Very nice place in the heart of Sapporo. Friendly staff and great location Most staff were very friendly except for the elder guy in the suite (the owner ??) Really nice place, but be noticed, it is a smoking lobby !!

The tatami and pillow were comfortable. Room size ok and can open 4 suitcases flat on the floor. Loved the welcome cakes which were delicious. We also prepared Japanese tea to go with the cakes. Toilet was a bit compact but sufficient. Separate sink is...More

Sorry to take so long to reply. I don't check often. No idea about smoking, but I think probably nowhere inside. The nearest subway station is about a five minute convoluted walk up and down way too many stairs... More
