I stayed for a night and by the time I was about to check-out around 10am the next day they informed me that I have to pay for additional charges before they clear me and allow to exit the establishment, as they discovered a blue stain on the beddings. I told them that maybe it was due to the massage oil used by the therapist because I requested for a room service for a whole body massage last night. I explained that I dont have any blue colored belongings except the cycling shorts i wore last night during the massage which is black with blue accent on it. I added that i used the said short for almost 5 years now and as far as i can remember there was no previous case of it extracting any stain. I planned to check out early as I have prior errands to make however I was delayed by the manager and did not allow me to exit the establishment. He suggested to test the cycling shorts to prove if it really does not extract any stain or to prove as well if it is really due to the massage oil, which I irately agreed. I went back to the same room I stayed together with the housekeeping personnel to run the test as suggested by the manager. She tested it first with water and of course there was no stain. She ask me if the therapist has any extra cloth or towel that she brought prior to the room service which I answered that she did not bring any extra cloth with her, only the massage oil. She added that it is a standard procedure to bring extra cloth or any towel during room service as she was once a former therapist herself. We went back to the manager and she told him that there is no oil available for the test and she informed him as well that the stain was made most probably due to the massage oil. However the manager insisted to make a test and informed the housekeeping personnel to get a sample massage oil at there spa. By that time, it was almost 2 hours of me waiting to be released, it is as if i was illegally detained. Very traumatic indeed. I explained to the manager that I was not informed of the protocol of the room service however due to his very weak deduction skills yet he insisted that i should pay extra charges for the damn stain even though it is not my fault at all. With the my statements and the housekeeping personnel whom once a former therapist, he should know by now that it is between the hotel and the therapist who did not follow the correct procedure during the roomservice and not against me. I was released around 12:30pm, can you imagine the delay. Is he even a manager? if so then he has very weak deduction skills and slow response to the situation. He agreed not to charge me the extra payment however he educated me to be extra careful the next time on whatever clothes I wear to the next hotel im staying. Is it proper to deliver such words to your guest? He didnt even bother to give me any complimentary drinks while waiting for that damn test on my pants. Not even any apology from him as he ruined my day and delayed my check out. He is just so rude and very incompetent manager. He is very condescending and has a very threatening voice. I was a solo traveler and that made me traumatized. I will definitely not coming back to this hotel. Not anymore.

Stayed for 2 days in a Deluxe Twin for a family of 4 . Price is cheaper for 2 persons but we paid additional Php300 each kid per day for pool use since the rate includes 2 adult passes only. Still if you add up, it will be around Php3,300 only per night compared to other hotels we stayed at around Php4,000 a night. But for a Php700 savings, here are the snags. First night, the live band was very loud downstairs until almost midnight. Second night, I woke up in the middle of my sleep because people outside were very noisy chatting. I went out and asked to minimize their voices and it was soooo quiet after that. They might be just unaware that rooms are not soundproofed. We asked for toothbrushes and e-kettle because they were not readily available. I noticed that there was no iron and ironing board too but it's okay since we had no time to use them before going for a Sunday mass. I'm sure you can borrow if you ask. The safe were defective so they removed it from our room and we weren't able to use one. And the breakfast... it was too fortunate we decided not to pay additional. It will be Php700 per kid if you pay additional pool pass + breakfast. It means breakfast will cost you Php 400?!!! and the choices were: powdered orange juice, coffee, rice, fried rice, 4 choices of ordinary bread (you can buy it at Php15 each in their bakery), delicious pork adobo, omelet, hotdog, 2 variety of fresh fruits, mac salad (I can't tell if it's fruit salad?...so sorry but this is to help improve the menu). But on the bright side... Wow! the view from the infinity pool, Muelle Loney and Guimaras Island at the back is just incredible! The staffs in the pool area were very friendly and even if there's a lot of them, they are not a nuisance. They maintain the pool area very well. I really love the huge pool!!!!! It's only 4 ft deep so it's safe for our kids but they also have a round 2 ft deep pool with water cannon for smaller kids. The room is medium sized, 2 queen size beds are comfy enough for 2 adults, TV was huge and curved. Washroom was clean but sometimes I found few cockroaches. It's my first time to get free facial masks and where can I buy your natural lotion please? LOL but I really love that! Water pressure was good in the shower but painful when using the bidet, LOL! Staffs were very friendly and polite all the time. But please for those in the front desk (check in, check out), sorry but be more friendly. You might be intimidating your guests if you don't work it out. Remember that you are the ones who will do most of the talking and you are expected to achieve a welcoming atmosphere. And the bakery downstairs, yay! I really like that shop, everything is affordable and delish! Finally, the location... you can get almost everything nearby... groceries, fast food, ATM, church, and so many choices down there. Thank you so much and we'd like to go back someday.

Great location close to all downtown festival activities. Hotel has many amenities including breakfast buffet. Very disappointed with the flooding in the bathroom from blocked shower drain everyday and with managements response. Talked with others who complained about the same issue. Food was ok but expected higher quality due to online ratings and customer reviews.

Experience Chinese hotel and service in this city. Everything on this unique hotel was pack and ship from mainland China. The rooms and set-up are similar on what I experience in most hotel in China. Food are simple but good for economic traveller. For big event and gathering, this will serve your need.

We booked an overnight stay to celebrate my wife's birthday. As a regular of this hotel with at least 10 staycations before the pandemic, I would say that our experience this time around is short of our expectations. We were asked to pay for using the pool at 500 per person, worse is that no towels are provided, you have to use towels provided in your rooms, also, no welcome drink this time. The pool's water is green, walls are slimy. The pool water is stagnant. My kids just dipped in to the pool for a few minutes, I took this picture and soon after they left. The next day, we were robbed of our breakfast buffet as they redirected us to the restaurant on the other building. They said they will prepare for Mother's Day buffet so no buffet breakfast will be served. It is unfortunate that you paid the full amount but get abysmal service from this hotel.

We've inquired multiple times about the hotel's current policies and available services during this time of pandemic. So we're expecting that we will be able to use their pool since their staff oriented us beforehand about this, but upon checking in, they just told us that their pool is not avaible since last month before our reservation. If only their staff had informed us during our calls, we could have change our intinerary instead and supposedly they shouldn't entertained any of our questions about the pool if it is not available in the first place🤦Their ref and aircon are barely functional. You wont be able to enjoy your stay in the room especially in the afternoon. Their food is overpriced for a small portion being served. You have to call different stations at multiple times to request. Four people were check in the room; yet, they only provide one set of toiletries and a pair of glasses and cups. Unlike other hotels in the city, upon entering the room, you'll see a sign or seal in the door, signifying it was sanitized but dissapointingly, theirs is not. Their security is also poor. We saw no guard in front of the hotel and my friend just freely went up in our room bypassing any expected inspection. We'll definitely not go back here again❗

Our room was on the swimming pool floor so we couldn't really open our curtains for privacy. The room was large, comfortable with two queen size beds. Be careful if you travel with some foreign plugs as the room doesn't offer multiple plugs. The breakfast was not for our taste (seemed like it was all canned and powdered juice/coffee) so we didn't avail of it after the first morning (most probably because of the pandemic situation as I have read the breakfast is usually better than what we had).

For a proclaimed 3 star hotel, I really like it. The hotel is composed of two towers, East and West building. I stayed in the west side, you can see the city from there, but I would have liked the east side where you can see the Iloilo river. The staff were friendly and professional. The pool area was not big but clean and nice. The room was nice, I stayed in a premier deluxe queen bed bedroom. The gym was the area where I feel in love with. Very nice. If I was not attending an activity, I could have spent more time there. Stay in the 5th floor of the west building or 6th floor of the east building, if you want easier access to the pool area. If given the chance, I would like to stay there again.
