We had a wonderful time celebrating my partner's birthday—it went off without a hitch. I loved the food and amenities, and the staff were both accommodating and friendly. From booking to check-out, everything was seamless. The phone reservation process was straightforward, and the booking details were promptly sent via email. We’ll definitely be returning.

My stay with Citadines Bacolod was very satisfying and enjoyable. The staff are well trained and their service is de luxe like im a VIP guest. The room is huge and the bed is like youre sleeping in the clouds, very white and clean. Breakfast buffet is like fiesta! And the pool is very scenic. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is very clean which is very important for my family. The staff are warm and accommodating. The amenities are great. Everything is well though of especially the claw machine in the reception area. My kids always looked forward to it. We hope the hotel will be maintained like this for a long time. We look forward to our next visit.

This is a really jaw dropping hotel. Aside sa super ganda ng ambiance, outstanding kindness nila at sobrang accommodating. They are very welcoming and this hotel feels like home.
They have special banana coffee shots and coffee lychee shot!
The complimentary coffee super sarap din! 🙏🏻
Ganda ng pool😍 pinayagan pa ko magswim kahit 30mins before closing!
Kudos! Sir Jhan na mabait at maunawain. To the reception, cafe and to all housekeeping grabe ang galing nyo. I will never forget this experience 😍

I love the area, very spacious and the room smells good and new. The staff are always smiling and friendly. The internet connection was also fast which I like the most! Place is near the restaurants and malls. Waiting for them to have a buffet breakfast.

Great place to stay with family. Rooms are clean and spacious! The breakfast is sumptuous and has wide variety of choices! I love all the dishes being offered, especially the egg royale! This hotel is highly recommended! I will definitely be back soon!
