The staffs of this hotel were approachable. They also served complimentary drinks upon arrival at the room which i think is a good thing. The room was clean and everything was functional. However, this hotel does’nt have any elevators/lifts, so you need to walk up the stairs to get to your room.

This is clearly one of the less desirable hotels I've ever stayed at. Well, I was looking for cheap but cheap can be clean and neat, at least. Upon entering the lobby, there was one receptionist and she was not the sunniest of persons around. I mean, you are a frontliner. Not very accommodating when I had some questions as well. Fast forward to my room, it was big and spacious, yes. But the bed was creaky and not so friendly to one's posture because you kind of sink into the bed. The drapes were sloppy, toilet was just ok, could have been cleaned more. But what scared me the most, albeit too late in realizing it, was that the ceiling in my toilet was open! I have not noticed it the night before but the next day, I heard people working somewhere either the top level or the ceiling. I was so bothered at first because it was just me there. I just hoped the staff could have informed me about repairs happening. I own a small travel agency and usually I talk to management of a hotel for a possible tie-up but in this case, I did not do it. Heck no! There are a lot of cheap places but are presentable but this one, not one bit. I just stayed there bec I just needed a place to crash in for the night and somewhere near where I have to go the next day. Hope they do major changes on the property. It has location potential but crappy in everything else that I have encountered.

Spent two nights in this hotel with my sister. The place is old and needs refurbishing but it will do. The room we booked was big and can accommodate an extra bed. It has complete necessities, hot and cold water though the shower was not working, we used a dipper and pail.Room service was okay and staff were friendly and responds to requests. Hopefully, the place will have improvements soon.

My family and I have stayed there for almost 6 days. Pros: free wifi, spacious room, well-lit, fast service, welcoming and smiling staffs, and probably the one of the most inexpensive hotels you'll see online. Cons: I am strongly dissatisfied with cleanliness (e.g. sticky floor, dusty window sill, dusty curtains, wash basin and bathroom poorly draining).

We stayed for 2 nights. Good for the price. The room was spacious. The location was very convenient. A one ride jeep away to SM Iloilo, from SM you can find the UV and jeep terminal. One that needs to be improved was the restroom. Water was not that clear for some reason. But overall, the room was comfortable to let us have a good sleep.
