a hairdryer were great. Only catch is that walls are thin and the train goes right by the hotel so I’d recommend earplugs.
We enjoy spending two nights at this hotel. This hotel provides complete facilities and the staffs are friendly. Good service have been provided by the staffs, too. We will stay in this hotel again if we visited to KL.
This hotel is great for a few days stop over in KL. Train station is across the road and walking distance for all the many attractions. If your someone that all they want is a clean bed and room this is the place for you .
The location is superb. The rooms are comfy but if you get a room with window then it is very noisy. Now about the service I have to agree with some of the reviews that say their service is bad. The male malay grumpy reception guy is the worst too bad they don't use name plate there. I'd say only 1 out of 5 or 6 reception staff is nice and welcoming. We stayed for a long time and the first week was ok. But the second week things turned bad. They are stingy with the request of coffee cup. There is an electric kettle and 2 sachets of ready mix coffee but no cup and teaspoon so I requested for it and they told me it's not part of what I paid for? What will I do with the electric kettle then? Should I mix coffee straight in it? In the end they still brought two cups but it already left a bad taste in my mouth. Same with the request for extra pillow. We were staying for a week at a time and they made it hard to request for 1 extra pillow! I don't think that is such an unreasonable request. Internet worked well. Tv has 2 english channels, Asian Food Channel and AXN if I remember correctly. Housekeeping is not very satisfactory to me. They don't really clean much just fix the bed and replace towels thats it. Even forget to replace bath mat one time and it left the room all wet. Also one more thing. Please inform the housekeeping staff that if a guest is inside the room WAIT FOR THE GUEST TO OPEN THE DOOR DON'T JUST BARGE IN. I was surprised when the Indian housekeeping staff just used his key card and let himself in without waiting for me to open the door. I didn't feel safe. But really the biggest concern for me was the service. I hope people in this kind of business realize just how important who you put to work in your reception. One more instance I just remembered is when we check out I gave back the key card and said checking out. The dark thin Malay guy just received the key card and didn't say anything. I thought he was printing a receipt for me which is standard with hotels. I waited a good few minutes when I had to ask ahh are we done? Then he said yes. Oh my golly.
