Stayed there three times on business trips and generally enjoy the place. Rooms are new and comfortable, reception team dos great job, and the lobby bar serves quite good food. Importantly, there is NO noise even if you stay in street view room. The only drawback is that taxis are not allowed to stop on Arbat by the hotel, and you shall be real quick or use back yard streets.

The room is very cute but small, the bathroom is also small and has a small design problem with the the bathroom screen and a water always outside when you take a shower but on the other side you find splendid views of the city in a huge windows, location is also great it is close to every thing you need to visit in Moscow, small Gym with all things to need for training, a 24h supermarket to 20m. Newly Arbat and Arbat St. are full of restaurants, cafes and shops. Thanks to the staff it was very charming wit us.

This hotel is very nice. The breakfast, the team, the room, for me everything was perfect. I stayed there 3 times. The room are spacious, with very good bed and everything is nicely decorated. I strongly recommand it.

Everything was good. The check-in desk is on the 3rd floor. The fridge isn't very cold and the shower doesn't have a door, just a half piece of glass, so the floor was like a lake after showering. Arbatskaya metro is 10 minutes to walk to
