Booked this hotel through booking.com and when we arrived in Manila, phoned them to let them know that our flight was rescheduled and they acknowledged. When we finally came in at 9.30pm after a total of 10hours travel, the reception told us that they overbooked 😱 so they’ll be sending us to their sister hotel called “Zuri”, no arrangement for a car or transportation, good thing we have our own, can you imagine if we don’t! so went back to the car with all our luggage’s and drove to another location! Zuri, it’s a newly open hotel near SM city, took us 20 mins to check in. It looks good and the staff are friendly and accommodating.
The hotel is located at the center of the city near to bar and restau very accessable going to sm and riverside. The facility was good has gym, pool, spa, shuttle service going to airport and many more. Staff are very friendly so for the price I think that was enough and satisfied to stay here.
Regular visitors to Westown Hotel when in Iloilo. We stayed here in July with kids as they love the pool and we often stay in the chalets. Normally the service and standards are perfect, but this time when we checked out we were told the lady who checked us in forgot what day it was when we checked in (a Friday), so informed us the rates were different and we had to pay the difference which we weren't too happy about. So, just a word of warning when booking, make sure they know what day it is....
Stayed at cozy, clean and big room. The place is safe and located at the center of the city where everything is very much accessible. We enjoyed the delicious food. 🍲🍝🍜🍕☕🍰 People are nice. 😊😊😊
Stayed for 6 days. It is located in a district where nightlife bars are located. Luckily we were assigned in a room far from the bars so we could not hear the loud noises of karaokes or bands. Unfortunately for my friend, they were assigned in a room where they could literally hear the karaokes and live singings. They could not sleep for how many nights before a quiet vacant room was available for them to change on. So, ALWAYS ask for a quiet room. Complimentary breakfast was nice. Oddly, there is a limit for the price you can avail of. If your choice of breakfast exceeded the complimentary breakfast price, you need to pay for the difference. It is a nice hotel if you are in a budget as long they will assign you in a quiet room.
