Nothing special in this hotel. It's Okay if you plan an overnight stay. I don't like its television / cable connection, so poor. The air-condition and bathroom is fine. The place is accessible and near from the city center.

Location is very near the Ortiz port where we needed to be early in the morning so we stayed there. Cheap. We had 2 single beds and I suspect the sheets on one of the beds were not replaced. Curtain was really dirty, with marks of someone wiping it with a wet cloth I think, it was dusty! AC doesn't really get cold enough. Seems that they've been using the same sheets and towels for decades!

Stayed here for one night before travelling to Guimaras.

We had a double room with air-conditioning and en-suite toilet/shower room. Bedding was tattered and torn and could see rips in the mattress.

My girlfriend tried to wash her white shorts in the basin, but the water was so dirty it turned them brown. Needless to say we used the water as little as possible after this. We complained to the receptionist but she wasn't interested.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The accommodations are super basic so don't expect anything more. Everything is well worn. The downtown location is good and the staff we encountered were very helpful. We rented a room for daytime use as we wanted to rest up for a red-eye flight from Iloilo to Singapore. The cost was P500 for 7AM to 7PM. Our room had one double bed and one single bed. It was away from the road and very quiet. There was a quite charming outdoor sitting area on the second floor. Security seemed good. This is one of the few respectable hotels which will rent rooms during the day.

This hotel caught my attention because of its low price. I travelled solo and hot a room for 695php.

I wasn't able to check its ratings here at tripadvisor so i fell in to a trap.

This is a below-average hotel. Staffs are just accomodating. Room i got looks and feels old. They have small tv set, a weak old AC, almost filthy bathrooms, weak shower and poor bed quality - the room was provided with one pillow, i had a stiff neck when i woke up the next day.

Wifi is only available within the lobby. Network is poor when inside your room and you can't do mobile browsing.

One good thing is it is very near - walking distance to Ortiz wharf, one gateway to Guimaras Island. So if Guimaras is in the middle of your itinerary, take the risk of staying here.

The room was so bad, i decided to transfer to Century21 (will be reviewing that as well).

I won't make this review long as I wouldn't recommend this place.

No.

Check the attached photos if they will pinch your interest.

Still thankful for the staff who lended me a plug adaptor for my mobile phone.

When my friends and I booked at City Corporate Inn, we knew that it was a budget hotel so we didn't expect much. But this hotel was the worst ever. I wouldn't even rate it as a 1-star hotel. It's more of a half-star hotel. I don't mind staying in a small room as long as it's clean. The rooms and toilets in this hotel were so filthy! (Check out my photos). There was a cigarette butt and used soap on the bathroom window of our room when we arrived; the staff don't scrub the bathroom floors so we had to wear rubber slippers every time we took a shower. WARNING: don't use their towels, the towels are so thin and they stink!. On our first night here, the A/C unit in the room occupied by my friends suddenly made a strange noise and it just stopped running. Then, water just flowed out of the A/C unit, creating a pool of water on their bedroom floor. When my friends complained about it, one of the hotel staff handed my friend a mop! Which meant, that my friend was to clean the mess created by the A/C unit. Wasn't it the hotel staff's job to clean the floor?! They were then transferred to another room the next day after we bombarded the staff with complaints.

I Normally stay in Iloilo every other week and I tried a lot of budget hotels in the city and I could tell that this is one if not the worst place I ever stayed. This needs either to be closed or totally renovated.

The room is unpleasant. The overall all look of the hotel is really not in good conditioned. I will never go back nor recommend this place.

Surprised by the very low pricetag, booked a 5night stay for a visit in Iloilo.
Ok that it's at the city center - church, market, department store, transportation (jeeps, ferry, taxi) and various heritage sites just walking distance.

But the rooms are hell. We took a 3bed room, just at the second floor. Thanks to that for it has no elevator. Low ceiling. Filthy sheets. Noisy airconditioning.

With no plans where to go, the receptionist neither can suggest anything. Good thing, they have wifi (limited to the lobby though).
