No consideration at all. Rules were not properly explained prior to check in. How can we enjoy our stay? The lifeguard is very inconsiderate and won't let us finish talking. The front desk tried to solve the issue but the lifeguard won't even let us enjoy our stay. We're from baguio and a far place like this is what we thought can give us rest and fun. How can someone like us, faraway from this city, can appreciate our stay?

At first everything's good...comfortable and clean rooms. However, despite the pricey room rate of 3,700 with buffet breakfast. During our breakfast we are disappointed that they only serve 2 main courses...we requested to cook for bacon since its not included in their menu for the day, then they charge us for an additional payment for the bacon. Unlike other hotels there is no additional charge.

Stayed in this hotel with my family, the room was very spacious and clean with massive bathroom. air conditioned was very good, friendly staff. The only downfall is their breakfast, the food was cold and looks so sad. We did not use the pool so I cannot make a comment.

The stay started slowly, as staff couldn't find my Agoda booking and even showing them the confirmation wasn't sufficient. They insisted I log in and forward the confirmation email to them. Upon getting to the room, we found most of our pillow cases had holes in them and the sheets weren't in great condition either. The shower hot water wasn't very hot and they never managed to remedy that. The water at the sink could be turned up to very hot, so there must be some separate faulty valve for the shower. The air conditioning was noisy, especially as it's right next to the bed. At least there was the option to open the window when wanting some fresh air and less noise. A decent number of the TV channels didn't work much of the time. The safe didn't work until someone from reception came up and reset it. As an extra annoyance, guests have to get a wifi code for each device they wish to connect with. Those codes last 3 days, so if you are there longer, you'll need to get another set of codes. Another ridiculous piece of bureaucracy is that you have to get wrist bands from the front desk to use the pool. Why is a room key not good enough? Other than that, the room was comfortable enough and the staff are quite pleasant, but the final reason to downgrade this property is that I got quite an electrical shock when touching my laptop when it was plugged in to a (supposedly) grounded power point. Clearly the ground is not wired properly and I avoided this issue for the rest of the stay by using an adapter to not connect the ground pin. However, this is potentially dangerous and suggests the property wiring may be faulty. (I've reposted this review as the management reply included my real name. I was really tempted to drop it to 1 star for this disgusting breach of privacy.)

We booked one night accomodation ( 2 junior suite and 2 deluxe suite). I was surpised that junior suite is much better and larger than deluxe suite. The crews was helpful, polite and friendly. Room 501 deluxe suite has shower with oppsite hot and cold water. Red for cold and green for hot. It was so funny that my wife run the hot water for few minutes but never get hot water, not thinking to turn the the opposite direction. Overall experience was great

This hotel is located on a plot of land surrounded by dereliction and abandonment, however, it’s walking distance to both the SM mall and downtown shopping. The rooms are a decent size and well appointed. The shower performs well. The Airconditioning is good. The TV is a waste of time if you’re a westerner looking for a decent news channel. My room rate included “free” breakfast. Without doubt the free breakfast is the most underwhelming aspect of my stay. Barely worth making my way to the open and very poorly laid out “restaurant”. It’s like an army mess hall. The breakfast food was a collection of limited fresh fruit, stale bread, cold rice, cold saveloy, some unappealing looking meat dish that may have been chicken, over-brewed coffee, and a glass of water to wash it all down with. Fantastic reception staff, and the rest of the staff were friendly at all times. I’d rate the place a five out of five if they sorted the awful breakfast (which the receptionist told me was excellent - I guess she doesn’t dine there!)

We always stay at Acacia Hotel whenever we go to Davao. I really love that they have a lot of foods to over in their buffet breakfast. Its location is just beside the SM City Lanang which is also good. Kuya Jovani(our room attendant) is super friendly and very accommodating. Thank you
