Place was clean with comfortable bed and sheets. We felt safe in our stay and check-in process was an ease. The value for our money was worth it. Staff were polite. Bathroom has bidet, plus hot and cold shower.

We stayed here Jan 15-Jan 20, 2013. This hotel is well located, just off Lacson St on a quiet street in which you can occasionally find a sleeping dog. Security was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very near the Robinson's Mall, just a few steps away. The room was comfortable with a good toilet and shower. It was quiet all of the time.
My favorite was the excellent coffee shop in the lobby that served real brewed coffee. Laundry is done for a reasonable price, typically 24 hours. Newspapers for the day are neatly arranged in the lobby every morning. Parking is in an outside lot as opposed to the Mandaluyong GoHotel which has a very cramped garage that takes minutes to negotiate and park or get out.

the hotel looks new (probably is). It is in the city center and beside the robinson's mall. public transportation is not a hassle. the staff is warm, friendly and accommodating. The room is clean, AC works well, the bed, beddings are clean. the shower area is also clean. I will definitely go back to Go Hotels Bacolod.

This is probably my 6th time to stay here - and i an happy to see that GoHotel is constantly evolving. I used to bring a travel water kettle for my coffee...now they have hot and cold water dispensers. The lobby is airconditioned and smells very good, thanks to the electric diffuser. I happily invite my friends to come over to meet with me. They like the clean ambience!
The beddings are the best for me. They smell so clean and give the feeling of home.
The staff do their work competently and are polite and attentive, from the front desk to housekeeping to the support technical crew to even the guards.
I always tell my friends i feel lucky to have a second home in GoHotel Bacolod. It is a budget hotel, but it does not feel that way!

Something about Go Hotel Bacolod that makes me feel so at home. Friendly staff all around - front desk, housekeeping, guards. And every time i stay there, i always find an improvement. ÷ installation of water stations (hot & cold) ÷ mugs, pitcher and an electric kettle ÷ glass and coaster in the bathroom for toiletries
For this stay i noted the zen-like coffee corner with nice mood lamps.
When i go to my room after a hectic day my well-made bed is always a happy sight.

The room was very clean and comfy. I had an amazing stay however, I am a busy person and prefer to stay inside the room most of the time. I don't have much time in the world to go out and look for someplace to eat. I suggest you find someone to partner you in providing food for your guests especially during the night or early mornings. The staff were nice and accommodating, however, I don't feel any sincerity at all. They all look pleasant but boring, I suggest you should include in your training in teaching them to at least smile, after all, you are from the city of smiles. I was thinking they were only trying their best to be nice just for the sake of doing their jobs. They could have been more welcoming. Thank you for the excellent service though! :)

Booked 4 rooms this June for an overnight stay for me and my family and all 4 bathrooms are equally dirty and disgusting! There is also a sign saying that no food or eating inside the room to help keep it clean or otherwise they will fine you if any evidence of food is found in the room. There is no way to keep the room clean if it's dirty to begin with and they should be fined for NOT CLEANING their bathrooms accordingly.

I was a visitor at this hotel. Because my Aunt was the one who checked in here. While waiting for my Aunt at the lobby, I noticed that the staff are well accommodating to their guest. They are enjoying what they are doing. Unlimited smiles. They treat their elderly guest very well - treating them as part of the family. Security wise, I sees secured as security personnel are visible and attentive. Cleanliness, very good. Lobby was maintained from time to time. What I like most is their promo. 994.56 per night. This is for all rooms. Not like with other hotels like Avenue, promo per night subject to limited and small rooms only. Good Job guys! Keep on doing it. Upon seeing all of these as a visitor how come to be one of their guest. Hopefully, I had a time and experience such observation of mine.

Stayed there for 9 days with my girlfriend thinking it would be nice to stay in this hotel since a few friends said that Go hotel is a clean and comfortable hotel to stay in but it was not at all clean and the only comfortable thing was it was close to a mall. We had to change rooms 4 times because it's either the AC is leaking or the sockets in the room are disfunctional. The linens are full of stains, I don't understand why they use sheets with blood stains. The towels are worn out with holes on them. The shower is moldy. When you ask them to clean the room they don't even sweep the floor or clean the toilet. Such a pity that they didn't maintain the hotel properly nor clean the rooms properly.

It would depend on what you would want to get in terms of amenities / perks - there are some which would allow you to get rewards points (Agoda and their tie-ups with other partners, i.e. GetGo Rewards) but the base per night is slightly higher than the regular ones. This applies for all of the base rates Agoda offers. 'Hope this helps!
No as most hotels do. What i did, i booked the day before i arrived so i have my own room upon my arrival. Otherwise, i would be waiting for the check in time
Hi, you'll arrive at banago wharf/bredco port/ferry terminal in bacolod. Go hotel bacolod is located in between gatuslao st. and lacson st. The hotel is nearer the ferry terminal. You can take the jeepney going to lacson st. and ask the driver if it will passby Robinsons place bacolod. Your drop off is Robinsons place bacolod. Then 15mins walk to get to Go hotel. You can also get a taxi or book grab car so you don't have to walk to the hotel entrance.
The Ruins is in Talisay city. Take the jeepney along lacson st. going to Bata. You get off at Pepsi bottling plant. Take a tricycle from there and tell the driver to bring you to The Ruins.
