The hotel provides:
- welcome drink (coffee, green tea, juice, water) at the lobby from 2pm to 11pm.
- coin operated laundry service
- toiletries at lobby counter
The room is modernized, clean, bright. Do note that there is no room cleaning service unless requested from the front desk b4 10am. They do provide clean towel & bottle water everyday. It is part of their sustainable effort to reduce waste, natural resource.
This hotel is well know for their award winning breakfast. We purchased 1 day voucher to try it out , Yen2000 for adult. It indeeds provides wide varieties fresh seafood & you can make your unlimited seafood bowl/donburi.
My sister's family have enjoyed the breakfast but being a vegetarian , there was not much choices for me.
Outside the hotel, ~20 meter away, there is public bus stop for airport shuttle service to Chitose Airport. It costs Yen1100 for adult & Yen550 for child.
However the LAST bus departing from this bus stop is 11AM !!
Overall we have enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

It is near to the Mido park, subway station and also to Susukino area. There are many restaurants and ramen shop nearby too.
They are most known for their wide selection of food for their buffet breakfast. They offer the fresh seafood don, soup curry, sashimi and many local produce from Hokkaido.
You definitely do not want to miss the wonderful buffet breakfast.
The hotel room was kind of basic but sufficient for a short stay. The hotel is across the street from the metro Nakajima Park exit 1 and the New Chitose airport bus station is right outside of the hotel. It's a short walk to Susukino and the famous ramen street.
All in all, we were happy with our stay. It's budget friendly and a great value.
Also, spacious bath and toilet (separate spaces).
And, of course, a really nice breakfast assortment. Worth including it as part of your booking.
- just 2 minutes from exit 1 of Nakajima Park Station (there is a lift in exit 2 which is more easy for visitors with luggage)
- 5 sets of coin washing machines and dryers provided on G/F.
- toilet and bathroom are separated, spacious bathroom
- allow kids aged under 12 stayed in the same room without extra charges (would not provide kids' toiletries and bedding)
- newly decorated and clean room
- room size is OK.
- its breakfast is famous mainly because of the seafood rice (if you are not the fans of seafood rice, it is not a must to have breakfast there comparing to the price.)
- airport limousine bus nearby but runs until 11 am.
- not too much shops nearby, quiet at night
We were allocated double rooms as booked. The rooms were the normal size expected in Japanese hotels (ie. neither spacious nor small). There was a double bed, a small bench, long table and chair, TV, etc completing the room. The bathroom was always kept clean, and taps for hot water were easy to operate (single tap for temperature of water). Toiletries, towels, hangers and slippers were provided as well. The room was always made up every morning.
We did not have breakfast included in our booking, but we tried the hotel's breakfast once - the reception sells tickets for breakfast at ¥1000. Breakfast was basically the usual buffet spread, with scrambled eggs, sausages, breads and pastries, as well as some Japanese items such as crabsticks, curry, rice, etc. The price was reasonable for the breakfast. The hotel also provided free coffee/tea via a coffee machine in the reception lobby. There were two convenience stores just across the road from the hotel. There is excellent Wi-Fi provided throughout the hotel, including in the rooms where it was fast and reliable.
The hotel is located within a 2 minute walking distance to the Nakajimakoen station, which is only a short ride away from the Sapporo main station.
I would recommend this hotel for its good facilities and the reasonable price.
