We liked our stay very much. The staff are very friendly professional speaks English and helpful. The breakfast is good the room is clean and nice dinner location is OK for public Transportation. A bit far fall from the cozy area and small streets.

This hotel is in a residential neighborhood in Kyoto. It is far away from the local sites most people would want to see. It is very expensive to eat there, and there are almost no restaurants close by. Additionally, the staff speaks very little English....More

Our family has very much enjoyed staying at this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, some with particularly good English, good for foreigners like us. Beds very comfortable and bathroom exceeds expectation (bath like those found in spa). Easy access with short taxi trip to downtown....More

Yes, first hit the airport Tourist Information Center. They speak English there ... and can get you to the right train pretty quickly. Once at Kyoto station, I always just take a taxi to the hotel. It’s fast and not very... More
