👍- Accommodating staff. 👎- First thing we noticed was the parking area. They had limited parking spaces. Check-in process was okay and asked what time do we prefer to have our breakfast delivered which we informed them that we'll just call incase we wanted any. They only gave us one access card to our room. Lift was small and hallway could use more lighting. We got to our room and this is where the housekeeping issues come in. The room had an unpleasant smell the minute we walked in. The air-conditioning was dripping in the middle of the room. The linens were DIRTY, had STAINS and unwanted hair under the sheets and on the throw pillow. The washroom was wet with more unwanted hair!! We tried to call reception to voice out our complain and guess what? The phone lines weren't working!! We had to call using our mobile. Maintenance came in and informed us that someone just check-out from our room that's why the AC was dripping. They were kind enough to transfer us to another room. Next room was smaller than our original room but we were already quite disappointed and decided to go ahead and occupy the second room which was also not up to standards. There were still stains on the linens. Room was not vacuumed properly! The AC again started to drip after our first night. Shower took time to heat up. We decided to sleep in but got annoyed when they served the breakfast that we did not even request for. Kitchen said nothing was endorsed. Overall, this was one of our most unpleasant hotel stay. Would not come back and would definitely NOT RECOMMEND!…

Need to be more careful in terms of housekeeping, maintaining cleanliness knowing that the hotel is located in the residential area and hospital. Affordable for a short stay. And location wise near also megaworld or festive walk.

New hotel located near the Megaworld complex. Stayed here with my husband and we were quite surprised to see amenities of a 4 or 5-star-hotel but with half the price. Will recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is quite new as you can still smell the paint. Housekeeping needs a bit of improvement but the very helpful staff make up for the minor lapses in cleaning service. The buffet breakfast has few options and the food combinations are not that well thought of. Their coffee is good. If you want good food, it would be best to visit the nearby chicken grill just right across the street from the hotel.
