Recently I've had a stay with Baltschug Kempinski, and I'm so delighted that I really want to share this experience. The hotel will be absolutely great for that type of guest who appreciates genuine attitude, comfort and generosity. The staff is truly amazing: lasting impression has started with a doorman smiling; I've been treated as a dearest guest by FO ladies Nato and Daria; but their Lady in Red Katerina was just exceptional! Once she is nearby, you feel the one for whom is all their service. Absolute professionalism. Highly recommend to stay in the hotel during festive days - they do orginize even better breakfast/dinner. And who else can celebrate festive days better than Russians? You will have an opportunity to meet that Russian soul - generous, open and kindhearted. Those who values good sleep during trips won't stay disappointed: beds are super comfy and their housekeeping service is top notch! The hotel is located near the Kremlin and the Red Square - you can see it from your room. The breakfast is good, and the bar has some nice drinks! The room is spacious and the bed sleeps nice and soft.

My husband and I are in our early 30's. We usually do Airbnb but wanted to treat ourselves. And boy were we treated! We were celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary and because of this the hotel upgraded our room which overlooked the red square and Saint Basils Cathedral! Plus they surprised us with champagne and fruit. We felt like royalty. Everyone that worked there was accommodating and friendly. You can not beat the location, truly perfect. We were there for the holidays and it was just magical. Highly recommend to everyone.
