Nice set up of their family room. Affordable price for family on travel and wanted to relax and stay overnight in the city. They just need to improve more the cleanliness of their washrooms and fix toilet issues. Other than that all went well during our stay, highly recommended.
We were inside our room when the door opened by someone we do not know and we're pretty sure we locked it. My partner said he heard a beep before the door opened. We think that it was the newly arrived guests that mistakenly thought it was their room because hotel staff know that if a certain room is occupied. We all know it will not open our door if the card wasn't meant for our room's electronic door knob but I guess their key card can access any door in their hotel which is really upsetting. I got anxious every time I hear the door next to our room opened because it might be ours they're trying to access. Please fix the problem for the privacy and security of other guests.
I love the breakfast we had, fried bangus. The room is clean so far, just that, there's a window in our room but when you open it, it's covered from outside so can't see any view. Also they don't have elevator ao better book the lower floor if you'll be accompanied by oldest. And toilet flush can't full drain your dirt Haha so we used instead the trash can, fill it with water and pour to the bowl to drain the dirt well Hahaha. We booked a double room though there's 5 of us 'cause I can't find any other cheaper accommodations, we just requested extra beds, there's no problem for us. Overall, though we stayed only for 1 night cause that's their vacant date only, we enjoyed it so far.
I book here because my Taxi Driver Recommend this Hotel.I only stay 1 night room was clean and have a free bfast for 1100php well definately recommend it with my friends who will be coming here at Iloilo soon -Jzon
I booked last minute at this hotel through Agoda at a very affordable price. The place us just afew mins walk to to La Paz public market, the home of famous batchoy (Ted's, Netong's and Deeco's) and Mudge Cafe. Just outside the hotel is the main street going to La Paz Church. There are convenince stores at both sides, 7-11 on the left and I-Mart on the right, both are open 24 hourse. So grabbing a late night much it drink is not a problem. Car park is infront and only have 3 slots maximum. Its wise to call ahead if you have a car. Checkin was a breeze 5 minutes tops. Small lobby and can be crowded at times, the receptionist has a very warm welcoming smile, makes you feel at home. I booked a 1 bedroom with double deck bunk beds. The rooms has its own toilet/shower, a vanity desk/mirror, closet and AC. The rooms was clean, fresh beddings, no smell and crisp clean towels. The toilet was clean, with hot water. The room was on the far end facing the back so it was quiet, no car/street noise. It was located at the 4th floor, there is no elevator. So if you have heavy luggage or older people or with mobility issues going up will be quite a task.I suggest calling the hotel to get the 2nd floor rooms. They have a complimentary plates breakfast and instant coffee. Nothing to get excited about. The cafe area is on the 2nd floor, it's cozy. They have books and magazines to read and even table games for the young ones. I think you can order food here if you want. Overall verdict, this is an awesome find in La Paz, public transport going to Iloilo is just right outside. It is clean with working ameneties. The only downsude is that they dont have elevator.…
Staffs are very accommodating especially kuya kenneth. Only breakfast is available. near at 7eleven convenient store. Room good for 2 are small, the design of bed is double deck. Overall it is budget friendly for backpackers.
Stayed here twice during my iloilo visit! good hotel location near lapaz market home of lapaz batchoy! rooms itself is basic but clean very very fast wifi infact this is the best wifi in a hotel i have experienced so its great for business travellers. staff are nice! cable tv is a plus. breakfast is decent. overall really good value for money
My 2nd time to stay here. Chose it because it's inexpensive, good location and friendly staff. Rooms are ok. Great thing is they have stronger wifi/internet connection now compared to my stay 2 years ago and they now have a service vehicle which you can hire for a day tour to visit the province's tourist attractions.
Urban Inn is a budget accommodation located near La Paz Market, which is an amazing location for traditional local food (Madge Cafe, Netong Batchoy are located inside the market), a market experience, a shopping area, massage places and also access to other sites in Jaro, Molo, and beyond. There is a 7-11 next door and a imart right on the property, for a quick dash for supplies like drinking water, which is not provided by the Inn. The staff are generally good... Our room feels like a single room furnished with 3 bunk beds, making it a really cramped room for 6. The mattresses were comfortable and each bunk has a light AND a power socket.... a great plus! Many upscale hotels don't even think about things like this. Air conditioning was good but walls are paper-thin. Guests next door were up around midnight and we heard most of their conversation. The bathroom was simple and, for those who think it's important, has a bidet. The shower has a heater but they used a low flow showerhead which had a leaky gasket that leaked more water to the floor than pass through the head. Breakfast was simple but we were told that they only provide 2 free breakfasts per room, regardless of how many people are in the room. This felt like a cheat, since it's a natural assumption that a 6 bed room would also mean 6 complimentary breakfasts. When confronted, all the staff said was "this is our policy". Wish this was clear from the booking up to check in.…
Staff are friendly and are quick to attend to our needs, rooms are really neat, the location is great (near la paz public market, a couple of convenience stores, sm city iloilo and robinsons malls are just a few mins away, van terminals are nearby for when you want to travel outside the city) Definitely gonna come back here for our next Ilo-Ilo trip
