Overall, I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Plus point include the excellent location and service (room service, staff at reception, etc). However, this hotel does not take adequate COVID precautions and for this reason I would not recommend staying here in the current travel climate.

We have used this Hotel on many occasions that we have been in Moscow. We are both very happy with the service and friendliness of the staff. The location is always very good for us. I know that we will book this Radisson Hotel again in the future.

Very unprofessional employees - starting from check in and all the way to breakfast. Totally disappointed. Facilities are fine, but rather old. Radisson should be ashamed of having this hotel carry its logo. Manager of the hotel should be changed immediately.
