There are many hotel options in Iloilo but I always choose Seda. Location is great - Esplanade, where morning jogs can be done is a mere 2 minutes away, there are stores behind the hotel including a Biscocho Haus where one can buy pasalubong and a Netong's which serves authentic Ilonggo batchoy. Sadly, the Metro Supermarket has closed. Room was spotless and room temp/air-conditioning was wonderful, breakfast buffet items were changed everyday, front desk staff was very efficient (check-in as well as check-out took less than 3 minutes), concierge was very friendly and more importantly, very helpful. Truly value for money

Finally, we arrived in Iloilo. The pandemic kept us away from my father’s hometown, it was November 28 when we visited the cemetery to light a candle. We arrived early in Iloilo but Seda Hotel had rooms ready for the family. Well, 2 rooms out of 3. That was good enough. I mentioned the hotel was LOUD because there was a seminar in the restaurant and I could hardly hear the front desk lady.
1. Fronts desk was very efficient, she got all our travel documents and ID’s
2. Doorman was always there to greet us and help us when we entered or exited the hotel
3. Foot baths and alcohol were available in the entrance of the hotel
4. Promo from Agoda gave us big discounts and with breakfast for everyone
5. Smiling housekeeping staff, always there to give us what we needed (Seddy kit with alcohol, mask and disinfecting solution, bathroom needs) and they were very courteous as we met them in the hallway
6. Safe parking
7. Shops nearby. My son walked from S&R to the hotel and we walked to Y2K to have dinner as well
8. I can go on . I love the hotel and it was a great one night only stay in SEDA ATRIA.

Iloilo is a city I have not travelled despite of the many Philippine cities I have seen. From the airport, I was fetched by the Seda car and driver and we had a room reserved for my husband and myself for the duration of 7 days. The hotel is located in an Ayala developed estate called Atria, wherein a small central business district is starting to shape up. Typical of a Seda Hotel, it had a very simple look but the service and stay is quite remarkable for any traveler. The bed was a king size bed and the pillows and sheets were so soft that we slept very comfortably for the duration of our stay. The Christmas season can be felt as the corridors, hallways and main lobby are bedecked with holiday decor and Christmas trees alight during night time. The service staff were always ready to provide whatever you require from packing the boxes for my flight or asking for extra towels and tissues for the room. We did enjoy our stay and the hotel grounds were also safe to take an early morning or evening walk.

Hotel staff were so hospitable and very welcoming. Food is superb. My son really enjoys the food and we had an amazing night and we were able to sleep very well. Our dream staycation was made possible because of the cleanliness and of course healtj and safety of both client and staff were the top priority of the Hotel. Acohol dispenser is located everywhere and health and safety kits were placed in the room.

Upon check in front desk blocked our room facing construction area, I know that was not part of their property but as I’ve noticed hotel was not full that time , called front desk but the response was very slow I need to call 3 times just to follow up if possible to room transfer. Front desk Staff told us to vacate the room since they gave us early check in around 12nn and they will transfer us into different floor/ location? So we need to go down and stay at the lobby and wait for an hour. Its a simple problem they can actually inform us upon check in that they can allow us to early check in but facing the construction site, for us to know and demand for a better room location.

Breakfast was just okey...nothing special, some staff are friendly. Customer service is important and I think management should focus on it.

I know that the room rate was not that cheaper compared to other hotels in the city. Not worth it for relaxation,I think business travel will do.

We have stayed at Seda because of the scheduled power outage for 12 hours. And to be sure that we would be comfortable during the peak of the afternoon heat, we have requested for an early check in and has been advised to follow up the very morning of our reservation date as its subject to actual availability which they can only ascertain during the check out of their other guests. Their staff are professional and mild-mannered.

The hotel location is nice, as we were able to buy food nearby (McDonald’s & Atria, apart from choice of food for room service), and ideal for casual stroll in the early morning or during cool afternoon. Definitely, we would be staying with Seda again and would be recommending to family/friends.

The Hotel is on a great location near places like SM Iloilo, Tatoy’s restaurant, Madge Cafe and more

The Deluxe Room was the right size for a family of 3, 2 adults and 1 small child, we chose the King size bed over the twin which they accompdated. Bathroom had issues with their drain, it had 2 drains as the water was flowing towards the door! Looking at the bottom of the bed, you can see dust! The curtains were not fit to the windows, you can see the curtain not covering the entire window! They only gave 1 pair of room slippers when you booked for three!

Had issues with the reservations desk email, took more than a 2 days to respond. We got the New Year Countdown Party for 3, but when we got there, only gave us a seat for One!!! I got mad and immediately called their attention so they hurriedly gave us the couch.

Breakfast was average, not really good IMHO. Sure wish they offer Iloilo foods but not really, though price was reasonably low. In room dining takes about an hour but the food is delicious compared to the breakfast.

New Year’s eve party at the roof desk was packed. I think most of them are locals, not so many tourists in Iloilo City. The staff could have done better placing seats as one table was right next to the grilling station!

BUT the one that let us down was we lost an item in the room, it was an apple watch charging code. For some reason, only the adapter was left. Reported to front desk the next day after we tried looking for it inside the room. The cords were all put in a bag, zipped before we always went out.

My few other suggestions is they should have at least a microwave oven inside the rooms as Iloilo food servings are bigger than usual so most often there are leftovers for takeout. Offer at least a bench or another chair in the deluxe room so people can just dine in room as their Misto is closed, only the straightup bar is packed with drinkers, which are mostly locals or business travellers.

Overall the hotel is OK but the experience was unexpected of a Seda, compared to the Nuvali

This is my fourth time assigned here in Iloilo and first time to accommodate in Seda Atria. This is the best hotel accommodation I've experienced here. Location is near to all types of restaurant, all employees are smiling at all times specially the personnel in F&B, like Melkyway, Fred Rose, Eden, Debbie, Grace, Steph, Kath, Ina, Gyney, Christian and Kyrt. I am very satisfied with their excellent hospitality, and pretty sure that I recommend this hotel to my friend and colleagues. Hope to have time to comeback here with my family, I'm sure they will enjoy too. Thanks also to the reception ladies for always smiling while they are tallking :)

The best thing about SEDA ATRIA are the people working there.

They really showcase the “malambing” attitude that ilonggo are famous for.

Special mention to Debie and Eden who were extremely nice to my toddler and even gave her a toy.

One feedback to the hotel is the noise for the rooms facing the street, a bit noisy because of the bands. Please look into getting something like Marpac Whish to mask noise.

Will definitely come back
