location is very good as there are many restaurants and bars to choose from outside of the hotel, there is adequate room space, beds are wide enough and hotel offers buffet breakfast. it is also near a main shopping mall; the front desk person when we check in though was not accommodating and never smiled during our transaction with her. i needed to send email for an office report during our stay there but hotel didn't have wifi at that time, they say their telecom has problems but it's surprising that the restaurants beside the hotel has wifi that's working.

I stayed here for 2 nights. During my arrival my cousin took a shower right after checking in after that I noticed that the bathroom is really wet so I request a bath matt because I thought it is upon request so a guy housekeeping attendant came to bring matt bath he told me there was a setup so I asked him to check the room it could be hidden somewhere but he couldn't find it and he even stated "baka yung pang umaga nagkamali ng setup" so he let me sign a paper and told me he will inform his colleagues and put 1 matt there. Fast forward during my check out I'm rushing because I have a meeting and my flight is 12:30noon it was 9:46am already so I called frontdesk that I am checking out and I need someone to check the room. The room attendant cleared it and I even gave her a tip because she make up the room yesterday (I was out the whole afternoon) and fix the aircon cover and other stuff who keeps on falling and interrupted my sleep the first night. To my surprise I was called by the foron
front desk about the missing towel so I explained to her she keep me waiting and the supervisor of housekeeping talked to me that he is confident they followed the standard and so on they were implying they setup 2 bath matt. Why the heck would I took a bath matt???? So disappointing on how they deal with the situation if I wasn't rushing on my meeting and flight I could open up my luggage there. I let them charge the bath matt just to end up the hassle! What if it's not a bath matt they didn't setup? The cost is not a problem but there approach and the hassle is the worse! I'm still rating you average because of the nice room attendant who make up the room!

Nothing fancy in this hotel, no carpet, no fuss but the staff is friendly and genuinely willing to help.

All in all, as I remembered it.

The only con was the breakfast, it is included in the room stay but the variety was rather limited but good.

Will definitely come back during my next visit.

Big cockroach in the bathroom. Small cockroach on the bed. Wifi is down. Asked to change the room, receptionist automatically answered they are fully booked. After I got upset, they will suddenly change the room. Need i say more?

Hotels smells bad, old and out of style, expensive , not worth the price you pay for, diversion 21 is way cheaper and much elegant . Tried to have our money back but they insisted to give refund, so sad , just made the wrong pick of hotel, i do hope that atleast tommorrow they can make up with the buffet that was included in their promo😌

We stayed only for a night . But i must say that the hotel is nice and clean.
Though i didn't get to check all their facilities, i still find the hotel comfortable.
I love their toilet it's very spacious even if it doesn't have a bath tub but still it's cool.

Buffet breakfast is included in our overnight stay. Food is okay but not much choices. We were able to have room service for our snack, we ordered fries and chicken sandwich, which is okay and for lunch we had buttered chicken and fish fillet. Not that good but passable for my taste.

The staff are very warm and friendly, we do not have a hard time checking in because they are very efficient and attentive to whoever is checking in, they will not make you wait for a long time.

And lastly i like the location because beside the hotel are lots of different restaurants. Were you can visit and have an experience dining in.

I will definitely recommend the Iloilo Business Hotel to my friends and family.

This is a small hotel, very basic. No pool, no frills. Wireless internet was available, but you have to get the password daily and connection was bad. There were days when I couldn't get any signal. The room was small. Bathroom amenities were poor. I had to go out to buy decent shampoo.

The room came with free breakfast. Kids are given 50% discount. Breakfast selection was limited. I was disappointed with the breakfast fare, especially since Ilonggo cuisine is supposed to be good.

There are many restaurants and bars nearby. We weren't bothered by the noise, though. SM City Iloilo and more restaurants are 5 minutes away.

Stayed here overnight and made the most of the hotel. All their staff was friendly and attentive to your needs. The room is your typical business hotel, BUT the bed was so comfy! I didn't want to leave my bed the next day. The location was at the center of Iloilo's nightlife and just a few walks away from Grillers. (Which is a must go to place if you love Oysters). Breakfast buffet was good. There wasn't any bacon or sunny side eggs, or scrambled.. but they had omelette (which they'd make it fresh). Molo soup was my favorite! There was arroz caldo, Garlic rice, plain..hotdog (wasn't a fan), luncheon meat (they tried to coat it in egg..TRIED), fish and oh.. pancit.. hehe.. Loved their coffee.. The juice was kinda bland.. Overall, I'd go back to this hotel. It's a place to look forward to to relax after a long day.
Overall, I'd stay again in this hotel.

The name Business hotel is a strange one as the hotel is situated in Iloilo’s ‘Party central’ rather than business district. The hotel is a good, mid range international standard operation. Rooms are large, clean and modern though the floor surface is a strange lino-type covering, not really in keeping with the rest of the hotel. The room had fridge, AC, TV , Safe. The shower was a disappointing dribble though. The staff were helpful and the buffet breakfast was ok. The hotel is multi storey. We had a room on the 7th floor but went to bed on both nights to the sound of booming music coming from the countless bars and restaurants surrounding the hotel. I would imagine the rooms on the lower floors can be very very noisy. We had requested a quiet room after reading previous reviews on Trip Advisor but strangely were given a room on the noisiest side (the side facing the main road to town). There isn’t much to see in Iloilo itself but we used the hotel as a base to visit the Island of Guimares on route to Negros, which is a nice day trip. Business Hotel looked to me to be one of, if not the best hotel in town. Its location was definitely a double edged sword though. Its out of the centre but obviously handy for restaurants etc which is great…until you go to bed! I would say Business Hotel is a good safe option for a stay in Iloilo and the price was good for the room standard. You may want to take some ear plugs though!

Iloilo Business Hotel is located in Smallville, a relatively new development outside of the city center. Lots of great restaurants and bars around the hotel - pizzerias, Mexican, coffee shops, Ilonggo food. It's about a 15 minute walk to SM Iloilo and a 10 minute cab ride to the city center (50 to 70 pesos).

About a 10 minute walk from the hotel and just beside the river, there is a road which is closed during the early morning for joggers, runners, walkers, and bikers. It's a good place to go people watching! If you wake up early enough, an aerobic class at the end of the street is offered.
