Stayed here for 2 nights of May 11 & 12. The restaurants, massage place, grocery stores, malls are near so the traffic for cars and people is kind of heavy. Parking was spacious. We were given room 810. The room was spacious and bright. Bed and pillows were very good. Basic toiletries were provided and was topped up everyday. But a window was without a safety latch that can cause danger especially to children. They only provided bath towels but no hand or face towels and they will charge 50pesos for each if you ask for it. The toilet tissue paper was too thin. Shower glass was not properly cleaned. Noises from the street and hallway can be heard. TV stations were of local channels only.

The location is central with many restaurants and malls in near proximity. The rooms and amenities are very good and the price is economical. The busyness and sound of the events in the annexe can be a tad disturbing but the rooms are sufficiently sound insulated.

This hotel was nice once I changed my room coz first one wifi did not work. Staff did help sort it though. Room is clean and cleaned daily. It's large and the location is ok near sm and Smallville. Only complaint is no smoking allowed anywhere and in the street it's illegal.

JHAD has been the crew member who accommodated us since our first night here at Hennan Prime. He is friendly and polite from what I have obvserved during our whole stay of four days. The rest of the crew was also approachable and kind! Great job to all and it is indeed a vacation to remember!

This hotel is good value for money. We stayed here during the Dinagyang weekend and the rate was not that pricey yet the location is very accessible and the room was clean and the beds were very comfy, like a luxury stay but not so. Haha! The bathroom was also spacious and clean. Although we had some problem with the thermostat. Another good thing about this hotel is the staff are very nice and accommodating. Even the security guards are friendly and helpful. For an affordable but great stay in Iloilo, I'd definitely recommended this one!

All of us enjoyed this hotel very much. The location is great, with shops and restaurants nearby. The room is spacious, modern and clean, with strong water supply. The only thing that they can improve is their breakfast which is plated.

Every time I need a place to stay in Iloilo I always choose Diversion 21 Hotel. First, it has the perfect location, center of the city, near the mall, good restaurants and some tourist attractions. Also, they have ktv rooms within the building, so if you want to do videoke with your family or friends, they have affordable packages for that. Second, the room is spacious, very clean and the pillows are comfy. Third, the front desk staffs are very accommodating and helpful. So 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for them. 😊

Rooms are spacious, clean and worth the stay if that is all you use them for... Internet is horrible until they provide a router for the room. Shouldn’t have to ask, as some rooms likely have that ongoing problem. Complimentary breakfast is standard pinoy stuff that’s short on quality, flavour and nutrition! Same old in a nice hotel is not okay! Had to argue to senior’s discount on meal and room. Usually not a problem elsewhere! After 2 nights, we gladly left, and returned to the downtown core to a better but smaller room. Hard to rate the lousy hotels in this country, as the nice-looking ones generally suck in at least one major way. We won’t go back, but can recommend Go-Hotel at Robinson’s Mall on Ledesma. More reasonable rates, clean even though smaller, and better location for Starbucks, malling and downtown.…

The conference hall of the hotel near the entrance was where we had our meetings during our stay. The booking included consumables which is dependent on how many hours is the use of the space. We have been delighted because, the food was overflowing which was included in the package. There was a generous serving for each menu that we can't consume all . The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. he room accommodation was also very good. The double room accommodation can actually accommodate 6 persons with 2 extra beds at the sides. The room was spaceous, well-lighted and clean. The location is very accessible that one can just walk going to the mall and the esplanade for a leisurely walk and a river cruise.

I love this hotel. People are really friendly. I was allowed to check in very early since they had available rooms. The rooms are really spacious, clean and modern. I appreciate the amenities. The facilities are nice and the breakfast is ok.. though they can improve on the serving size. The hotel is very accessible too.
