Great hotel, large spacious rooms and excellent attention to detail. Friendly and helpful staff and lots of little extras like fruit in the room. Probably the best hotel we stayed at in 4 weeks travelling round China & Hong Kong.

Typically in China, if you are not in a persons line of sight his problem (your request for an email) goes away, or is no longer his concern. With education over time this aspect might be corrected but for now it has permeated right throughout service positions and applies equally when you visit Government offices.
