Russia is an amazing place but at night in my room, someone blasted the soviet anthem, not only that but they also were singing MOSCOW MOSCOW! It woke up my children and I yelled at the people to stop. They did not understand me but I think they got the overall message.

So close to the red square is unique and much appreciated! Personal and.service top. SPA of very high quality, swimming pool amazing Breakfast excellent, except the breakfast restaurant, with no view outside, too bad!

We arrived late at night (or better yet, early in the morning!). The night manager waited for us, together with some friends who joined us on this trip to Moscow. He personally helped and served us at the bar when we said that we don't plan on going to sleep to soon. Upon entering the room, a big surprise... We had just come back from a trip to Hawaii, and here, in Moscow, our room was decorated with ALL THESE beautiful and framed pictures of us from our trip there (pictures which they took the trouble of collecting from our instagram!)... This was AMAZING we thought! Also, the concierge WAS AMAZING, helping us with all the tours and restaurant reservations (which was not an easy thing to do with 3 full days). Amazing breakfast, they even baby sat for our daughter and entertained her thought the hotel while we had a breakfast meeting with friends from Moscow! This was UNIQUE! (Although since then Sofia is addicted to kitchens and behind the scenes wherever we go :))) )! We only travel Four Seasons when available, but this one... Absolutely fantastic!!! The location beats ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING else in Moscow, in the Red Square basically! The bar, the restaurants, the room service, the spa! AND THE PERSONNEL! Thank you Four Seasons Moscow for what I believe is the closest thing to a perfect stay!…

My first time in this hotel + almost everything - fast internet cost extra ++ staff are super professional (kudos to Employment management) Ambience - feels too new (not settled yet - who to blame - just my personal point - if something to point out). In total - 97/100
