A budget hotel, with a less luxurious feel of anything. Not unless if all the hotels in Iloilo are fully booked then maybe you can stay here. But otherwise then feel free to choose other hotels. Though the staff are friendly and courteous if not they could have been the worst hotel in Iloilo.

This is clearly one of the less desirable hotels I've ever stayed at. Well, I was looking for cheap but cheap can be clean and neat, at least.

Upon entering the lobby, there was one receptionist and she was not the sunniest of persons around. I mean, you are a frontliner. Not very accommodating when I had some questions as well.

Fast forward to my room, it was big and spacious, yes. But the bed was creaky and not so friendly to one's posture because you kind of sink into the bed. The drapes were sloppy, toilet was just ok, could have been cleaned more.

But what scared me the most, albeit too late in realizing it, was that the ceiling in my toilet was open! I have not noticed it the night before but the next day, I heard people working somewhere either the top level or the ceiling. I was so bothered at first because it was just me there. I just hoped the staff could have informed me about repairs happening.

I own a small travel agency and usually I talk to management of a hotel for a possible tie-up but in this case, I did not do it. Heck no!

There are a lot of cheap places but are presentable but this one, not one bit. I just stayed there bec I just needed a place to crash in for the night and somewhere near where I have to go the next day. Hope they do major changes on the property. It has location potential but crappy in everything else that I have encountered.

Spent two nights in this hotel with my sister. The place is old and needs refurbishing but it will do. The room we booked was big and can accommodate an extra bed. It has complete necessities, hot and cold water though the shower was not working, we used a dipper and pail.Room service was okay and staff were friendly and responds to requests. Hopefully, the place will have improvements soon.

This Hotel is devoid of any positive aspects. We just experienced the worst hotel experience. Not to mention the incompetence of the hotel staff and management as a whole, this hotel caused us inconveniences that disrupted our schedule. When we inquired for further options, we received replies that led nowhere. The personnel never showed us any consideration when we checked out later than expected. How awful!

If you want to ruin your holiday in Iloilo City, Philippines, book yourself to Iloilo's worst hotel - La Fiesta, located along General Luna St, Iloilo City.

We were told by our relatives that this hotel is reasonably priced and was recommended by one of our cousins from Canada who apparently stayed in this hotel. Anyway, when we checked in, they lead us to a third floor room. One thing i've noticed right away was there was no elevator (hotel is 8 storeys high) and we had to carry most of our things up stairs, whew! As we walked inside the room, the lights were not working. The airconditioner was not working, side table lamps didn't have plugs, so how could you plug it in the power outlet? The floor was sticky, beddings were dusty - in other words, the room was not livable, not ready at all - lack of maintenance!

I walked downstairs and demanded for another room. One thing I didn't understand is they refused to provide another room even though the hotel was not fully booked at all. I demanded to see the manager and what he did is to give us assurance that an electrician will fix the electrical outlets, aircon and lightings, plumber for water, and maids to clean the dusty room - all at 9pm?.

Anyway, even though it was past 9pm that night, we decided to walkout of this hotel, crossed the road and checked-in to Hotel del Rio - a first rate hotel in the city.

So, a word of warning to those who want to visit Iloilo - stay away from La Fiesta Hotel.

If it's budget hotel the price would be 2 times lower.
I have changed 3 rooms because flush in toilet didn't work. Finally found the room where flush was working but there was not hot water in the shower, I asked to fix it but they couldn't. When I went to sleep I observed that the bedliners have been already used and one was in the blood... I'm not sure you would like to stay in such kind hotel even for free. And there were lots of mosquitoes in the room.

We stayed for 2 nights. Good for the price. The room was spacious. The location was very convenient. A one ride jeep away to SM Iloilo, from SM you can find the UV and jeep terminal. One that needs to be improved was the restroom. Water was not that clear for some reason. But overall, the room was comfortable to let us have a good sleep.

It's been told that it's old. But La Fiesta is one of the cheapest lodgings around. Essentially, it's value for money given its generous space and good location. The owners should consider upgrading the place soon. At the lobby, you may find the Ark Car Rental booth. We liked that too.

Booked ourselves room in this hotel online.
The room was huge.
Aircon was good but that's all I'm afraid.

Too expensive and everything in the room and hotel was falling apart.
Shower leaking. Cockroaches. gym was really unsafe. Definitely not worth the moneys.
We had 2 nights booked but we checked out after first night
