Since travelling outside the province is a challenge amid this pandemic, staying in Park Inn is the best option to take a break from our family's daily routine. The hotel is just beside SM City Iloilo. The staff are generally accommodating and the management did prepare activities for its guests with utmost considerations of health protocols while waiting for the new year count down. My family - especially my senior citizen mom-in-law - enjoyed our stay. Thank you Park Inn staff especially to Ryan Tentia for arranging our comfortable stay!

me and the kids had fun pool is great and we had some privacy internet is faste enough for wifi they are very accomodating they provided an extra bed for my kid and i appreciated that more pillows pls

We get two rooms its connecting room and its nice to stay And its was really close to sm mall overall it was nice place to stay and my son is enjoying also the lights beside the hotel the security guard also they very helpful

Very good customer service and location. Need to improve services like massage and food but maybe its because of the pandemic. But overall I was satisfied with everything and maybe someday i would stay here again.

Excellent service!Highly recommended. Park inn by Radissons Iloilo is Safe and clean. Another thing I love about the hotel is there smart and convenient location ( A few steps away from SM City Iloilo). Their sevice is commendable. Just what we need during these dark trying times. ♥️
