The hotel is located near very good restaurants like Imay’s which serves delicious crispy pata, Felicidad for their ensaymada and Calea which serves the best tasting cakes. Location wise, the hotel is in a good spot. The hotel has interesting decorations in their lobby. Their staff are accomodating and corteous. From their security guards, waiters and front desk. I think the hotel can improve the internet connection in the rooms, the shower in the bathrooms and the breakfast choices in their restaurant. Will I stay in Metro Inn when I visit Bacolod again? YES 😊

I stayed in Metro Inn during Masskara Festival 2017 as a guest of NegOcc Tourism Department. I had a pleasant stay, sound sleep, and more importantly just a walking distance from the festivities and street parade. I was able to shoot the fireworks from outside the hotel. Very convenient location, my room is also spacious.

No complaints, for the price. This inn was selected for us by locals, as a spot to meet up with friends and family, in order to travel together to another city for a family event. Over two stays of three, then one night, it was our base to sleep and take some short, privately arranged tours. Adequate for our needs, it is a hotel that is showing its age, and could use some sprucing up. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfasts in the lobby bar offered limited selection. Two of our party of six picked up a virus during our first stay, which may or may not have been from the room we shared.

The food are great, near to all access points, landmarks, shopping and restaurants. Even in all mode of transportation its so easy to stay at metro innnbacolod. They have tour packages in which you can enjoy with without hassle because of scheduling.

Staying here at this place gives me a touch of home. All the staff a very friendly and helpful. Location is superb, heart of Bacolod almost walking distance to everything. Prices are perfectly reasonable. Breakfast is mighty alright and brewed coffee was the best one in I tasted so far in the city. Parking was also ideal, sometimes it's hard due to space but having one is amazing.

I totally recommend this to my friends and families.

It was very worth it. 😊

Metro Inn is located at 6th Street, a walking distance from Lacson Street, Provincial Capitol Lagoon and various dining establishments in the city. They have 2 function rooms for any occasions. The place is ideal to stay especially during Masskara because of its proximity to Lacson St, wherein the electric Masskara is being held.

The food is ok, but the amenities are not as nice as the other hotels. Parking is also a nightmare. The lights on the function hall is too dim and if your taking pictures it is not as nice as a well lighted room.

I arrived on the 28th and will check out later today (01 May) after breakfast. My check in experience was smooth and without incident, the muscular guy in the front desk was polite and helpful. My luggage was brought up by an armed smiling and very polite security guard who apparently doubles as the bellman. The room was a disappointment the bed was really small and the curtains were thin so the sunlight was definitely a problem for a late riser like me. The noise from the streets, especially from the tricycles, (local mode of public transportation) would wake the dead up. For two days there was a mediocre free breakfast buffet that was more for locals than for foreigners so I ordered from the menu. Today the buffet was gone but who cares since it was inedible anyway. The food in their restaurant is slighly over salted no matter what you order. Yesterday, 30 April, i left before lunch and specifically left instructions to have my room serviced. I returned in the evening exhausted and ready for a shower (very hot weather in the Philippines) and sleep but the room was exactly how I left it. I complained to the front desk for all the good that did. The water from the faucet is not potable so brush your teeth with bottled water (at least they have a warning sign in the bathroom). The entire staff though will shower you with smiles and polite greetings but I need good service and facilities not just the smiles. I will definitely not recommend this hotel if you are a foreigner.

I have never been to a hotel with such inefficiency of the front desk. You would wonder whether you are in a hotel that's supposed to cater to service.

I will never come back in this hotel.

The negative vibes that i had after such bad service makes you feel really angry...
