Place was clean with comfortable bed and sheets. We felt safe in our stay and check-in process was an ease. The value for our money was worth it. Staff were polite. Bathroom has bidet, plus hot and cold shower.

The room was very clean and comfy. I had an amazing stay however, I am a busy person and prefer to stay inside the room most of the time. I don't have much time in the world to go out and look for someplace to eat. I suggest you find someone to partner you in providing food for your guests especially during the night or early mornings. The staff were nice and accommodating, however, I don't feel any sincerity at all. They all look pleasant but boring, I suggest you should include in your training in teaching them to at least smile, after all, you are from the city of smiles. I was thinking they were only trying their best to be nice just for the sake of doing their jobs. They could have been more welcoming. Thank you for the excellent service though! :)

I stay for 3 nights for my quarantine time while waiting for the open facility in our area the staff was very accommodating, got a big and clean room, have a very good and comfortable experience, it was a good stay

Staff was friendly. Not for long term stay as it is not comfortable. Neither was the food great. Most of the time, wifi keeps on dropping. So, it was useless. The only advantage is the hotel being conveniently located near the mall.

my room was good even though there was an ongoing construction outside, but the wifi is terrible we were not able to use it during our stay, no electric kettle not even drinking glass. the only advantage is its location it is besides a Robinsons Mall and for that I will stay again if ever i got the chance to go back to bacolod.

For the second time,I checked in into Go hotel Bacolod. Like my first stay,I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the comfiness of the bed and pillows.The hotel staff are so friendly and accommodating.I will be back.

I really like to stay in any Go hotel in the Philippines because it is very clean, good bed, and a environmental friendly hotel. But am im very disappointed with this Go hotel in Bacolod. They assigned me near in the Exit area room 112, Did i rest well or sleep well? Answer is NO! A lot of noise ive heard, i called they Front office and they say it because of renovations,me like “what?do you allowed to renovate ur hotel in the evening and dawn time?are u kidding?” How can ur guest rest or sleep well to their paid room is the noise of the renovation can they heard? This is very b*******. In my second day i was very tired and lots of bag to be carried because i have a business here in bacolod i went directly in my room and my key card is not functioning like WTH my room is not too close in ur front desk and i have lot of bags, i was very irritated that time but i control my temper,what i did i go directly to ur front desk and asking for help, i give directly my keycard and she just smiled and after she reset or what the card she gve to me without explaining or saying for what happened. This is very disappointing trip to stay here in bacolod. I hope u will improve this one. I really like to stay in any go hotel but in bacolod management 👎👎👎…

There's a shuttle from the airport that can bring you at the hotel, the hotel has a convenient store, there's also travel agency inside the hotel so you can book your tours easily. Staffs are accommodating, the guard can help you find a taxi. but the lobby is not air conditioned. if you want to leave your luggage at the reception after your check out, there's a fee per luggage for the baggage storage . Overall, worth our stay

First, know that information on the TripAdvisor listing and some of the commissioned professional photographs is wrong and misleading. TripAdvisor says this place has laundry service. They don't. Some of the photos of the lobby (including a 360 degree panorama) show a laundry place and sundry shop in the lobby area. Neither of these are there any more, replaced by a seating area with an art gallery of sorts. On the other side of the lobby in these photos, a wall indicates that retail space is available. This has become the Weego Bistro, a restaurant. Now, for the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located on the main road through Bacolod, and right next to the large Robinsons Place mall. So if you want to shop, eat, or go to the laundry place in the mall (self service or full service by the kilo), all of those are just a few hundred meters away. The rooms? They are small, with no significant place to unpack your luggage. There is a metal thing on the wall that you can hang about four things on, but no drawers, no closet, no bench to sit a suitcase on. We put our bags on the floor, stepped around them, and unpacked and repacked as necessary. If you are just here for a day, this probably isn't a big deal; but for a longer stay it isn't so convenient. The bathroom isn't huge, but is sufficiently sized. My issue really is with the water. At the beginning of my stay it didn't get warm at all. After two days it was better, but still never as warm as I would have liked for a shower. The price does make this a good value, but I suspect there are few other places in town in a similar price range that might have slightly better rooms.…

The place was very clean and the floor staff very accommodating. The front desk staff was not as accommodating but I would go back again. Breakfast in the restaurant I give them 5 stars. Great staff and very friendly.
